노무현 정부와 이명박 정부의 대북 접근방식 비교

Roh Moo-hyun and Lee Myung-bak government`s North Korea approach is Path-dependence and Path-shaping, retrospectively. Roh government was close to deontology based on the right and process, then again Lee government seems to be teleology stressed on the good and result. For the driving ways toward North Korea, Lee government pose to the politico-economic connection, whereas Roh government was the politico-economic separation. In the view of reciprocity, Lee government is going to the direction toward condition, Roh government was flexible. and Lee government shows the position of putting the priority on Internationl Cooperation, Roh government took a serious view of South-North Korean interested party. Lee government`s North Korean approach has to be changed to the Path-revision. Lee government ought to enlarge the Philosophy of North Korean policy to the Pragmatism based on the mixture of deontology and teleology. Also by persisting the politico-economic separation, it needs to keep the momentum of Inter-Korean relationship.

십전대보탕 부산물과 발효홍국 홍삼박의 혼합제재를 여러 가지 제형에 따라 오리사료에 첨가 시 오리 가슴육의 변화

This study investigated the physicochemical properties of Pekin duck breast meat obtained from ducks fed diets consisting different types of sipjeondaebo-tang by-products and red ginseng marc with fermented red koji during storage. A total of 180 Pekin ducks (0-day old) were divided into four groups, each consisting of three replicates (15 ducks per pen). This study investigated diets with four types of treatments: control (basal diet),1% blend powder, pelleted 1% blend, and coated pellets of 1% blend; the blend was a mixture of sipjeondaebo-tang by-products powder and red ginseng marc with fermented red koji. There was no significant difference (p>0.05) in duck breast meat pH on storage days 3 and 7, TBARS on storage days 0 through 7, and DPPH radical scavenging on storage days 0 and 7. However, the pH values on storage day 0 and DPPH radical scavenging on storage day 3 were significantly different (p<0.05) in the meats from control and treated diet fed ducks. Especially, on storage day 7, the breast meat from ducks treated with different types of sipjeondaebo-tang by-products and red ginseng marc with fermented red koji showed lower TBARS values and increased DPPH radical scavenging activity compared to the control. In conclusion, addition of different types of sipjeondaebo-tang by-product and red ginseng marc with fermented red koji to 1% blend might be helpful in increasing antioxidant effects and reducing product wastage.

김정은의 권력승계 과정과 권력구조

본 논문은 김정은의 권력승계 과정을 단계별로 분석하였다. 그리고 현재의 권력구조를 진단하였다. 그 결과, 김정은의 권력승계 과정은 후계자 유일지도체계 단계(2009. 1. 8~2011. 12. 17), 후계자 유일영도체계 단계(2011. 12. 17~ 2012. 4. 11), 수령 유일영도체계(2012. 4. 11~현재)를 거쳐 확립되었다. 김정은체제의 현 권력구조는 제한적 유일영도체계로 정의하였다. 형식적으로는 김정은 중심의 수령 유일영도체계를 확립하고 있으나, 실질적으로는 김경희, 장성택, 최용해를 중심으로 짜여진 훈척세 력들로부터 제한을 받는 권력구조를 말한다. 그리고 본 논문은 최고지도자와 권력엘리트 간, 권력엘리트 간의 관계를 동태적으로 분석하기 위해 왕조체제의 권력엘리트 분류방식을 도입하였다. 이를 통해, 혁명 1세대와 그 후손들을 공신세력, 김정은의 3족출신을 척신세력으로 규정하고, 두 세력이 연대한 세력을 훈척 세력으로 명명하였다. 끝으로 김정은체제의 지도사상인 ``김일성 · 김정일주의``를 통치이념으로 규정하고, 실천담론으로서의 ``김정일애국주의``를 분석하였다. This paper analyzed the power succession process of Kim Jong Un stage by stage, and diagnosed the current political structure. As the results, power succession process of Kim Jong Un was established by Successor monolothic guidance system(2009.1.8~2011.12.17), Successor monolothic leading system(2011.12.17~2012.4.11), Suryong monolothic leading system(2012.4.11~the present). The current power structure of Kim Jong Un`s regime was defined by the Restrictive monolothic leading system. It is formally a Suryong monolothic leading system pivoted to Kim Jong Un, but is actually and partly the power structure restrictrd by Hun-chuk group. And this paper introduced the classification method of dynasty system in order to analyze the relationship between top leader and power elites and among the power elites dynamically. Through this method. this paper called the first revolutionary generation to Gong-sin group and descendants, three sets of Kim Jong Un,s relatives to Chuk-sin group, and solidarity between two groups to Hun-chuk group. Finally, this paper prescribed the Kim Il-Sung?Kim Jong-Ilism as a leading thought to the ruling ideology, analyzed the Kim Jong Il`s Chauvinism as a practical discourse.

