PCB 및 패키징 공정에서의 도금 시뮬레이션 기술 적용

Electroplating technology is widely used in semiconductor microelectronic industry. With the development of semiconductor integrated circuit to high density and light-small scale, Extremely high quality and plated uniformity of the deposited metals are needed. Simulation technique can help to obtain better plating results. Although a few plating simulation softwares have been commercialized, plating simulation is not widely prevalent in Korea. In this paper, principle of electroplating and mathematical modeling of plating simulation are discussed. Also introduced are some cases enhancing plating thickness uniformity on leadframe, PCB and wafer by using plating simulation.
EPCglobal RFID 시스템에서 Key server를 사용하는 인증 프로토콜

본 논문에서는 EPCglobal RFID 시스템에서 Key server를 사용하는 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 인증 프로토콜은 RFID 시스템에서 발생할 수 있는 보안적 문제점들과 DoS공격에 대처하기 위하여 Key server를 사용하고, 구현의 용이함을 위하여 추가적인 hash함수 등의 구현 없이 EPCgloal class 1 gen 2 프로토콜에서 제공하는 함수를 이용한다. 본 논문에서는 성능 분석을 위하여 GNY 분석과 Security 분석을 수행하였다. 우선 GNY 분석을 통하여 프로토콜의 신뢰성을 증명하였으며, Security 분석을 통하여 제안하는 인증 프로토콜이 DoS공격을 포함한 다양한 공격에 안전하다는 것을 보였다. 이러한 성능 분석 결과, 제안하는 인증 프로토콜은 안전한 RFID 시스템을 제공한다는 것을 입증할 수 있었다. This paper proposes an authentication protocol using the key server in the ECPglobal RFID system. The proposed authentication protocol uses the key server and the time-out mechanism to resist various attacks including DoS(Denial of Service) attack. For easy implementation, the proposed protocol also uses the function existing in EPCglobal class 1 gen2 protocol without additive function such as hash function. The proposed protocol is evaluated through two analytical methods. The correctness of the proposed protocol is proved using the GNY analysis. By the security analysis, this paper showed that the proposed protocol is resistant to various attacks including DoS attack. The analytical results demonstrated that the proposed protocol offered a secure RFID system.

Specifically, theory of urban administration should be mainly researched to contribute urban administration as a scientifically independent science. In this aspects, this research involves consideration as a contributory science of urban administration as follows: urban geography, ecology, economics, sociology, social pathology, theory of urban planning and science of human settlement.

The clip-type pulsimeter equipped with a magnetic sensing Hall device and the most popular body sign of the electrocardiogram (ECG) were investigated in order to analyze the pulse wave velocity (PWV). The PWV simultaneously calculated by means of time difference between the maximum peak of ECG pulse wave and the starting point of radial artery pulse wave, and distance difference between the heart position and the radial wrist position. The PWV analyzed from the clinical data was a wider scope of 5~7 m/s with an average value of 6 m/s. By the prediction of blood vessel’s elasticity from the analysis of PWV, it may be useful for developing an oriental-western diagnostic medical signal device for a U-health-care system in the future.

Currently, the geotechnical community is mainly preoccupied with the transition from working stress design (WSD) to a partial factor approach (PFA) or Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD). An overview of geotechnical LRFD development over the past two decades is given elsewhere. Implementation of PFA/LRFD within a non-probabilistic framework would not adequately address the drawbacks associated with the existing factor of safety approach. This paper deals only with certain aspects of reliability, namely methodology and concepts, and not reliability in its widest sense.
