공공가치와 교육 거버넌스에 대한 국민들의 인식 분석을 통한 국가교육위원회 설치 논의 고찰

본 연구는 공공가치 및 교육 거버넌스와 관련된 국민들의 인식을 분석하여 협력적 교육 거버넌스 기구로서 국가교육위원회의 필요성 및 정당성, 설치방향을 고찰하기 위해 수행되었다. 국민들의 인식을 분석한 결과, 교육정책 분야에서 사회구성원 간 협력 및 소통은 교육당국에 대한 신뢰를 매개로 교육당국 역할 평가에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 즉, 정부가 교육정책 문제에 대하여 사회구성원과 협력 및 소통을 더 많이 할수록 국민들은 교육당국을 더욱 신뢰하였을 뿐만 아니라, 이를 매개로 교육당국의 역할을 더 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로, 협력적 교육 거버넌스 기구의 필요성과 정당성은 충족될 수 있으며, 모든 국민들의 수준에서 공공가치와 협력적 교육 거버넌스를 실현하는 방향으로 국가교육위원회를 설치 및 운영해야 한다고 제언하였다. 본 연구는 공공가치 및 교육 거버넌스에 대한 국민들의 인식을 중심으로 국가교육위원회에 대한 논의를 새롭게 시작했다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. This study was conducted to examine the need, justification and installation direction of the National Education Committee as a cooperative education governance organization by analyzing the public awareness of public value and education governance. Analysis of the public awareness revealed that cooperation and communication with members of society have a positive impact on the evaluation of the role of education authorities by means of trust in education authorities. The more the government cooperated and communicated with members of society on education policy issues, the more confident the people were in their confidence in the education authorities, and the more positive they were in their role. Based on these findings, this study recommended that the need and justification of the cooperative education governance organization be met, and that the National Education Committee should be established and operated in a way that would realize public value and cooperative education governance. This study is meaningful in that it has initiated a new round of discussions on the National Education Committee, focusing on public awareness of public values and education governance.

본 연구는 반편견 전략으로서 동화의 활용 방안을 파악하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구내용을 설정하였다. 1. 반편견 교육의 의의 2. 반편견 교육의 전략 3. 반편견 교육을 위한 문학의 출현과 기준 4. 반편견 교육 동화의 사용 먼저, 21세기의 특징인 더불어 공존하는 사회에서 요구하는 반편견 교육이란 편견이 없는 교육을 뜻한다. 편견이란 성, 인종, 민족, 능력, 장애 유무 등에 상관없이 모든 사람을 존중하도록 교육하는 뜻하며, 편견이 없는 사회를 지향하는 21세기에 반드시 요청되는 교육이다. 다음으로, 반편견 교육의 전략으로 사용할 수 있는 방법으로는 토의방법, 사연있는 인형(persona doll)의 사용, 반편견 문학의 사용을 들 수 있다. 위의 전략 중에서 가장 효과적인 방법은 반편견 문학을 사용하는 방법이다. 셋째로, 반편견 교육을 위한 문학의 출현은 1960년대 중ㆍ후반 미국에서 일어난 시민권리운동(civil right movement)에 그 기저를 두고 있는데, 여전히 백인에 의한 도서의 성격을 가지고 있다가 1970년대 후반부터 차츰 변하기 시작하였다. 그리고 반편견 문학의 선정기준은 미국의 어린이를 위한 도서위원회(Council on Interracial Books for Children)에서 어린이 도서 선정을 위한 10가지 신속한 방법’을 제안하고 있는데, Derman-Sparks와 그의 동료들 역시 이 기준을 사용하여 어린이 도서를 선정할 것을 권장하고 있다. 마지막으로 반편견 교육 동화의 적용에 있어서는, 반편견 교육 내용과 연계 가능한 동화의 년간 계획을 제시함으로써 실제로 적용할 수 있도록 하였다.

브랜드 쇼핑 앱 UI 기능적요인과 고객만족 관계 연구 -쿠팡 앱과 네이버쇼핑 앱 비교를 중심으로-

The importance of brand apps is being emphasized due to the increasing demand for untact consumption and the attributes of smartphone devices. It is also required to strengthen its function as a marketing appeal. The purpose of this study is to derive implications by comparing and analyzing the functional factors of the app based on the experience of the UI for user convenience of shopping app and the understanding of customer satisfaction relationship. Based on the research, the research model was established, and the survey was conducted using the measurement question development and the Likert scale.The 175 survey data collected were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of empirical analysis, customer satisfaction with app UI functional factors was partially different, and the difference factor is in conjunction with the practical value of the customer. This research result could provide basic data for research on brand shopping app UI. 비대면 서비스의 활성화로 언택트 소비수요가 증가하고, 스마트폰 기기속성 및 스마트폰 쇼핑 속성으로 인해 브랜드 앱의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 또한, 브랜드 앱의 마케팅 소구로서 기능 강화가 필연적으로 요구되어지고 있다. 본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 브랜드 쇼핑 앱을 통하여 사용자편의를 위한 UI(사용자 인터페이스)의 기능적요인 경험과 고객만족 관계 파악을 바탕으로 브랜드 앱의 기능적요인을 비교 분석하여 그 시사점을 도출하는데 목적을 두었다. 이론적 연구를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하고, 측정문항 개발과 리커트(Likert) 척도를 활용하여 설문 조사하였다. 수집된 175명의 설문조사 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 브랜드 쇼핑 앱 UI 기능적요인에 대한 고객만족은 부분적으로 차이를 보였으며, 그 차이 요인은 고객의 실용적가치와 맥을 함께 한다고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구결과는 브랜드 쇼핑 앱 UI 관련 연구에 필요한 기초자료를 제시해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

혁신학교가 학습자 중심 수업방법을 매개로고등학생의 수업태도에 미치는 영향

Using the data for the 1st and 2nd year of the GEPS, this study analyzed the effect of innovation school on high school student’s class attitude through the mediating effect of learner centered instructional methods. First, innovation schools have a significant effect on high school students' class attitude by subject. Also, learner centered teaching methods were having a significant effect on high school students' attitude. Second, the learner centered instructional methods have been found to mediate the relationship between innovative schools and their attitude in each subject. In particular, the Korean subject showed a complete mediating effect and the English and Math subject had a partial mediating effect. As a result, the innovation schools were significantly influencing the attitude of high school students of Korean, English and math classes by means of learner centered instructional methods. Based on these findings, we discussed policy implications on the direction of operation of innovation high schools and the model of high school class innovation that can facilitate students' active learning. 본 연구에서는 경기교육종단연구(GEPS) 1 2차년도 자료를 이용하여, 혁신학교가 학습자 중심 수업방법을 매개로 고등학생의 교과별 수업태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 그동안 혁신고등학교 및 고등학교 수업혁신의 정의적 효과에 대한 관심이 저조했다는 문제의식에 착안하여 수행되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 혁신학교는 고등학생의 교과별 수업태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신학교에 다니는 학생일수록, 학습자 중심 수업을 더 많이 인지하는 학생일수록 자신의 수업태도를 긍정적으로 평가했다. 둘째, 학습자 중심 수업방법은 혁신학교와 교과별 수업태도의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 국어 및 영어 교과는 완전매개효과를 보였으며 수학교과는 부분매개효과를 보였다. 결과적으로 혁신학교는 학습자 중심 수업방법을 매개로 고등학생의 국어, 영어, 수학 교과별 수업태도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 학생들의 활발한 배움을 촉진할 수 있는 혁신고등학교 운영 방향 및 고등학교 수업혁신 모델에 관해 정책적 시사점을 제공하였다.