딸기식초 제조를 위한 초산발효 조건 최적화

딸기식초 제조를 위해 1차 단계로 Saccharomyce kluyeri DJ97을 이용하여 딸기과즙을 14°Brix로 보당한 후 28℃에서 50시간동안 발효시켜 딸기 알콜발효액을 얻은 후 사용하였다. 2차 단계에서, 초산발효를 시킨 결과 산도는 초기산도가 1.48%, 교반속도가 195.76 rpm, 발효시간이 7.34 day일 때 가장 높은 4.60%를 나타내었다. 색차계 a값은 초기산도가 1.78%, 교반속도가 117.63 rpm, 발효시간이 7.35 day일 때 가장 높은 11.82를 나타내었다. 딸기식초 제조를 위해서는 Acetobacter sp. PA97를 이용하여 초기산도 1.5% 및 교반속도 196 rpm에서 176시간 발효함으로서 산도 4% 이상의 식초를 얻었다. In the first stage, strawberry wine was manufactured in 14oBrix initial sugar content, for 50 hr at 28℃ using Saccharomyces kluyeri DJ97. In the second stage, the acetic acid fermentation conditions for maximun acidity (4.60%) were 1.48% initial acidity and 195.76 rpm in agitation rate for 7.34 day. The fermentation conditions for maximun Hunter color a value were 1.78% initial acidity and 117.63 rpm in agitation rate for 7.35 day. Therefore, optimum acetic acid fermentation conditions were 1.5% initial acidity and 196 rpm in agitation rate for 176 hr using Acetobacter sp. PA97.

반응표면분석에 의한 복숭아주 발효 최적화

복숭아를 이용하여 향미가 우수한 고품질의 복숭아주를 제조하고자 중심합성계획에 따른 실험조건으로 복숭아 과즙을 발효시켜 발효조건에 따른 품질 특성을 모니터링하고 최적 발효조건을 설정하였다. 복숭아주 발효에 따른 알코올 함량은 범위가 3.4~9.2%이고 R2가 0.9229(P<0.01)였으며, 초기 당도 18.73°Brix, 발효온도 16.81°C, 발효시간 12.99 day일 때 8.54%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 산도의 범위는 0.30~0.74%이고 R2는 0.8634(P<0.05)였으며, 초기 당도 15.11°Brix, 발효온도 17.09°C, 발효시간 13.61 day일때 0.25%로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 발효 후 잔당 함량은 초기 당도 17.79°Brix, 발효온도 20.63°C, 발효시간 3.37 day일때 6.67°Brix로 가장 많이 잔존하였다. 그리고 복숭아주의 황색도(b값)는 초기 당도 13.19°Brix, 발효온도 20.81°C, 발효시간 12.81 day일 때 18.92로 가장 높은 값을 나타내었다. 복숭아주의 최적 발효조건을 설정해 본 결과, 발효조건은 19°Brix 정도의 복숭아 과즙을 이용하여 상대적으로 20°C 이하의 낮은 온도에서 9일 정도 발효하는 것이 가장 적당하였다. To prepare peach wine using peach juice, fermentation properties were monitored, and fermentation conditions (initial sugar concentration, temperature, and time) were optimized by a response surface methodology. Alcohol content for peach wine fermentation ranged from 3.4∼9.2% [R2=0.9229 (P<0.01)] and 8.54% (maximum value) at 18.73°Brix, 16.81°C, and 12.99 day. Acidity ranged from 0.30∼0.74%, and 0.25% (minimum value) at 15.11°Brix, 17.09°C, and 13.61 day. Residual sugar concentration was 6.67°Brix (maximum residual sugar content) at 17.79°Brix, 20.63°C, and 3.37 day. Yellow color intensity was 18.92 (maximum Hunter"s color b value) at 13.19°Brix, 20.81°C, and 12.81 day. Based on the above study results, optimization conditions for peach wine fermentation were 9 days, below 20°C, and 19°Brix peach juice.

