Objectives : The purpose of this study is to understanding the patients thought of Korean Medical treatment and to suggest an improvement in utilization of Korean Medicine treatment about atopic dermatitis. Methods : We had investigate atopic dermatitis online community by classifying the post by treatment type, feature type of the information and by content to know the patients latest tendency. And then compare the result to understand the patients thought of Korean Medical treatment. Results : Most of the post was experiential information and about 67% of the post was about symptom and treatment. Especially there had lot of interest about there treatment information and self-treatment. By contrast Korean Medical treatment type has lower rate then other type of treatment about symptom and treatment and the information was not specific. This result may influence on utilization of Korean Medical treatment. Conclusions : To solve this problem patients needs easy access to Korean Medical treatment and more information about there treatment.

제임스 패커의 신학논쟁에 나타난 사상과 교훈

한국개신교는 초기 선교사들의 개혁주의 신학과 신앙을 바탕으로 타종교의 부러움을 살 정도로 괄목할만한 부흥과 성장을 이루었고, 어느덧 한국사회의 재래종교들을 무색하게 할 정도로 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화, 교육 등 모든 분야에서 입지를 탄탄하게 세웠다. 하지만 90년대 이래, 초고속 성장을 하던 한국개신교가 계속 침체의 길을 걸을 뿐 아니라 신학과 신앙의 정체성까지 흔들리고 있다. 과연, 왜 한국개신교의 신학과 신앙의 정체성은 흔들리고 있는가? 필자는 이것을 한국개신교 내에 잠식되어 있는 한국전통의 재래종교, 풍요로움만이 하나님의 축복이라는 기복적 물질만능주의, 교회의 성장을 위해서는 수단과 방법을 가리지 않는 성장주의라고 생각한다. 또한 서구사상인 포스트모더니즘과 뉴에이지사상은 한국개혁교회를 흔들기에 충분하다. 따라서 본고는 마틴 로이드 존스와 함께 20세기 개혁적 복음주의를 이끌었던 제임스 패커의 신학사상과 논쟁에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 개혁적 복음주의 신학자이고, 진보신학과 반지성적 경향들에 맞서 싸웠던 패커의 신학사상을 연구하는 것은 외형적인 물량주의와 세속주의에 물든 한국개혁교회에 하나의 영적인 도전을 주고, 한국개신교가 추구해야 할 올바른 개혁사상을 제시해 줄 뿐 아니라, 또한 세계 속에서 21세기의 영성을 주도하도록 커다란 영향을 줄 것이기 때문이다. 그러면, 한국개신교가 제임스 패커의 사상으로부터 배워야 할 점은 첫째, 한국개신교는 칼뱅주의적 청교도 사상을 계승해야 한다. 이것은 칼뱅의 하나님 절대주권 사상과 청교도들의 성경에 근원한 건전한 교리, 개인의 경건생활, 말씀에 입각한 질서 있는 교회생활을 계승하는 것이다. 둘째는 한국개신교는 개혁적 복음주의를 확립하고 확산해야 한다. 이것은 개혁신학적인 신관과 교리를 부정하며 교회의 예배를 거부하는 세속화를 경계하고, 바울과 어거스틴, 종교개혁자들과 청교도들로 이어지는 정통적인 신학과 신앙을 세우는 것이다. 마지막으로, 한국개신교는 성경의 절대 진리를 부인하는 포스트모더니즘과 현대 과학 그리고 이성의 자율로부터 성경의 권위를 전투적으로 수호해야 한다. 그러면, 성경의 신적권위가 회복되고, 문화를 변혁할 수 있는 능력과 이 세상의 모든 것을 판단하는 기준은 하나님의 말씀이신 성경뿐임을 인식하게 될 것이다. The Korean Protestantism has made a remarkable revival and growth on the basis of reformed theology and faith of the early missionaries enough to incur the envy of the Korean traditional religions. But since the 90`s, the Korean Protestantism which was growing rapidly is shaken to the identity of Reformed theology and faith as well as continue to walk the path of recession. Indeed, why does a growth and revival of the Korean Protestantism impede and shake? I think this is because of the Korean traditional religion and the materialism to emphasize only the abundance of God`s blessings, the church`s growthism to daredevil the ways and means that mixed with the Korean Protestantism. Also, the Postmodernism and New-Age movement which are the Western thoughts have been enough to shake the Korean Protestantism. So, this essay tries to study on the theological thoughts and debates of Packer that led the evangelical theology of the 20th century with Martin Lloyd-Jones. Because, Packer`s thoughts which fought against the liberal theology and anti-intellectual tendencies will give the spiritual challenges and the correct reformed thoughts to the Korean Protestantism soaked in the materialism and secularism, also his thoughts will give a big influence to lead spirituality of the 21st century in the world. Then, what will the Korean Protestantism learn to James Packer? First, the Korean Protestantism should be succeed Calvinistic and Puritan Protestant thoughts. Because, this is to succeed God`s absolute sovereignty in Calvin`s thoughts and the sound doctrine in the thoughts of the Puritans. Second, the Korean Protestantism has to establish and spread the reformed evangelism. Because, this is to defend secularization to deny reformed theological thoughts and to reject worship of the church. or this is to built the Biblical orthodox theology that continued from Paul and Augustine to the Reformers and Puritans. Finally, the Korean Protestantism must defend the authority and inerrancy of the Scripture in the battle from the post-modernism and modern science and autonomy of reason to deny absolute truth of the Bible. Then, the Bible will be recovered the divine authority and will be recognized the ability to change the culture and will be standard to judge everything in the world.

