ZSM-5 were synthesized using by sodium silicate, sodium aluminate and TPAH. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and pH on the zeolite crystalization were investigated respectively. For the synthesis of ZSM - 5, the oxide composition of reactants were as follows. Na2O/SiO2 = 0.527. SiO2/Al2O3 = 42.58, TPAH/SiO2 = 0.027. H2O/SiO2 = 15.15 Synthesis reaction was carried out in a Parr high pressure reactor with a stirring system, and XRD, SEM , BET, TGA. particle size analysis method were conducted in the experiments. The ZSM-5 were obtained favorably when the temperature range from 150℃ to 175℃, the reaction times was above 24hr., and the pH range about 10.5
