        외상성 만성 비골건 탈구의 수술적 치료 (1예 보고)

        Traumatic dislocation of the peroneal tendon is an infrequent injury. This injury is caused by forceful dorsiflexion of the foot accompanied by a powerful contraction of the peroneal muscles. This mechanism of injury tears the superior peroneal retinaculum and allows the tendons to snap anteriorly. We experienced a case of chronic recurrent dislocation of the peroneal tendon, which was treated by bone block surgery using autograft of lateral fibula and reattachment of the superior peroneal retinaculum. The clinical result was satisfactory.

        전공에 따른 케어 로봇에 대한 인식, 디지털 리터러시 및 공감능력에 대한 비교 연구 -보건계열 및 공학계열 대학생을 대상으로-

        This study was aimed to understand the recognition of care robots which would enhance the medical quality of life under the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution in the university students majoring in health and engineering who would lead the development of the future medical industry and to find out the differences of their digital literacy and empathic ability. This was a descriptive correlation study to analyze the recognition of university students on care robots, their digital literacy and empathic ability. Both students majoring in health and engineering recognized the needs of care robots, while their education experiences were not sufficient. Moreover, statistically fewer university students majoring in health heard about care robots than those in engineering, and their need of taking classes was lower, too. No statistically significant differences were found in digital literacy and empathic ability between the two majors, while significant difference was found in the relationship bundling capability out of behavioral empathy, a sub-domain of empathic ability. The study results are anticipated to suggest the future educational direction in the medical field according to the 4<sup>th</sup> industrial revolution and to be the fundamental data for understanding and preparation of the students depending on the majors. 본 연구에서는 4차 산업형명의 의료 삶의 질을 향상시켜줄 케어로봇에 대하여 미래 의료 산업 발전을 주도할 보건전공 대학생과 공학전공 대학생의 케어로봇에 대한 인식을 확인하고, 이들의 디지털 리터러시 및 공감능력의 차이를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 대학생의 케어로봇에 대한 인식과 디지털 리터러시 및 공감능력에 대해 분석하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 보건계열 대학생과 공학계열 대학생은 케어로봇에 대한 필요성을 인식하고 있었으나, 교육 경험이 두 군 모두 미흡하였다. 더욱이 보건계열 대학생의 경우 케어로봇에 대해 들어본 경험이 공학계열 학생보다 통계적으로 낮았으며, 수강 요구도 또한 낮았다. 보건계열 대학생과 공학계열 대학생의 디지털 리터러시는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었고, 공감능력 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었지만 하위영역인 행동적 공감에서 관계형성능력은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 추후 4차 산업에 따른 의료 분야의 교육의 다학제간의 방향성을 제시하고 전공에 따른 학습자들을 위한 이해와 준비의 기초자료가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

        전기 이중층 커패시터용 메조 다공성 탄소 나노섬유의 제조

        Mesoporous carbon nanofibers as electrode material for electrical double-layer capacitors(EDLCs) are fabricated using the electrospinning method and carbonization. Their morphologies, structures, chemical bonding states, porous structure, and electrochemical performance are investigated. The optimized mesoporous carbon nanofiber has a high sepecific surface area of $667m^2\;g^{-1}$, high average pore size of 6.3 nm, and high mesopore volume fraction of 80 %, as well as a unifom network structure consiting of a 1-D nanofiber stucture. The optimized mesoporous carbon nanofiber shows outstanding electrochemical performance with high specific capacitance of $87F\;g^{-1}$ at a current density of $0.1A\;g^{-1}$, high-rate performance ($72F\;g^{-1}$ at a current density of $20.0A\;g^{-1}$), and good cycling stability ($92F\;g^{-1}$ after 100 cycles). The improvement of the electrochemical performance via the combined effects of high specific surface area are due to the high mesopore volume fraction of the carbon nanofibers.

        초음파 분무 열 분해법을 통해 제조된 불소 도핑 된 주석 산화물 나노 입자의 전기화학적 특성

        Fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The morphologies, crystal structures, chemical bonding states, and electrochemical properties of the nanoparticles are investigated. The FTO nanoparticles show uniform morphology and size distribution in the range of 6-10 nm. The FTO nanoparticles exhibit excellent electrochemical performance with high discharge specific capacity and good cycling stability ($620mAhg^{-1}$ capacity retention up to 50 cycles), as well as excellent high-rate performance ($250mAhg^{-1}$ at $700mAg^{-1}$) compared to that of commercial $SnO_2$. The improved electrochemical performance can be explained by two main effects. First, the excellent cycling stability with high discharge capacity is attributed to the nano-sized FTO particles, which are related to the increased electrochemical active area between the electrode and electrolyte. Second, the superb high-rate performance and the excellent cycling stability are ascribed to the increased electrical conductivity, which results from the introduction of fluorine doping in $SnO_2$. This noble electrode structure can provide powerful potential anode materials for high-performance lithiumion batteries.

