This study investigates the effect of living environmental factors on apartment price. The factors studied include the floor, the sunlight received, the exposure to noise, the view commanding, and the vulnerability to violation of residents` privacy of an apartment. The sample studied is one thousand and two hundred dwellings belonging to six apartment complexes in Seoul. The facts found through fourteen log-log multiple regression models are summed up as follows; First, generally, apartment price comes under the influence of its locational features before everything, but in the same complex it is more affected by the living environmental factors and the height than any other factors. Second, between the living environmental factors and the height, the influence of the latter is even more powerful than the former. Third, it is confirmed that the sunlight received and the higher rate of sky in the whole view from an apartment have a positive effect on apartment price, and, on the contrary, the exposure to noise and the vulnerability to violation of residents` privacy, and the higher rate of complex inside in the whole view have a negative effect.
아파트의 층수와 일조량, 소음, 조망, 사생활침해 가능성 간의 관계

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the relations among the floor(F), the sunlight received (SR), the exposure to noise (EN), the view commanding (VC), and the vulnerability to violation of residents’ privacy (VP) of an apartment. The sample studied is one thousand and two hundred dwellings belonging to six apartment complexes in Seoul. The facts found through correlation analyses, factor analyses, and regressions are summed up as follows; First, it turns out to be very evident multiple correlations among F, SR, EN, VC, and VP. Second, as a whole, the higher the F of a particular apartment is, the more advantageous the apartment is in SR, VC, and VP, but the more disadvantageous in EN. Third, as a result, the apartment groups just under the top floor tend to be the most expensive. Finally, the price gap between the highest and the lowest apartment groups is proved to be eleven to sixteen percent.
내자조달의 제조.구매 조달원 선정 개선방안 연구 - 사용자 불만 최소화를 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 국방조달의 경제성과 효율성을 극대화시키기 위한 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 국방조달의 경제성과 효율성 극대화를 위해서는 우수한 조달원을 선정하는 것이 가장 우선적인 업무이다. 따라서 본 연구는, 일반경쟁 계약에 의한 계약업체 선정 시 물품 조달 후의 사용자 불만 발생 정도와 그에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 파악하였다. 개선방안 도출을 위해 선행연구논문, 국방부 조달본부 및 국방 품질관리소에서 발행한 보고서, 정부계약 제도에 관한 법령 및 각종 자료를 활용하였으며, 정부 조달기관의 기동 및 궤도장비 분야에서 최근 2년간 계약한 자료와 납품업체의 납품 완료 후 3년 동안 발생한 사용자 불만 발생 건수를 수집하여 통계 프로그램(SPSS 12.0)을 이용한 실증분석을 실시하였다. The main purpose of this study is to develop an economical efficiency and maximize efficient characteristic of national defense supply. It's very important to select a supply unit which is excellent in business because it's maximize its efficiency in procurement. So this study focused on the users' dissatisfactions and the elements which have an effect on procurement, especially when they have a general competition contract. In order to have a good result, we studied the papers from Ministry of National Defense supply headquarters and the National Defense Quality Control Office, and referred to various data which contracted within recent 2 years and collect users' dissatisfactions in 3 years in track and mobile equipment field. And we present a analysis between the dissatisfactions and the elements of procurement method by SPSS 12.0.
Organosilyl 및 Organostannyl-Sulfide와 Isocyanate의 반응

Trimethylsilylethylsulfide, trimethylsilylphenylsulfide, triethylstannylethylsulfide 그리고 triethylstannylphenysulfide를 10일간 여러온도에서 isocyanate와 각각 반응시켰다. 이들 Si-S와 Sn-S결합 유기금속화합물들은 phenylisocyanate의 이량체, 삼량체, diphenylcarbodiimide 및 1,3,5-triphenyl-4-phenyliminohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine-2,6-dione의 생성 촉매로 작용하였다. 반면 이 화합물들은 ethylisocyanate로부터는 삼량체인 triethylisocyanurate만을 생성하였다. Reactions of trimethylsilylethylsulfide, trimethylsilylphenylsulfide, triethylstannylethylsulfide, and triethylstannylphenylsulfide with isocyanates were studied at various temperatures for 10 days. These Si-S and Sn-S bond compounds catalyzed the production of the cyclic dimer and trimer of phenylisocyanate, diphenylcarbodiimide and 1,3,5-triphenyl-4-phenyliminohexahydro-1,3,5-triazine-2,6-dione in the reaction of phenylisocyanate. In contrast, these compounds gave only the cyclic trimer, triethylisocyanurate, from ethylisocyanate.
Reactions of Trimethylsilyldiphenylphosphine with Isocyanates

Reactions of trimethylsilyldiphenylphosphine with phenylisocyanate and ethylisocyanate were studied at various temperatures for 3 days. Trimethylsilyldiphenylphosphine gave cyclic dimer, cyclic trimer and diphenylcarbodiimide from phenylisocyanate, but gave cyclic trimer, triethylisocyanurate, only from ethylisocyanate. In these reactions, it is suggested that trimethylsilyldiphenylphosphine was used to be an effective catalyst for cyclization of isocyanates.

As electrical power demand is gradually increasing, the construction of power transmission facility is unavoidable. However difficulties which resulted from increasing of complaints and NYMBY make power transmission tower to be more environmentally friendly. As an alternative proposal, a new method which is changing conventional iron arm for insulation arm which is made of FRP(Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastics) is in progress. In this paper, we discussed environmentally friendly characteristic of domestic 154 ㎸ testing transmission tower whose insulation arms have same mechanical and excellent electrical properties compare to conventional heavy iron arm.