Seed Mash와 유산균 발효액을 첨가한 밀가루 반죽의 물성학적 특성

Koji를 배양한 seed mash, 유산균, 효모 등으로 발효하여 제조한 발효액종을 밀가루에 첨가하여 파리노그래프, 익스텐소그래프, 아밀로그래프, 대용량 배합기로 반죽의 물리적 특성 등을 분석하였다. 파리노그래프에서 발효액종의 종류에 관계없이 흡수율은 동일하였으나 발효액종 첨가로 반죽 발전시간이 길어졌고, 안정도는 감소하였다. 익스텐소그래프에서 반죽저항성은 발효액종 첨가로 증가하였고, R/E값도 증가하여 seed mash, S. cerervisiae, L. brevis로 발효시킨 발효액종을 첨가한 반죽에서 가장 높았다. 아밀로그래프에서 호화온도와 최고점도 온도는 대조구와 시험구간에 차이가 거의 없었으나 최고점도는 발효액종 첨가 시 낮아졌다. 반죽의 물리적 특성에서 D.V.(development value)값은 대조구에 비하여 모두 낮아졌고, 반죽발전시간도 짧아졌다. This study was carried out to determine the rheological properties of bread doughs containing flour-ferments prepared with seed mash obtained by Koji incubation, yeast, and lactic acid bacteria, using farinograph, extensograph, amylograph, and large scale-dough mixer. According to farinograph, the addition of the flour-ferments did not influence the water-absorption rate of doughs, regardless of the kinds of flour-ferments, however, it increased development time and decreased stability of doughs. According to extensograph, both dough resistance and resistance-to-extensibility ratio increased with the addition of flour-ferments. Especially the dough containing the flour-ferments prepared with seed mash, S. cerervisiae, and L. brevis showed the highest resistance-to-extensibility ratio. According to amylograph, although the doughs containing the flour-ferments did not show the differences in gelatinization temperature and temperature at maximum viscosity with the control which does not contain the flour-ferments, they showed lower maximum viscosity than the control. They also showed lower development value and faster development time.

