The full scale multi-fidelity aerodynamics database construction method is proposed and presented from model test data to enhance certification compliance and flight simulation results. The raw wind tunnel data is processed and handled by trim analysis, center of gravity location, and Reynolds corrections subroutine for an entire flight envelope. The additional in-house analysis tool is available to support further and missing part in a model test. The efficient in-house interpolation and adaptive response surface techniques are developed to ensure for providing full aerodynamics data accurately and quickly in the entire flight envelope. The full processed multi-fidelity aerodynamics database for a full scale model are constructed to enhance Part 23-Subpart B compliance including performance, stability and control analysis results compared to using the low fidelity aerodynamics database. The full process multi-fidelity aerodynamics improves the reliability of performance, stability and control analysis results to check Subpart B compliance at the Critical Design Review (CDR) stage.

This study measured and estimated the subway vent shaft air flow rate induced by moving trains in the tunnel. This work estimated theflow rate via the tunnel structure and train movement to determine the quantitative effect of vent shafts as air purification systems of naturalventilation to improve the air quality management of a subway. The amount of air suctioned into the tunnel is significantly larger thanthat vented from the tunnel. Thus, placing vent shafts near subway stations is desirable for natural ventilation systems. Experimentalapproaches to measure train-induced flow rates have not yet been published. Results of this study provide useful fundamental data tostudy the natural ventilation in a subway. Therefore, this study suggested the significant design factors required to control indoor air qualityin a subway.

Issues delays in collecting information from damaged areas following natural disasters, issues with delayed computation subjects of the damage and its cost due to difficulty in collecting basic statistical information, and issues with delayed establishment of restoration plans have been pointed out. Accordingly, this study proposes a join utilization model for disaster information as a method to effectively utilize basic statistical data related to disasters, for each agency. For this, preceding studies on joint utilization of information were reviewed, and the latest technologies and technology strategies needed for the joint utilization model were presented. It is expected that, through this, the results of this study can be used to compute damage statistics and establish restoration plans during various disasters. 자연재난 발생 이후 피해지역에 대한 정보수집이 지연되고, 기본통계 정보 수집이 원활하지 못해 피해대상과 피해비용 산정이지연되는 문제와 복구계획 수립이 지연되는 문제가 제기되어 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 부처별로 산재된 재난관련 기본통계데이터를 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 방안으로 재해자료의 공동활용 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 정보의 공동활용에 대한선행연구를 검토하고, 공동활용 모델에 필요한 최신기술 및 기술전략을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구의 결과는 다양한재난 발생시 피해통계 산정과 복구계획 수립에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
