      • 사람 동작 인식을 위한 Attention Residual 3D Network의 전이 학습 및 RGB-D 융합

        컴퓨터 비전의 두드러진 분야인 제스처 인식은 최근 몇 년 동안 상당한 발전을 이루었습니다. 연구자들은 제스처 인식을 위한 다양한 웨어러블 장치와 센서를 탐색했으며 특히 카메라 기반 접근 방식이 널리 퍼져 있습니다. 이러한 카메라 기반 방법은 빛의 삼원색을 나타내는 RGB(Red, Green, Blue) 데이터와 카메라에서 물체까지의 거리에 대한 정보를 제공하는 Depth 데이터를 활용합니다. 제스처 인식 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 Residual 블록이 있는 R3D(3D Deeper Residual Network) 및 주의 메커니즘이 있는 AR3D(Attention Residual 3D Network)와 같은 딥 러닝 기술이 사용되었습니다. 개별 모델보다 더 높은 정확도를 달성하기 위해 데이터 수준 융합, 기능 수준 융합, 결정 수준 융합을 포함한 융합 방법을 연구했습니다. 본 논문은 R3D, AR3D v1, AR3D v2 세 가지 모델의 성능을 단일 모델과 융합 모델을 모두 사용하여 비교한다. RGB와 Depth의 두 가지 유형의 데이터가 인식률을 향상시키기 위해 이러한 모델에 동시에 입력됩니다. 실험 결과 전이 학습이 있는 RGB-D AR3D v2 모델이 우수한 정확도를 달성하는 것으로 나타났습니다. 또한 전이 학습이 없는 특정 수준의 융합은 좋은 성능을 나타냅니다. 반면, 결정 수준 융합은 전이 학습을 사용할 때 더 높은 정확도를 나타냅니다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 제스처 인식 작업을 위한 전이 학습이 있는 RGB-D AR3D v2 모델의 결정 단계 융합 방식을 제안합니다. 전이 학습을 활용하면 제스처 인식 시스템의 정확도가 더욱 향상됩니다. Gesture recognition, a prominent field of computer vision, has seen significant advancements in recent years. Researchers have explored various wearable devices and sensors for gesture recognition, with camera-based approaches being particularly prevalent. These camera-based methods utilize RGB (Red, Green, Blue) data, representing the three primary colors of light, and Depth data, which provides information about the distance of objects from the camera. Deep learning techniques, such as the R3D (3D Deeper Residual Network) with residual blocks and AR3D (Attention Residual 3D Network) with attention mechanisms, have been employed to improve gesture recognition accuracy. To achieve higher accuracy than individual models, studies have investigated fusion methods, including data level fusion, feature level fusion, and decision level fusion. This thesis compares the performance of three models: R3D, AR3D v1, and AR3D v2, using both single models and fusion models. Two types of data, RGB and Depth, are simultaneously fed into these models to enhance recognition rates. Experimental results reveal that the RGB-D AR3D v2 model with transfer learning achieves superior accuracy. Additionally, specific-level fusion without transfer learning exhibits favorable performance. On the other hand, decision-level fusion exhibits higher accuracy when transfer learning is employed. Based on these findings, we propose the adoption of the RGB-D AR3D v2 model with transfer learning for gesture recognition tasks. This model not only leverages the power of deep learning architectures but also benefits from the fusion of RGB and Depth data. The utilization of transfer learning further enhances the accuracy of gesture recognition systems. The proposed approach holds promise for improving the usability and effectiveness of gesture recognition in various applications.