자유논문 : 한국교회에 영향을 미친 성장주의에 대한극복 방안 연구

본 논문은 먼저, 한국교회에 성장주의가 태동하게 된 배경을 고찰해보고 있다. 다음은 경제성장과 맞물려 한국교회에 잠재 된 성장주의가 낳은 역기능적인 병폐들을 살펴보고, 그 성장주의에 대한 극복방안을 제시하고 있다. 끝으로 오늘날 한국교회가 올바른 성장을 위해 지향해야 할 한국교회의 모습이 무엇인지 나름대로 작은 소견을 제시하면서 본 논문을 맺고 있다. 교회란 무엇인가? 웨스트민스터 신앙고백에서는 "교회는 그리스도의 몸이고, 그리스도는 교회의 머리이시다. 이 교회는 머리되시는 그리스도를 중심으로 모여들었고, 지금 모여들고 있고, 장차 모여 들게 되는 택함을 받은 모든 사람들로 구성된다"고 정의한다. 이처럼 교회는 "그리스도와 그 지체들 사이에 생명의 유기성"을 가지므로 교회의 성장과 부흥은 반드시 필요하다. 하지만 교회가 어떤 토대위에서 세워지고 어떻게 성장하느냐? 하는 것은 무엇보다도 중요하다. 예수님은 베드로의 명백한 신앙 고백위에 교회를 세우실 것을 말씀하셨는데도, 수단과 방법을 가리지 않는 교회성장은 분명히 큰 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 한국교회는 경제성장과 맞물려 급성장을 하였다. 하지만 한국교회의 화려한 성장과 부흥 이면(裏面)에는 기독교의 본질을 병폐시키는 `성장주의`가 자리 잡고 있음을 알 수 있다. 60년대 이후 추진된, 경제성장 제일주의 정책은 배고프고 굶주렸던 국민들에게 물질적인 풍요로움과 삶에 여유로움을 주었다. 그러나 여기에는 경제성장을 극대화하기 위하여 비윤리적인 능률과 효율성을 강조하므로, 목적보다는 수단만을 앞세우는 `성장주의`가 태동하게 되었다. 이와 같은 성장주의 의식구조는 한국교회 내에도 팽배하게 되었고, 교회는 성장을 위해서라면, 선별하지 않고 이것저것을 수용하고 적용하였다. 그래서 괄목할만한 성장을 이루었지만, 그에 따르는 병폐와 부작용도 적지 않았다. 과연, 한국교회의 성장 이면에 숨겨있는 병폐는 무엇인가? 그 병폐들을 보면, 첫째는 교회의 세속화이다. 둘째는 맘모니즘의 팽배이다. 셋째는 프로그램중심의 목회이다. 넷째는 개인주의에 빠진 개(個)교회지향적인 목회이다. 다섯째는 성령의 도구화이다. 여섯째는 사역중심의 목회이다. 반면에 한국교회의 역기능적인 성장주의 병폐를 극복하는 대안과 방법으로 여섯 가지를 제시하였는데, 그것은 첫째로 교회의 기독교 본질 회복이다. 둘째는 그리스도의 마음을 품는 목회이다. 셋째는 시장상황원리의 올바른 접목이다. 넷째는 교회의 열린 공동체성 회복이다. 다섯째는 성령과의 인격적인 관계 회복이다. 여섯째는 하나님 중심의 사역이다. 이와 같은 인식을 가지고 목회사역을 할 때, 한국교회의 성장 이면에 숨겨있는 병폐를 치유하고 건강한 교회로 탈바꿈하게 될 것이다. 그러면, 오늘날 한국교회가 올바른 성장을 위해 지향해야 할 교회의 모습을 제시해 보고자한다. 교회는 그리스도의 몸으로 생명의 유기성을 가진다. 그래서 교회는 부흥 성장하여야 한다. 그러나 위에서 살펴본 것처럼 인위적인 교회성장은 오히려 기독교의 본질을 상실한 채 외형만 큰 공룡을 만들게 된다. 따라서 한국교회는 다음과 같이 기독교의 본질에 충실한 교회가 되어야 한다. 첫째로, 한국교회는 하나님께 영광을 돌리는 교회가 되어야 한다. 둘째로, 예수 그리스도가 으뜸이 되는 교회가 되어야 한다. 셋째로, 성령께서 주도하시는 교회가 되어야 한다. 넷째로, 사회에 `참된 도덕성과 공동체성`을 확립할 수 있는 정신적이고 영적인 교회이다. 마지막으로, 문화변혁적인 교회이다. 이와 같은 교회가 될 때, 한국교회는 세속적인 문화와 사상에 물들지 않고, 하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻을 분별하며, 하나님의 뜻을 이 땅에 이루어 드리게 될 것이다. 또한 한국교회는 사회적 공신력을 회복하고 선교에도 커다란 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. This essay, first, tries to research the situational background of the growth-ism which has appeared in the Korean church. Next, in this essay, tries to find the bad influences of the growth-ism which has encroached on the Korean church, mixed with the economic growth. Then, it tries to present the ways to overcome the growth-ism. Finally, this essay tries to propose the alternatives to aspire the right growth of the Korean church` appearance. What is the church? According to the Westminster Confession of Faith, "the church is the body of Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ is the head of the church. The church that consists of all people who selected, gathered around of Christ who became the head of the Church, now it is coming, will gather in the future", he has defined. Such the church has "the organic-life between the Christ and christians", so the church`s growth and revival are required necessarily. But the church should be built on top of any foundation and how does it grow? This question is more important than anything else. Jesus Christ spoked to built the church on Peter`s Faith Confession. but the ways and means to break into the right growth of the church can be a big problem definitely. The Korean church was the rapid growth, mixed with economic growth. However, we can see the other side of spectacular growth and revival of the Korean church. it is that the `growth-ism` to corrupt the essence of Christianity. Pursued since the `60s, the economic growth- first policy has given the material richness and relaxation of the life to the hungry people. But this economic growth, to emphasis the unethical efficiency and effectiveness, has quickened the `growth-ism` to focus only a means rather than the purpose. Thus, the awareness-structure of the growth-ism was prevailed even just within the Korean church, for the sake of church-growth, that stuff does not selectively applied and accepted. So, the Korean church have achieved remarkable growth, but have followed the considerable stigmas and side effects behind growth. Indeed, what is the hidden stigmas behind the growth of the Korean church? According to the Korean church`s stigmas, the first is the secularization of the church. The second is a prevalence of the Mammon-ism. The third is a program-centered ministry. The fourth is a private-church ministry falling in individualism. The 5th is treated the Holy Spirit as a tool. The sixth is a labor-centered ministry. In contrast, this essay tries to propose the methods and alternatives of the six kinds to overcome the dysfunctional growth-ism of the Korean church. First, it is to recover the essence of the church. The second is the ministry with the Christ` heart. The third is the right graft about the principle of market conditions. Fourth, the church is to recover an open-community. The fifth is to restore a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit. The sixth is to restore the God-centered ministry. Thus, When pastors have recognized the right pastoral ministry, the Korean church will are cured from the stigma to hide behind the growth-ism and will be transformed into a healthy church. So, this essay tries to appear the appearance of the Korean church to aspire for the correct growth, today. The church of Jesus Christ has a body of organic-life. So the church should be revived. However, as discussed above, the artificial church-growth rather will lost the essence of the Christianity and will make a shape of a big dinosaur. The Korean church, such as the faithful church to the essence of the Christianity should be. First, the Korean church should give the glory to God. Secondly, Jesus Christ must be the finest in the church. Thirdly, it should be that the church to be led by the Holy Spirit. Fourth, it must be the mental and spiritual church to establish the true morality and community in society. Finally, the Korean church should be the cultural revolution church. When such a church, the Korean church will not be corrupted by the secular cultures and thoughts, will be discerned God`s good and delightful and whole meaning, God`s will on earth will be accomplished wholly. In addition, the Korean church will be restored a social public-confidence and will be a big influence in mission.

