MEMS devices such as a vibratory gyroscope often suffer from a lower yield rate due to fabrication errors and the external stress. In the decoupled vibratory gyroscope, the main factor that determines the yield rate is the frequency difference between the sensing and driving modes. The gyroscope, fabricated with SOI (Silicon-On-Insulator) wafer and packaged using the anodic bonding, has a large wafer bowing caused by thermal expansion mismatch as well as non-uniform surfaces of the structures caused by the notching effect. These effects result in large distribution in the frequency difference, and thereby a lower yield rate. To improve the yield rate we propose a packaged SiOG (Silicon On Glass) technology. It uses a silicon wafer and two glass wafers to minimize the wafer bowing and a metallic membrane to avoid the notching. In the packaged SiOG gyroscope, the notching effect is eliminated and the warpage of the wafer is greatly reduced. Consequently the frequency difference is more uniformly distributed and its variation is greatly improved. Therefore we can achieve a more robust vibratory MEMS gyroscope with a higher yield rate.

Merino wool top and fabric have been treated with low-temperature plasma of water/argon under atmospheric pressure for 30 and 180 seconds, and then dyed with two leveling-type acid dyes, C. 1. Acid Orange 7 and Red 18, and two milling-type acid dyes, C. 1. Acid Blue 113 and Blue 83. Dyeing rate and saturation dye exhaustion increased with the atmospheric low-temperature plasma treatment, and half-dyeing time was reduced by plasma treatment. Also barrier effect at the beginning of dyeing of wool fibers was diminished. Fabrics treated by the atiilospheric low-temperature plasma with water/argon for 180 seconds were dyed at various temperatures in the range of 30~9$0^{\circ}C$, and K/S value was similarly increased.

Recent architecture of church purport to develop churches that are open towards regional society, and volunteer programs are executed to benefit diverse regional societies. As a means of various programs, church-affiliated of kindergarten which is social welfare facility is installed. Through church-affiliated of kindergarten, the awareness that it does not merely benefit and satisfy the needs of regional residents. Accordingly, diverse forms and structures are emerging within the protestant church both in terms of education and construction. Accordingly, this research conducted by focusing on church-affiliated of kindergarten. The results are summarized as follows.

The Special Method of Prescription, written by Ka-keum(柯琴) has scientific research for JungKyeong prescription. In the first stage of exogenic febrile maladies, Kyejitang treat the flowing sweat, Mawhangtant(麻黃湯) treat the superficial fever and Daecheongryongtant(大靑龍湯) treat the anxious gitation About hydral-distention treatment, Socheongryongtang(小靑龍湯) aim at vent hydral-distention with fever, Shipjotang(十棗湯) for cool hydral-distention without fever, Socheongryongtant(小靑龍湯) for moving hydral-distention, Oryeongsan(오령산) for unmoving hydral-distention and Jinmutang(眞武湯) for hydral-distention with four extremities feel weight. The sepcial Method of Prescription discuss seven classification of herbo-prescription, the method acupuncture & moxibustion and other treatment.

독도를 둘러싼 한국과 일본의 갈등은 오랫동안 지속되어 왔고 여러 가지 쟁점을 놓고 많은 논란을 야기하고 있다. 본고는 중국 학계의 독도연구 현황을 검토한 것이다. 중국에서 발표된 독도 관련 논문은 한국과 일본에서 이미 진행된 연구 성과를 바탕으로 양국의 주장을 소개하고 재해석하는 내용이 주를 이루고 있다. 지금까지 중국에서 발표된 독도 관련 논문은 정치학, 역사학, 사회학, 지리학 등 다양한 분야에서 언급되고 있다. 한국과 마찬가지로 일본과 영토 문제를 안고 있는 당사자인 중국의 학계는 한국과 일본 사이의 영토분쟁에서 어느 정도 제3자적인 즉 객관적 입장을 견지하고 있다. 독도연구에 대한 중국 학계의 관점은 대체적으로 한국 측 주장을 지지하는 경향이 있다. 중국 연구자들은 한일 양국 간의 독도 담론에서 자국 즉 중국에 유리한 것이면 아무리 사소한 내용이라도 주목하고 관심을 보였다. 한국 측 입장에 동조하는 제3국 학자들의 독도에 관한 담론은 국제사회에 한국 측 주장을 알리고, 국제적 여론을 형성하는 데에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 향후 중국 학자들이 독도문제에 대해 관심을 가지도록 유인할 필요가 있다. The conflict between South Korea and Japan has been around the Dokdo issue for a long time. This paper reviews the research status of Dokdo in Chinese academic circles. Based on the research carried out by South Korea and Japan, the most papers published in China introduce and reinterpret the claims of the two countries. China, like South Korea, is a party to the territorial dispute with Japan. Therefore, Chinese scholars have a certain subjective position in the territorial dispute between South Korea and Japan. Therefore, the Chinese academic view on the study of Dokdo has the universality of supporting South Korea's proposition. So far, the papers published in China are mainly from the perspectives of political science, history, sociology and geography. In the Dokdo discussions between South Korea and Japan, Chinese scholars, no matter how small, will be paid attention to if it is beneficial to their own country. The discussion on Dokdo by scholars from the third country who are in line with South Korea's position is an important link to create international public opinion and disseminate South Korea's views to the international community. Therefore, it is of great significance to enhance the attention of Chinese scholars to Dokdo in the future.
