The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of the information activities (i.e., the ability of digital device use and the time spent of information retrieval) on the feeling of happiness for the elderly people in Korea. For this study, we conducted face-to-face interview with the elderly over 60 years old living in and around Daegu, Korea and analyzed 371 valid data for frequency, multiple regression and t-test using IBM SPSS version 21.0. The results showed that neither the ability of computer nor mobile phone use affect on the feeling of happiness, whereas both the ability of TV and telephone use influence positively (+) on it. In addition, the time spent of the business-related information retrieval influences negatively (-) on the feeling of happiness, but the time spent of the financial-related information retrieval influences positively (+) on it.
실버세대의 정보 활용능력이 삶의 행복감에 미치는 영향 분석

본 연구의 목적은 실버세대의 정보 활용능력, 생활 만족도, 그리고 삶의 행복감 간의 인과 관계를 밝히고, 아울러 고령화와 정보화 시대에서 실버세대가 행복한 삶을 영위할 수 있는 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 대구·경북지역의 인터넷 정보활동을 하고 있는 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 238개의 유효표본을 분석하였다. 실버세대의 정보 활용능력과 삶의 행복감의 관계 및 생활만족도의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 생활만족도가 정보 활용능력과 삶의 행복감 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 연구에 고려되어야 하는 시사점들에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of information literacy, life satisfaction, and life happiness of the silver generation, and to suggest the direction for their happy life. We conducted a questionnaire survey targeted at the Internet users of over 60 years old adults living in Daegu/Gyongbuk areas. Data were analyzed using 238 valid samples. With the results, it revealed that the silver generations’ life satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between their information literacy and their life happiness. Future studies are also discussed in this paper.

『Myungshimbogam』 is a book with the meaning of a precious mirror that enlightens our mind, the text of which contains morality lesson and therefore the book has taken up very important position as a humanism education book for practising ethic and morality serving a basic educational book for children to learn after familiarizing Chinese characters. 『Myungshimbogam』 naturally tells that patents`` love is as high as sky and thus it is children``s duty to be filial to such love of their patents. And the book also presents the concrete method of implementing filial piety to parents‘ love using the children``s duty, which is traditional filial piety thought, such as respecting parents, obeying parents, supporting parents, serving parents and revering funeral and memorial services in the way that children can easily understand. And at the 「Palbanga」, the book teaches that children should do their best to be filial to their parents as parents put their true affection and hearts to bring up their children. Nevertheless, using the result of retributive justice that filial piety is natural but my children will not be filial to me in the future unless I was not filial to my parents, the book makes the youth easily understand about the fundamental spirit of filial piety and its concrete implementation. Ethic of filial piety appeared in 『Myungshimbogam』 is the basis of humanism education. Education through the book 『Myungshimbogam』 will be the source of power that can lead sound society and nation by cultivating right value and upright character to youth.
한국 국방획득정책의 변천과정과 전력증강 방향 고찰 - 노태우·김영삼·김대중 정부를 중심으로 -

This research purpose is comparative analysis at the reality of buildup war potential and direction of one at each Administration, to seek direction of one to conform at the Korea substantiveness. No Tae Woo, Kim Young Sam, Kim Dae Joong Administration direction of buildup war potential is defense force against North Korea. Recognition of North Korea difference is existing at each administration that has a common one about her threat. But, each administration considered own security situation and future war condition, provided to cope unspecific threat as future threat. No Tae Woo Administration be concentrated defense force building against North Korea, Kim Young Sam one reinforced defense force against neighboring nations, Kim Dae Joong one executed to provide against future threat. However, comparative analysis of direction of buildup war potential and performance of national defense acquisition, each administration did not materialize buildup war potential. The fundamental cause was direction of buildup war potential. Each administration established direction; balance development of Army, Navy, Air Force, reinforcement of unified force, technology intensive force, information-oriented force. Within the ROK-US combined defense strategy, depended US Navy, Air force support, not entirely satisfactory at the balance development of Army, Navy, Air Force and reinforcement of unified force. In addition, concentrated preparedness against North Korea conventional weapon threat, insufficient buildup asymmetric buildup war potential against nuclear weapon and missile threat, and surrounding nations against China, Japan, Russia. Therefore, success or failure at the ROK national defense policy is based on how independent at the direction of buildup war potential. This requires establish direction buildup war potential to cope current threat and future threat without US Armed Forces in Korea. This is accord with reality of ROK defense circumstance.
유아교사의 음악에 대한 태도와 감성리더십이 음악교수효능감에 미치는 영향