Paper is extremely versatile because it is light, inexpensive, biodegradable, and recyclable product. However, it is very sensitive to water. Hence many synthetic resins, that is polyethylene and polylactic acid are often used as barrier coating materials in order to block water absorption into paper. However, the resins are harmful to the environment because they cannot be biodegradable and repulpable. Gas grafting based on chromatogeny chemistry is an alternative to synthetic resins. Hydrophilic surface of fiber can be changed into hydrophobic characteristics by gas grafting. Mechanism of the grafting can be explained as hetergeneous esterification between carboxylic groups in fatty acid chloride and hydroxyl groups in cellulose. In this study, parameters for gas grafting of recovered papers including ONP (old newspaper), OMG (old magazine), and white ledger were investigated. Basically hydrophobicity of ONP was lower than that of OMG and white ledger after flotation. However hydrophobicity of ONP was improved by hyperwashing. From the results, ERIC value gives great influence on efficiency of gas grafting. The esterification could be hampered by residual ink. Calendering gave positive effect to efficiency of gas grafting. Cobb value decreased with increase in sheet density by calendering. Also, hydrophobicity of ONP was improved by acetone washing and repeat of gas grafting. Consequently, residual ink, calendering, and acetone washing followed by repeat of gas grafting were important influencing factors of gas grafting by fatty acid chloride.

Bulbocapnine이 PC12 세포종의 도파민 함량에 미치는 영향

The effects of bulbocapnine, an aporphine isoquinoline alkaloid, on dopamine content in PC12 cells were investigated. Bulbocapnine decreased the dopamine content dose-dependently (39.2% inhibition at 2OmcM for 24 hr). The IC50 value of bulbocapnine was 22.7mcM. Dopamine content was lowered at 6 hr after exposure to bulbocapnine. And then, the decreased dopamine level was almost maintained at 36 hr and recovered to the control level at about 60 hr. Tyrosine hydroxylase, the rate limiting enzyme in the catecholamine blosynthetic pathway, was also inhibited at 20mcM of bulbocapnine by 23.1% relative to control. We, therefore, hypothesized that the inhibition of tyrosine hydroxylase by bulbocapnine with a single treatment might be partially contributed to the decrease in dopamine content in PC12 cells.