        The man is living in the structures of the city filled with the vertical and the horizontal lines, mostly consuming the mass produced goods, who is getting dominated by the artificial environments in the contemporary industrialized society. The structures of cities consist of the concrete and the steel-frame building materials which is the symbol of 20th century. These materials has been able to establish the buildings like some kinds of skyscrapers and pinnacles and resulted in the construction of the environments stressed the vertical. The men among the artificial structures are laid on the life environments emphasized the practicality and utility, and the various of the goods including the daily necessaries are mass-produced and mass-consumed under the process of the big circulation. In the middle of the process, the everyday objects are cheaply consumed and wasted away. The objects in my works are common in the daily life and the mass-produced goods in the shape of the city structures. The image of objects is fixed in position that it is not easy to get artistic inspirations from the everyday objects. I try to emphasize the original form of the object by transforming its fixed images and by evaluating its form rather than its utility. It could be carried out by the various working manners using objects which have formative significance. The concept of the visual art using the manufactured goods ranges from that of the anti-art of Marcel Duchamp's "Ready-made" to that of the 1960s European Neuveau Realisme and Neo Dada which was taken from the formative concepts. Contemporarily, the concept of the object is beyond its meaning as an object and it rejects its standards and its values. Moreover, its meaning is distinguished from the object's practicality and utility. In my works, the practicality and the utility of the everyday objects are eliminated through my choice of the working procedures including the copy of the objects, the remanufacture, the modification of the materials and the distortion of the form. Through all these working manners, the objects in my works are not the everyday objects anymore and the meaning of its form is emphasized. Finally, I wish the audience to enjoy my works without the conservative thoughts of the everyday objects and feel what is displayed in front of them.

      • 坐劑基劑가 Lithium Carbonate의 bioavailability에 미치는 영향

        This paper was designed to investigate the influence of different suppository bases on both the rectal absorption and dissolution rate of lithium corbonate, and to compare bioavailability from rectal administration with that from oral administration. The dissolution rates were in such order as PEG, surfactant, witepso 135, and witepsol 15. Amang various suppository bases, the blood level of lithium corbonate after rectal administration were increased as foiiow surfactant, PEG, witepsol 35, and wipepol 15. When it comes to compare oral with rectal administration in AUC values, surfactants and PEG, were similar to oral but lipophilic a bases such as witepsol 15 and witepsol 35 were far lower than oral. Peak time in oral administration was 1.5 hrs but in various suppository bases were 6-7 hrs.

        The task of maintaining social integrity in a liberal democratic nation requires the enforcement of the constitution based on the basic rights as well as the preservation of the constitutional value order. By the same token, the matter of preventing any infringement by the national power on the constitutional value order through the resonable and effective operation of a constitution trial system is regarded as a matter of first priority and consideration in the liberal democratic nation, our current constitution provides a constitutional trial system. It also, as stated in Paragraph 5, Subsection 1, Section 111, adopts a constitutional appeal system for the first time in our history of constitutional government, which aims at protecting people's liberty and rights guaranteed by the constitution from abuse and misuse of the governmental authority. The constitutional appeal system is deemed as the most effectivw power-controlling device, which allows the sovereign power to have a binding force over the basic rights. The prosecution is the governmental organization to exercise the prosecutory authority. it is responsible for the criminal investigation, the laying of charges, and the execution of sentence, carrying out the most powerful and positive activities through all stages of the criminal proceedings. Each prosecutor, unlike any other administrative officals, is deemed as an independent governmental agency to exercise the prosecutory authority, but not as a subsidiary one under a superior government office. Subsection 1, Section 247, of our Criminal Procedure Code does not allow the individual indictment but grants the prosecutory authority to prosecutors only. In the case that a prosecutor arbitrarialy decides on a nonprosecution, there is no other Way to realize the criminal justice for the interests of criminal victims. This goes against the idea of natural justice and may raise a question as to the infringements on the basic rights of criminal victims and the constitutional order. This has led to the clear need for exercising strict control through constitutional appeal. There exsits no law which cleary stipulates that any nonprosecution should be subject to a constitutional appeal trial. The constitutional court law does not list the subjects of constitutional appeal trial. Instead, it is comprehensively stipulated in the provision of "The exercise or non-exercise of the public power"(see Subsection 1, Section 68 of the Constitutional Court Law). Under this regulation, the constitutional court held that nonprosecution falls under "the execution of the public power" by Subsection 1, Section 68 of the Constitutional Court law from the early stage of a constitutional trial. In the result, the court adopted a new system for "constitutional appeal against the prosecutor's nonprosecution", which is rare in foreign lawmaking cases. The constitution appeal against the prosecutor/s nonprosecution was recognized and operated from the actual necessity for it. Logically speaking, however, whether the system is compulsory under the existing laws requires futher discussion. This rasies a question as to the actual or systematical necessity for the system. Therefore we need to examine if this system is consistent with their counterparts in other nations. if it turns out to be necessary, then further researches on the most efficient ways of operating the system should be followed. the research scope of this essay breaks down as followa: In chapter 2 titled "nonprosecution and constitutional appeal", we examined such matters as what is nonprosecution as the subject of constitutional appeal; what is the reason of conducting control over nonprosecution; what is the power-controlling device other than constitutional appeal under the existing laws; what is constitutional appeal; and whether nonprosecution is subject to constitutional appeal. In chapter 3 titled "requirements for the constitutional appeal against nonprosecution, we focused on the following matters like if the prosecutor/s nonprosecution can infringe on the basic rights; what kind of rights is infringed on in a specific case of nonprosecution; if the nonprosecution meets the legality requirements of constitutional appeal, we examined the adjudication request system, another power controlling means providing against the prosecutor' s nonprosecution. In chapter 4, we considered what effects the citation decision by constitutional appeal against nonprosecution has in relation to the binding power of the citation decision by constitutional appeal.