북한 급변사태시 우리의 대응방향

본 논문은 북한의 급변사태 발생은 군대와 사회에 대한 중앙통제력의 상실로 이어져 한반도 및 동북아지역에 엄청난 재앙을 초래할 수 있다는 가정 하에 북한의 급변사태 발생시 위기관리와 이를 통일로 연계하는 대책을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다 북한의 급변사태는 정치영역에서 시작되어 그 여파가 경제․사회영역에 미치고 궁극적으로 군사․안보적 위기의 순으로 진행될 것이다. 그리고 이 과정에서 대외관계와 대남관계에서도 일정 정도의 영향이 불가피할 것이다 따라서 북한의 급변사태가 발생하면 우선 안보관리 최우선해야 하고, 대량난민의 발생에 따른 난민촌 건설 등을 추진해야 하며, 특히 중국의 일방적 개입을 방지하는 차원에서 UN의 개입을 유도하는 등의 노력을 기울여야 한다. 통일연계대책으로는 북한 권력엘리트와 주민들의 친남화를 유도해야 하고, 북한내 민주개혁세력이 정권을 장악하도록 지원해야 하며, 우리의 주도권을 관철하기 위한 외교적 대책을 마련해야 한다 The aim of this articles is to grope countermeasures for risk-management and unification-arrangement under the contingency situation in North Korea, with the assumption of the loss of central control mechanism The contingency situation was started from the political sphere, its aftereffect influenced on the economic and social sphere, consequently military and security and In these process, The contingency situation inevitably changed relations toward foreign and South Korea. In this context, we should lead to 'South Korea friendly', support to make reformists to seize the political power, and prepare ourself for diplomatic countermeasures to carry out our leading role

반응표면분석에 의한 홍고추잼의 관능적 특성 최적화

홍고추잼을 가공하여 한국식 잼으로 개발하고자 홍고추잼의 관능적 특성을 4차원 반응표면분석에 의해 최적화 하였다. 홍고추잼의 색상에 대한 관능평점은 펙틴 함량 14.24g, 성탕 함량 256.2g 및 50% 구연산 용액 8.31ml에서 그 관능점수가 8.08로서 가장 높았다. 맛에 대한 관능평점은 펙틴 함량 14.23g, 설탕 함량 202.1g 및 50% 구연산 용액 8.19ml에서 그 관능점수가 6.77으로서 가장 높았으며, 씹힘성에 대한 관능평점은 펙틴 함량 14.34g, 설탕함량 255.6g 및 50% 구연산 용액 8.39ml에서 그 관능점수가 8.24로서 가장 높았다. 전반적인 기호도에 대한 관능평점은 펙틴 함량 14.15g, 설탕 함량 257.08g 및 50% 구연산 용액 8.19ml에서 그 관능점수가 7.25로서 가장 높게 나타났다. 관능적으로 우수한 홍고추잼은 펙틴의 함량 14.0~15.5g, 설탕 함량 225.0~257.0g 및 50% 구연산 용액의 함량 8.0~8.2ml에서 제조되었다. Four-dimensional response surface methodology was applied to determine the optimum conditions on organoleptic properties to develop red pepper jam into Korean type jam. The organoleptic color of red pepper jam showed maximum score of 8.08 in 14.24g pectin, 256.2g sucrose and 8.31ml citric acid(50% citric acid solution). The organoleptic taste of red pepper jam showed maximum score of 6.77 in 14.23g pectin, 202.1g sucrose and 8.19ml citric acid. Optimum conditions on the organoleptic mouth-feel of red pepper jam were 14.34g in pectin, 255.6g in sucrose and 8.39ml in 50% citric acid solution. Maximized overall palatability of red pepper jam was 7.25 in 14.l5g pectin, 257.08g sucrose and 8.19ml of 50% citric acid solution. The optimum preparation condition ranges on organoleptic properties of red pepper jam were 14.0~15.5g pectin, 225.0~257.0g sucrose and 8.0~8.2ml of 50% citric acid solution.

