This study investigates the peculiarity of an exceptive clauses and supplements, which are used introductory remarks in ``Korean Standard Pronunciation`` and readjusts an exceptive clauses and supplements of ``Korean Standard Pronunciation``. Before full-scale investigation and correction, this study examines history of them, through the Korean Orthography(1933) and the Korean Orthography(1948) to clarify the nature. Furthermore, to know using of North-Korea, this analyzes ``Standard Pronunciation`` of 「the Standard North-Korean Language」. And then this examines reference of preface and dictionary definitions in South-Korea. Based on this, defines the peculiarity of an exceptive clauses and supplements, as follow. the peculiarity of an exceptive clauses and supplements ㄱ. South-Korea- a. the supplements: description of additional information about the relevant provision b. the exceptive clauses: description of exceptive information about the relevant provision or the supplements above it ㄴ. North-Korea- a. the supplements: ① description of other circumstance that the relevant provision ② description of case that exceptional circumstances becomes pronunciation accepted b. the exceptive clauses: description of exceptive information about the relevant provision, but it is standard pronunciation Based on this, 4 and 12 that mistakes of supplements are found out, 24 and 26 that mistakes of exceptive clauses are found out, revise. And then 20, 29 examine.
언어의 역사성 교육 내용 연구 --ㄴ/ㄹ 수밖에 없- 구문을 중심으로-

This study aims to find problems of language change education in textbooks, and examine the improvement of them on the basis of formation of ``-nil subakke eps- (- ㄴ /ㄹ 수밖에 없-)``. Education of language change in textbooks has focused on the results of change rather than its processes or causes. Also, it has presented examples only in an aspect of lexicon. Thus it is necessary to provide description of language change about grammatical units above lexical level, and the causes of language change. To achieve the goal of the study, this paper examined the process that ``- n/l subakke eps- (-ㄴ/ㄹ 수밖에 없-)``, which is pervasively used in modern Korean, is formated in various aspects. First, it looked into its possibility in the aspects of grammaticalization of ``su (수)`` into bound nouns and in the aspects of collocation formation of ``bakke(밖에)`` and ``eps -(없-)``. Lastly, it diachronically viewed at the change of ``n/l bakke su eps-(-ㄴ/ㄹ 밖에 수 없-)`` into ``- n/l subakke eps-(- ㄴ/ㄹ 수밖에 없-)`` by using the theory of Utterance Selection Theory.

In this paper, a new technique of inertia identification using recursive least square algorithm and full order estimator is proposed. The speed response is sensitive to variation in machine parameters especially the moment of inertia. The effectiveness of the method has been verified by simulations.

This report aims to explain the textbook for standard Korean language developed by GUKLIP GUKEOWON(The National Institute of Korean Language) in the 2010. The projected developing textbooks for adults during the 6th months lead by Lee Gwangyu(Korea University). The standard Korean textbooks we gathered were published from the period of the established Korean orthography to present times. We found many problems in these textbooks, such as objects, levels, system and contents. These textbooks of standard Korean language consist of three stages: first is basic, second is intermediate-level and third is high-level. These textbooks consist of four parts: 1) the rule of Korean orthography, 2) the standard language regulation, 3) the loanword orthography and 4) the Romanization of Korean. Each part is divided into several subunits such as pronunciation, form, spacing of words, extra, punctuation marks etc. The structure of units is comprised of 6 elements; ①guide-②preview-③exploration-④exercise-⑤reference-⑥finish. The guide gives the goal of learning, preview stimulates the interest through a carton, exploration contains the main contents of the unit, exercises provide confirmation of learning, reference gives further contents to meet the learner`s desire and finish summarize the unit.

Actinomycetes are Gram-positive soil bacteria and one of the most important industrial microorganisms due to superior biosynthetic capabilities of many valuable secondary metabolites as well as production of various valuable bioconversion enzymes. Among them are cytochrome P450 hydroxylase (CYP), which are hemoproteins encoded by a super family of genes, are universally distributed in most of the organisms from all biological kingdoms. Actinomycetes are a rich source of soluble CYP enzymes, which play critical roles in the bioactivation and detoxification of a wide variety of metabolite biosynthesis and xenobiotic transformation. Cyclosporin A (CyA), one of the most commonly-prescribed immunosuppressive drugs, was previously reported to be hydroxylated at the position of 4th N-methyl leucine by a rare actinomycetes called Sebekia benihana, leading to display different biological activity spectrum such as loss of immunosuppressive activities yet retaining hair growth-stimulating side effect. In order to improve this regio-selective CyA hydroxylation in S. benihana, previously-identified several secondary metabolite up-regulatory genes from Streptomyces coelicolor and S. avermitilis were heterologously overexpressed in S. benihana using an ermE * promoter-containing Streptomyces integrative expression vector. Among tested, SCO4967 encoding a conserved hypothetical protein significantly stimulated region-specific CyA hydroxylation in S. benihana, implying that some common regulatory systems functioning in both biosynthesis and bioconversion of secondary metabolite might be present in different actinomycetes species.

한국인 자폐증과 Chromosome 5p14에 존재하는 CDH9, CDH10 유전자 다형성의 연관성 연구

Objectives:The region of chromosome 5p14 is known to be associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The cadherin9 (CDH9) and cadherin10 (CDH10) genes are located in the region of chromosome 5p14 and reported to be associated with ASD in the Caucasian population. We performed an association study to identify if single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located on the CDH9 and CDH10 genes are associated in the Korean population. Methods:Genomic DNA was extracted from the blood of 214 patients with ASD and 258 controls. SNPs selected from two genes were genotyped using an Illumina Golden-Gate Genotyping assay with VeraCode technology. Statistical analysis was performed using SAS and Plink software. Results:All controls and ASD patients were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. In the results of logistic regression analyses for the genotype model and the chi-square test for the allele model, we found that SNPs on the CDH9 and CDH10 genes were not associated with ASD. Conclusion:Our data suggests that the CDH9 and CDH10 genes are not associated with ASD in the Korean population.

Calcific tendinitis is most common seen within the rotator cuff of the shoulder, although it may develop around the hip, wrist, elbow, knee, forefoot, and neck. However, there has been no report in the medical literature regarding calcific tendinitis of the common extensor tendon. We present a case of a 26-year-old woman who had calcific tendinitis of the common extensor tendon. Intraoperatively, partial rupture and calcific deposit at the insertion of the common extensor tendon were seen. We were removed calcific deposit and ruptured tissue of common extensor tendon, and then ruptured common extensor tendon was sutured. The patient showed excellent result two years postoperatively with return to range in a degree of activity levels.
