Pregnant Sprague Dawley rats were fed a tyrosine deficient diet (tyrosine 0.00 %) : Def. I group started from delivery, Def. II from the 8th day of gestation, and compared with the control (tyrosine 0. 36 %) until the 5th week of postnatal period. Offspring rats from these groups were analyzed for serum T₃ and T₄. The serum T₃ and T₄ levels of def. I group were higher than those of control. The serum T₄ level of Def. II group were similar to that of the control at 2nd and 3rd week of postnatal period, and then it was rapidly increased to surpass to control level. However, dietary tyrosine deficiency significantly reduced serum tyrosine level at all ages. When considering overall developmental pattern, the serum T₃ and T₄ levels of all groups increased and serum tyrosine levels increased transiently at 2nd week and then decreased.

This study was designed to elucidate the analgesic effects of Jakyakgamchotang and Radix paeinia, Radix Glycyrrhiziae which are the component of Jakyakgamchotang in mice. The analgesic effects were measured by the Whittle's method and hot plate method. The results were as follows ; After the administration of Jakyakgamchotang extrace, the frequency of writhing syndrome was significantly inhibited. After the administration of Radix paeinia extract, the frequency of writhing syndrome was significantly inhibited. After the administration of Radix Glycyrrhiziae extract, the frequency of writhing syndrome was significantly inhibited. After the administration of Jakyakgamchotang extrace, paw licking time and escape time were significantly prolonged. After the administration of Radix paeinia extract, paw licking time was significantly prolonged. After the administration of Radix Glycyrrhiziae extract, paw licking time was significantly prolonged. It is concluded that the analgesic effects of Jakyakgamchotang were found to be more effective than Radix paeinia and Radix Glycyrrhiziae.
저근백피(樗根白皮) 추출물에 의한 급성 림프성 백혈병 Jurkat Lymphocytes의 세포고사 유도 및 신호기전 연구

Objectives : We investigated whether the components of Ailanthus altissima induced apoptotic cell death in Jurkat acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cells. Methods : Regulation of cell proliferation is a complex process involving the regulated expression and/or modification of discrete gene products, which control transition between different stages of the cell cycle. Results : Upon treatments with Ailanthus altissima, the concentration-dependent inhibitions of cell viability were observed as compared to untreated control group. The capability of Ailanthus altissima to induce apoptosis was associated with proteolytic cleavage of specific target proteins such as poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase (PARP) and beta-catenin proteins suggesting the possible involvement of caspases. Ailanthus altissima also caused apoptosis as measured by cell morphology and DNA fragmentation. Conclusions : These results indicate that the increase of apoptotic cell death by Ailanthus altissima may be due to the inhibition of cell cycle in human Jurkat lymphocytes. Conclusively, these current and further findings will provide novel approaches to understanding and treating major diseases.
원각사지 10층 석탑을 이용한 탑 다라니 콘텐츠 제작 및 활용

최근에 세계 콘텐츠 시장에서 문화 콘텐츠 산업의 역할이 중요해지고 있는 반면에 불교 문화재 콘텐츠시장은 아직 미비한 상태이다. 특히 한국에서는 대부분의 문화재가 불교 문화재임에도 불구하고, 문화재로서의 원형 보전이나 복원 및 디자인 작업에 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 원각사지 10층 석탑을 이용한 탑 다라니 콘텐츠를 개발함으로써 불교 디자인과 불교 문화재 콘텐츠 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 먼저 원각사지 10층 석탑을 이용한 탑 다라니를 디자인하고, 이를 이용한 탑 다라니 콘텐츠를 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 탑 다라니 콘텐츠를 사용함으로써 기존의 불교 문화재 콘텐츠 활성화 문제를 개선할 수 있도록 한다. While the cultural contents industry plays main role in global contents market recently, the market of Buddhist cultural property contents is still in insufficient state. Specially, despite most cultural properties is Buddhist cultural property in Korea, there is a lot of difficult problems in preserving, restoring and designing its prototype as cultural property. So, this research intends to contribute to the development of Buddhist design and Buddhist culture contents by developing the Pagoda Dharani contents using the Ten-storied Stone Pagoda on the Site of Wongaksa. The first thing is designing the Pagoda Dharani using the Ten-storied Stone Pagoda on the Site of Wongaksa. Also, using the Pagoda Dharani, we design and implement the Pagoda Dharani contents on the web. In this paper, by using the proposed the Pagoda Dharani contents, the previous activation problem of the Buddhist culture contents can be resolved.

본 논문은 신ㆍ재생에너지원 중 태양광을 이용한 계통연계형 PV PCS의 출력전류 고조파성분 분포에 대한 연구로서 계통으로 출력되는 PV PCS의 고조파 전류저감 대책을 위한 연구이다. 논문에서는 모의된 계통전원 조건에서 단상 소용량 PV PCS에 대하여 출력전류 품질에 대하여 조사하고, 계통 연계시 고조파 출력전류의 저감 대책에 대한 연구의 기초 자료로 삼고자 한다.