북한의 권력구조 진단과 변화 전망

This essay examined the structure of the North Korean power hierachy and showed the prospects for the possibility and direction of its change. In short, the power structure is stable, factors backing it up are changing, keeping pace with the changing environments and conditions within and without. North Korea will likely continue to adjust the structure of its power hierachy in a way to counter the changing internal and external environments and conditions, focusing on the establishment of a successin system. It will also likely push ahead with the adjustment of the rulingidelogy and the reconstruction and realignment of the party organizations in the context of the succession system. The nuclear issue will serve as an important variablefor the establishment of a new power structure. It will be so because the period for a solution to the nuclear issue and for the establishment of a succession system will run parallel. The nuclear issue will also have to affect its ruling ideology, internal and external policies and succession scenario. In other words, the nuclear issue is connected, directly or indirectly, to questions regarding the durability of the military-first ideology, programs for reform and opening, and exposure of North Korea`s succession plot, if any.

전략적 선택론의 관점에서 본 북한의 권력구조 변화

본 논문은 향후 북한의 권력구조 변화를 구조적 제약 하의 전략적 선택론의 관점에서 조망하는 것이 목적이다. 김정일 위원장은 다양한 구조적 제약요인들을 고려하여 후계체제 구축 등 권력구조 변화와 관련한 전략적 선택을 할 것이라는 것이 이 논문의 가정이다. 특히, 이 논문은 향후 권력구조 변화와 관련하여 현재 핵심통치 기구인 당 중앙위원회 비서국과 국방위원회의 관계에 착목하고 있다. 주로 국방위원회에 대한 당적 지도원칙이 관철되고 있는 지의 여부를 당위원회의 집체적 지도와 겸직제의 존재 및 작동여부를 기준으로 살펴 보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 논쟁의 여지가 존재하지만 1998년 이후 국방위원 회에 당위원회의 집체적 지도가 작동하고 있다는 사실을 확인하기 어렵다. 둘째, 김정일 시대 권력엘리트들의 당과 국방위원회 겸직율은 김일성 시대 당과 인민위원회 겸직율에 비해 훨씬 낮다. 따라서 김정일 시대 국방위원회에 대한 당적 지도 원칙은 제대로 작동하지 않고 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 끝으로 김정일 위원장은 권력구조 변화와 관련하여 이중전략을 취할 것으로 전망하였다. 이중전략이란 이념적으로는 당 우위의 원칙을 견지하되 실질적으로는 국방위원회를 중심으로 한 국정운영을 추진한다는 것이다. The aim of this article is to illuminate changes of North Korea`s power structure on the perspective of rational choice theory under the structural constraint. And the assumption of this is that Kim Jong-Il(KJI) will make a rational choice relevant to the power structure change in consderation of various structural constraint factor. especially, This focus on the relation between Party Central Committee(PCC) and Defene Committee(DC) in terms of power structure change. Largely, I examined whether or not the PCC guide and control the DC through the collective guidance and the concurrent office mechanism. The conclution is as following. Firstly, I could not find out the control and giudance of the PCC to the DC since 1998. even though the cintroversial issue is remained. Secondly, the rate of concurrent office in Kim Jong-Il era is far less than Kim Il-Sung era. Thus, I concluded that the control and giudance of the PCC to the DC in Kim Jong-IL era effectively do not work. Finally, I prospected that Kim Jong-Il will take a dual strategy in terms of the power structure change. Dual strategy means that Kim Jong-Il will ideologically pursue Party priority principle, essentially drive state-craft depended on the DC.