He says that we human beings can make a true self-recovery by way of love alone because love frees us from all sorts of idols. He plainly unfolds the real aspect of isolated human beings in this work losing identity with themselves, and clearly shows the fact that man's original self is being altered by an image which others have, with human beings being alienated from themselves.       • 가시광선을 기반으로 한 음악공학적 구조와 예술 사운드의 제작

        Issac Newton discovered that the structure of visible light resembled the music structure regarding wave-form patterned with the measurement unit called Hertz. The source of magnetic radiation frequencies is the sun relating to the birth of every life-form in the earth, and it has a wide range of frequencies including the white light. The range of visible light and musical octave will be in the comparison analyzed to their pattern. Then music emotions determining 'happy and sad' is following issues as 1) how to prove musical structure between 'Happy and Sad', 2) How is the results of visible light and music pattern, 3) How to find the phenomenon of semitone and whole-stone structures in nature life for creating 'description sounds' with the structure of music emotions caused by the semitone and wholetone structures. The survey method for the music emotions by playing typical music harmonies with a piano and respondents listen to the harmonies directly. At the introduction to the study, relevant areas are in a range of topics with “Color music” matching colors to visible light and the traditional term of music emotions. At the core of research are the structures of major and minor in music interval structure, which correlated with the emotions 'happy and sad' modes in typical music. Therefore, the statistical method required with the chosen 104 respondents to confirm the different emotions between major and minor harmonies. At the survey stage, simple questions were given to respondents to determine whether the music was 'happy or sad' and respondents described the density of the emotions between major and minor chords. Finally, the results showed no differences from the typical theory of musical harmony. Following from the results of this study, 'happy and sad' modes, matching colors to musical pitches, scales, harmonies, and composition sound art-work will be arranged. The range of the electromagnetic spectrum with the distinct characteristics of every frequency ranges including the wavelength of visible light is described to compare the musically tuned 1-octave system of musical range. The finalized music scale is used to have more accurate colors in chromatic 12 notes of equal temperament. The formula, 1.0594635 is multiplied from the lower the pitch to the upper semitone. 