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of early childhood teachers’ music attitude and emotional leadership on their music teaching efficacy in the music education. Methods: 301 early childhood teachers answered the music attitude scale, music teaching efficacy belief instrument, emotional leadership scale, and questionnaire for socio-demographic characteristics and music experiences. Data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s productive correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: First, early childhood teachers had a higher music teaching efficacy in case of at least 10 years of teaching experiences period, having a post-graduate degree, having a music training experience, enjoying learning musical instruments and singing and listening to music during regular music lessons, and having a long music training experience. Similar results were derived from the subfactors of music teaching efficacy. Second, there were positive correlations(r=.172-.659, p<.001) in the total and subfactors scores among early childhood teachers’ music attitude, emotional leadership, and music teaching efficacy. Lastly, early childhood teachers’ music attitude and their emotional leadership were explained at 39~52 percent for their music teaching efficacy. Conclusion/Implications: This study suggests that it is important for early childhood teachers’ perception of their belief, knowledge and feeling about music education.
학교 혁신문화 측정도구 개발 및 타당화 : 인천광역시 초·중등학교를 중심으로

연구의 목적은 학교 혁신문화 측정도구를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌 분석과 전문가 및 현장교사 검토 협의, 연구진 협의를 통해 학교 혁신문화 측정 도구의 모형을 개발하였다. 구체적으로 인천광역시교육청에서 추진하고 있는 ‘2016 학교혁신 종합계획’과 ‘행복배움학교 추진계획’을 근간으로 하여 선행연구 자료, 전문가 집단의 의견, 연구진 협의를 통해 4대 측 정 영역과 13개 하위요소 그리고 각 요소를 대표할 수 있는 세부지표로 구성하였다. 측정도 구 초안에 대하여 델파이 방식으로 1차 의견을 수렴하고, 이를 반영하여 2차 의견을 수렴하 여 측정도구를 개발하였다. 측정도구의 구인 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 행복배움학교 준비교, 1년차 학교, 2년차 학교, 그리고 일반학교의 구성비를 고려하여 표집한 초∙중∙고 총 45교의 교원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 자료를 활용하여 문항의 신뢰도와 타당 도를 분석하였고, second-order 모형(4대 영역과 13 하위요소)으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하 였다. 그 결과 4대 영역과 13개 하위요소로 구성된 본 연구의 측정도구 모형은 적합한 것으로 나 타났다. 또한 표준 적재치, Cronbach's , 개념 신뢰도, 평균분산추출지수, 상관계수와 평균분 산추출지수 제곱근 분석결과, 학교 혁신문화 측정도구는 신뢰도와 타당도를 확보하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개발한 측정도구의 현장 타당성을 확인하기 위하여 행복배움학교와 일반학 교의 측정 결과를 비교하였다. 그 결과 1) 행복배움학교와 일반학교, 2) 행복배움학교 준비교, 1년차교, 2년차교, 그리고 일반교 사이의 각 영역별, 하위요소별 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타났으며 이를 통해 개발된 측정도구가 학교 혁신문화를 측정하는 유용한 도구로 사용될 수 있음이 드러났다. The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument to measure school innovation culture. For this, we developed a measurement model of school innovation culture through literature analysis, consultation with experts and field teachers, and discussion with researchers. Based on the ‘2016 School Innovation Comprehensive Plan’ and the ‘Happy Learning School Promotion Plan’, which are being promoted by the Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Education, we developed an instrument to measure 4 domains, 13 sub-domains, and a detailed index of school innovation culture. The first and second draft of the instrument was reviewed by Delphi method. To verify the validity of the instrument, we collected data on teachers at elementary, middle, and high schools which were sampled considering the composition ratio of happiness learning schools, first year schools, second year schools, and general schools. We analyzed the reliability and validity of the instrument and conducted confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with the second-order model. As a result, the developed instrument which consists of 4 domains and 13 sub -domains was found to be appropriate in the construct validity. In order to confirm the applicable validity of the developed instrument, we compared the results of happy learning schools and general schools. As a result, there were statistically significant differences in each domain and sub-domain of general schools, happiness learning preparation schools, first year schools, and second year schools. These results indicated that the developed instrument would be as a useful scale to measure school innovation culture.

In this paper, we propose a background and concept in new digital media art that breaks down existing artistic expression tools historical, the spreading range of new media art connected with modern daily life, and outstanding characteristic using the case in new media art. Based on this, I suggests that the tools of expressing art are transformed from new media art to AI age art and I proposes the limitations of new media art to major issues. Artificial intelligence, which is used as an expression tool of arts in AI period, predicts that new art, which is different from new media art, is starting to appear. Also I present it emerged as a new expression tool. In addition, it will serve as a basis for further discussion on the concept of the new AI era and the appropriate name for the art.