        중학생의 우울의 정도에 따른 자살생각, 사회적 지지 및 자아존중감

        Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the degree of suicidal ideation, social support and self-esteem on depression in middle school students. Methods: The study, based on a correlation study design, selected participants from five middle schools by convenience sampling. Data were collected from April 19 to June 13, 2015 from the 427 participants included in the study. The data were analyzed using SPSS / Win 20.0. Results: There was a significant correlation between depression, self esteem, social support, and suicidal ideation. Depression was negatively correlated with self-esteem(r=-.47, p<.001) and social support(r=-.45, p<.001), while being positively correlated with suicidal ideation(r=.64, p<.001). Conclusion: The findings indicate that depression in middle school students can increase the risk of suicide. Self-esteem and social support of middle school students are also important resources for reduce depression and suicide prevention.

        국어 사용 영역의 변화와 발전 방향 : 교육 내용을 중심으로

        This study aims to investigate the change and development direction of korean language art. To develop korean language art is equal to the increase of students's ability of korean language use. But korean language arts centers on the education of language skills, so korean language arts have many problems. In other words, the education of korean language arts pays much attention to not students but specific skills that students must learn. As a result in, the process of language use is fixed, the flexibility of language use is weak. To slove these problems, it is need to design the system of educational contents considering text type. Also the education of korean language arts requires the extension of korean language arts's educational contents. Finally, statements and presentation of educational contents must reflect educational goals, teaching and learning method, evaluation.

        EBS 연계 교재의 특성과 개선 방안

        In this paper, we discuss the characteristics and problems, improvement of linked textbooks in conjunction EBS policies. EBS textbooks are also linked with a comprehensive set of reference books gifts. It can be regarded as very practical teaching material that can efficiently teach and learn in a short period of time. If not to a direct contact with SAT, EBS linked textbooks may in itself be of high quality textbooks referred to. EBS currently associated textbooks can be said to choose between concept learning-centered approach and attack the problem type approach. Based on the properties of the EBS linked textbooks, more ways to improve the linked EBS textbooks as follows. First, we must think complements rather than substitutes. Second, we need to reset the connection method of the SAT. Third, we must retain the quality of textbooks to contain various language materials. Fourth, we increase the quality of the text questions. In conclusion it is, if we make a connection more than 50% in conjunction with the indirect ways, we will be able to maintain a policy linked EBS without a large friction with public education.

        Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus is a benign, chronic lymphocyte-mediated dermatosis that causes substantial discomfort and morbidity, most commonly in adult women. It has predilection for the anogenital region, but extragenital lesions also occur, mainly on the upper trunk, axillae and buttocks, as slightly sclerotic white scar-like lesions with a wrinkled surface. Extragenital lesions are clinically similar to genital lesions, but due to their rarity and lack of symptoms, clinicians often make a misdiagnosis. We herein present a case of extragenital lichen sclerosus et atrophicus, which began on the upper back and spread to other areas displaying typical wrinkled, white scar-like lesions.         읽기 선다형(選多型) 평가(評價) 문항(問項) 개발(開發)의 절차(節次)와 실제(實際)

        문항을 개발하려면, 문항 설계·지문 제작·문두와 답지 작성 단계를 거쳐야 한다. 설계 단계에서는 평가할 내용(독해력의 수준)과 문항의 난이도를 결정해야 하며, 지문을 잘 이해할 수 있도록 문항을 설계해야 한다. 지문 제작 단계에서는 평가의 타당도와 학생들의 이해 수준을 고려하여 교육적이 면서도 양질의 지문을 제작해야 한다. 지문은 여러 평가 문항을 출제할 수 있도록 정보가 풍부해야 한다. 또한 지문의 완성도를 최대한 높이고 읽을 가치가 있는 지문을 제작해야 한다. 문두에는 평가할 내용을 담아야 하며, 독해력의 특성을 고려하여 문두의 서술어를 선택해야 한다. 답지 작성 시에는 먼저 정답지를 작성하고 오답지를 작성해야 하며, 지문의 내용을 있는 그대로 가져와서는 안 된다. 지문의 내용, 지문 밖의 내용, 배경지식, 거시 명제 · 미시 명제 등을 결합하여 난이도를 고려한 답지를 제작해야 한다. To develop an item, you have to go through the steps of designing an item, producing a given writings, making a question, and answering items. In the design phase, the evaluation content and the difficulty of the question should be determined, and the item should be designed to understand the given writings well. In the given writings production stage, high-quality given writings should be produced considering the validity and level of students. Given writings should be informative enough to handle multiple evaluation items. You should also make your given writings as readable and readable as possible. The question should contain the content to be evaluated, and the predicate should be chosen considering the nature of reading comprehension. The answering items must be filled out first, and the contents of the given writings should not be intactly taken. The answering items should be made considering the difficulty level by combining the contents of the given writings, the contents outside the given writings, background knowledge, and macro and micro propositions.
