컴퓨터와 네트워크의 성능이 나날이 발전해감에 따라, 여러 대의 컴퓨팅 자원들을 통합하여 하나의 시스템처럼 사용하고자 하는 클러스터에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스 기반의 컴퓨팅 자원들을 하나의 클러스터로 구성하여 이미지 렌더링을 하였고, 대규모 리눅스 클러스터 환경에서 효율적인 렌더링 수행을 위한 방법을 제시 하였다.

Pneumatic cylinder is one of the low cost actuation sources which have been applied in industrial and prosthetic application since it has a high power/weight ratio, a high-tension force and a long durability. However, the control problems of pneumatic systems, oscillatory motion and compliance, have prevented their widespread use in advanced robotics. To overcome these shortcomings, a number of newer pneumatic actuators have been developed such as McKibben Muscle, Rubber Actuator and Pneumatic Artificial Muscle (PAM) Manipulators. In this paper, one solution for position control of a robot arm, which is driven by two pneumatic artificial muscles, is presented. However, some limitations still exist, such as a deterioration of the performance of transient response due to the changes in the external load of the robot arm. To overcome this problem, a switching algorithm of the control parameter using a learning vector quantization neural network (LVQNN) is proposed in this paper This estimates the external load of the pneumatic artificial muscle manipulator The effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm is demonstrated through experiments with different external working loads.

Today, hydraulic systems play an important role in modern industry for the reasons that hydraulic actuator systems take many advantages over other technologies with high durability and the ability to produce large forces at high speeds. In recent years, electro-hydraulic actuator systems, which combine electric and hydraulic technology into a compact unit, have been adapted to a wide variety of force, speed and torque requirements. Moreover these systems resolve energy consumption and noise problems characteristic existed in the conventional hydraulic systems. Therefore, these systems have a wide range application fields especially in an excavator. Therefore the purpose of this paper is to demonstrate efficiency of the energy saving and present some control algorithms on a proposed system which apply to electro-hydraulic actuator system in the bucket of the excavator. Experiments are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system with various external loads as in real working conditions.

Bi-2223/Ag 고온초전도 선재의 기계적 특성 평가

Evaluation of the mechanical properties of Bi-2223/Ag HTS tapes was carried out by the tension and bending tests. Most of the Bi-2223/Ag tapes retained critical current up to 10 kgf/mm$_2$ axial tension stress, and 0.2% tension strain at room temperature. Applied tension strain exceeding 0.3% in superconducting tapes at 77 K leaded to rapid degradation of the critical current. It was observed that the more filaments, the better axial tension property at 77 K, self-field The influence of bending strain on critical current degradation was revealed to be less sensitive for Bi-2223/Ag HTS tapes with a more number of filaments and higher silver ratio.

전열처리 조건에 따른 Bi-2223 초전도 선재에서의 특성 변화

A lot of efforts have been focused on the optimization of PIT parameters for Bi-2223/Ag wire. Bi-2223 superconducting wires with 55 filaments were fabricated by stacking, drawing process. Before rolling process, round wires were pre -annealed at 760 - 820 $^{\circ}C$ and low oxygen partial pressure. We confirmed that pre-annealing step was to transform Bi-2212 orthorhombic structure from Bi-2212 tetragonal structure and to reduce the formation of second phases. However Bi-2223 phases also were formed at higher than 76$0^{\circ}C$ of pre-annealing temperature. The engineering critical current densities (Je) of Bi-22231Ag tapes were sintered at low oxygen partial pressure were higher than t hat of the wires sintered at air. We could achieve 6500 A/${cm}^2$ of Je for the tape that was initially kept at slightly higher temperature than that of normal heat treatment.
Identification of Leonurus sibiricus as a Weed Reservoir for Three Pepper-Infecting Viruses

In plant virus ecology, weeds are regarded as wild reservoirs of viruses and as potential sources for insectmediated transmission of viruses. During field surveys in 2013-2014, three Leonurus sibiricus plants showing virus-like symptoms were collected from pepper fields in Daegu, Seosan, and Danyang in Korea. Molecular diagnosis assays showed that the collected L. sibiricus samples were infected with either Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), Pepper mild mottle virus (PMMoV), or Beet western yellow virus (BWYV), respectively. Since this is the first identification of TSWV, PMMoV, and BWYV from L. sibiricus, complete genome sequences of three virus isolates were determined to examine their phylogenetic relationships with the previously reported strains and isolates. Phylogenetic analyses performed using full genome sequences of the viruses showed the isolates of TSWV and PMMoV obtained from L. sibiricus are closely related to the pepper isolates of the corresponding viruses. Our results suggest that L. sibiricus could act an alternative host and reservoir of viruses that cause damages in pepper fields.
