Virtual Reality has developed to a degree which a man can interact with the environment as if it is real. It makes new environment and new paradigm in the field of apartment selling. However, there are not much of study to building of model house as if it is real. Therefore, in this paper, the study was conducted to develop QTVR-based model house which has some characteristic of VRML. The study consists of three sections. First, characteristic, types of QTVR and, method of building QTVR-based model house which has some characteristic of VRML are introduced by secondary research. Second, all the knowledge gathered above by secondary research are integrated in the newly proposed QTVR-based model house. Finally, the proposed QTVR-based model house is verified and exemplified through the process of using it in the development of apartment model house.

The term Korean Imagery is widely used in daily life, but its mean varies from psychological imagery that is alive in our consciousness to the concept of visual image and physical pictures. In this study, the fundamental concepts and the definition of image that have been used so far are reexamined, and they have been clearly redefined in a new view. This new definition is necessary since the concept of image has been changing along with society, culture, technology, and history. Also, the concept of the `image picture` has been redefined. Based on these new definitions, the question of `what is plastic element in image expression?` is discussed. The characteristic of such digital expression are the reproduction, alteration, conversion of information. It applies that expression form itself of image is shifting form substance to non-substance object. On the other hand, the digitalization of image let you expand human`s sensory and raises the reality which you could experience by the artistic expression.
Gestalt 이론에 의한 효과적인 3 차원 그래픽 제작에 관한 연구

The perception psychology, that shares a field with psychology and the study of visual modeling, is the theory that examines how eyes and brains work in the process of perception. Most of the theories that are based on the principle of visual perception are established on the basis of Gestalt theory and the field which has been developed to the psychological research is the very Gestalt-psychology. This thesis provide with the guide about the modeling of 3 dimension graphic through the assist of the principle of Gestalt-psychology. Main topic of this thesis is how relationships with an object and various modeling elements in an environment would be organized to affect the visual perception and lead one to regard it as natural. Modeled objects are embodied to meaningful shapes and are emerged as realistic images in the relationship with the object in the environment, lighting, mapping, camera, shading and combination of animation key values. In the meanwhile, on the condition of 3 dimension graphics, which are synthetic arts, disregard of surroundings and the characteristics of them cause de-Gestalt features, which are defects. Therefore, this thesis will contribute to 3 dimension graphic designers analytic insight in the viewpoint of Gestalt visual perception, identical visual perception access and guide to 3 dimension modeling.
기업 홈페이지 디자인을 위한 웹 스타일 가이드 개발에 관한 연구 - LG 그룹 홈페이지 구축사례를 중심으로

Most of enterprises these days are constructing their web sites as means of enterprise public relations and business activities as well. Web Sites in the network economy have become the most important method of interfacing companies with their customers. A number of companies are making use of homepages in order to publicize them, sell their goods and provide services to their customers, and large enterprises construct and operate their homepages by affiliates. However, the true state of affairs is that they are not able to convey their enterprises` images effectively as they are lack of experiences in constructing and operating web sites and, therefore, short of basic principles, consistency and unity. In order to solve such problems, we presented some considerations and structural elements required at the time of designing Web Style Guide which enterprises have recently developed and are applying, and we also tried to make it possible to convey enterprises` images more effectively and consistently by applying to the development of Web Style Guide directly through a case study on the LG Group.