1 octave in 2X frequency, from the octave lower and 1.5 times to the perfect 5th in the interval are used to have every frequency in Hz for chromatic scale. As a result, six notes with the music “c, e, f, g, a, a#” named as “Rainbow scale” become the main frame of the visible light and compared the present scales of 'Scriabin and Debussy'. The main harmonies from resulted rainbow scale are composite of the two major chords (Ⅰ: major 3rd + minor 3rd from lower base note), (Ⅳ: major 3rd + minor 3rd from lower base note) and minor chord (Ⅴ: minor 3rd + major 3rd). Finally, the emotions regarding 'sad' is confirmed in the formula of 1.0594635 and the semitone structure determining emotion is the starting point. On the other hand, the rate for 'happy' is 1.1224629' which is a wholetone(Two semitones) structure. By the following the rules found on the 3.1 and 3.2, five artistic sound on mp4 created including video, 1) The explanation of Music emotional structure in music, 2) The song of the moon; Moving moon in the sky has semitone structure, 3) The song of visible light(whole-tone structure; rising sun has the color in red, major 3rd of music interval) 4) The song of photosynthesis(double whole-tone structure), 5) Dreamers in Galaxies(particle sound)are ready to be shown. 인간의 탄생 및 생명에 가장 근본이 되는 가시광선은 7가지 색으로 구성되어 있고 이 7가지 색은 비록 눈에만 작용하는 주파수이지만 실제로는 음악의 음계와 비슷한 구조를 가지고 있다. 주파수에는 공진현상과 그에 따른 결과 상호작용의 과학적인 현상이 있지만 이를 증명하기란 어렵다. 기존의 융합학문으로서 주파수와 관련된 분야는 무수히 많으며 각각의 분야는 자신에게 맞는 주파수만 취급하여 상호간에 정보교류가 어렵다. 전자기파의 영역 중 가시광선의 영역과 음악 주파수의 영역은 1옥타브의 주파수 대역을 가지고 있으며 가시광선 중 색상은 색상별로 주파수 대역이 달라 온음과 반음사이로 구성된 음악의 구조와 같다. 또한 가시광선은 인간에게 상상력을 동원하게 하여 종교, 철학, 예술에 영향을 끼쳐 공감각(Synasethesia) 혹은 색청(Color music) 등 또 다른 파생작용을 만들어 낸다. 인간의 음악에 대한 인지구조 및 감성구조와 음성관련 파형은 파형자체만 대상으로 그 감성을 분석할 방법이 없어 통계학적인 방법을 사용한 통계치를 음악이론을 통해 입증하고자 하였고 다시 가시광선에 도입하여 ‘음악감성구조’를 추정하고 소결을 바탕으로 가시광선으로 인해 발생하는 자연계의 현상을 음악적으로 묘사하였다. 통계의 방법을 이용한 ‘음악감성구조’에 대한 입증은 104명의 음악에 민감한 연령층을 대상으로 장음계와 단음계의 주요 3화음을 경청하고 그 결과 치를 분석하였다. 장음계는 ‘기쁨’ 단음계는 ‘슬픔’의 구조가 입증 되었고 감성구조의 변별력이 ‘반음사이’에 있다는 추론을 하였다. 가시광선에 대한 색상의 구조를 음악적인 영역으로 재해석하여 그 음악적인 영역을 다시 색상과 연결하였다. 그 색상영역을 분석한바 가시광선은 6음 음계 중 독특한 구조를 가지고 있으며 그 화성들은 장음계 단음계로 명확히 구별 짓는 구조가 아닌 기쁨, 슬픔, 날카로운 느낌을 가진 화성의 구조가 발견 되었다. 따라서 가시광선 음계, 가시광선 색상과 음계에 포함된 각 음표의 색상연결, 12 평균율에 대한 색상, 가시광선에 대한 화성을 개발하였다. 감성구조를 만들어 내는 가장 근본은 단음으로 진행하는 횟수가 많으면 ‘슬픔’ 구조가 자동으로 만들어 진다는데 있다. 음악적으로 단음계는 멜로디 진행상 빨리, 더 많이 나온다. 단음계 수치는 12 평균율의 계산식을 따라 반음은 1.0594635(슬픔) 온음은 1.1224629(기쁨)의 수치가 발생하였다. 3.1과 3.2의 결과에 따라 자연계에 위치한 반음구조, 온음 구조에 대한 음악적인 사운드를 4장에서 구성하고 최종 설명 학기 위하여 1) 감성구조 입증을 위한 실험사운드(mp4) 2) 반음구조를 표현하는 실험 사운드 ‘달의 노래’ 3) 온음구조의 ‘가시광선의 노래’ 4) 온음구조의 복층 구조 ‘광합성의 노래’ 5) 상상 속의 ‘태양계를 도는 혹성들의 노래’를 사운드 합성하였다.
