대전광역시 공공도서관의 효율성 추세변화 분석

본 연구는 대전 지역에 소재하고 있는 15개 공공도서관을 대상으로 DEA 모형을 사용하여 2008년도 공공도서관의 상대적 효율성을 분석하고 이어서 최근 3년간의 추세변화를 분석하였다. 투입요소로는 직원수, 면적, 장서수가 사용되었으며 산출요소로는 이용책수와 이용자수가 사용되었다. 연구결과, 기술효율성 값의 추세변화를 분석해 보면 3년간 지속적으로 효율성이 개선되었으며, 기술효율성의 개선은 순수 기술효율성과 규모 효율성 둘 다의 개선에 있었다. The purpose of this study was to analyse the ralative efficiency of 15 public libraries over a time period(2006-2008) by Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). The selected input variables were total staff, total area and total holdings. And the selected output variables were total circulations and total user. The results are as followed. First, a technical efficiency trend of public libraries has been improved since 2006. Second, a technical efficiency increase can be explained by increase of a pure technical and scale efficiency both.

The ${\gamma}/{\gamma}^{\prime}$ two-phases, commonly known as a eutectic structure, are observed in the ${\gamma}$ interdendritic region of a Ni-base superalloy. However, the growth behavior of the ${\gamma}/{\gamma}^{\prime}$ two-phases, whether it is of eutectic or peritectic nature, has not been decidedly established. Directional solidifications were, thus, performed with the planar interface at a low growth rate of $0.5{\mu}m/s$ in order to promote macro segregation. Directional solidification started with the ${\gamma}$ planar interface and the ${\gamma}^{\prime}$ phase nucleated on the ${\gamma}$ planar interface at the solidification fraction of 0.75. The ${\gamma}/{\gamma}^{\prime}$ two-phases showed the ${\gamma}^{\prime}$ rod structure as major phase and the ${\gamma}$ minor phase between ${\gamma}^{\prime}$ rods, and the volume fraction of the ${\gamma}$ phase changed continuously with an increasing solidification fraction. The two-phase ${\gamma}/{\gamma}^{\prime}$ is seen as the coupled peritectic.

제주도 향토자원을 활용한 스파산업 육성방향

세계적인 월빙 및 웰니스 붐에 따른 건강 치유를 중시하는 라이프스타일의 정착과 21세기 최고의 유망 서비스산업으로 떠오르고 있는 의료관광 및 웰니스관광에 적극적으로 대응하기 위한 방안의 하나로 제주도의 향토자원을 활용한 스파산업 육성방향에 대하여 고찰하였다. 스파산업 육성에 활용할 수 있는 제주도의 향토자원은 자연환경, 광물자원, 수자원, 생물자원, 농산물, 민간요법의 6 종류의 자원인 것으로 파악되었다. 제주 향토자원을 활용 가능한 여러 가지 스파 트리트먼트 중에서도 제주를 상징할 수 있는 차별화된 스파 트리트먼트 즉, '제주 특화 스파 트리트먼트'로 개발이 가능한 것은 12가지로 판단되었다. 즉, 자연환경을 활용한 딸라소테라피, 광물자원을 활용한 스톤테라피 검은 모래찜질 화산회토를 이용한 온돌요법, 수자원을 활용한 탈라소테라피 음용요법 하이드로 테라피, 생물자원을 활용한 약초/한약재 찜질 삼림치유, 농산물을 활용한 스파퀴진, 민간요법을 활용한 얼굴미용 질병치유 및 건강증진 식이요법이다. 상기와 같은 12가지 스파 트리트먼트를 '제주 특화 스파 트리트먼트' 개발 활용하기 위해서는 향토자원의 물리화학적 특성에 관한 기초연구와 더불어 제품화 연구와 임상시험을 통화 효능연구가 선행되어야 한다. 또한, 개발된 스파 트리트먼트를 고객의 성향과 요구와 스파유형 등을 고려한 맞춤형 서비스 프로그램 개발과 표준화 및 매뉴얼화가 이루어져야 한다. 아울러, 제주 스파산업이 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 성장해 나가기 위해서는 제주특별자치도가 추진하고 있는 의료관광 및 웰니스관광과 연계와 더불어 창업 및 경영지원이 필요 할 것으로 판단된다. Settled lifestyle as important to health and healing to medical tourism and wellness tourism in the 21st century has emerged as the best promising service industry. Jeju Island has a variety of local resources, and the directions was considered to spa industry promotion application it. Jeju Island has a variety of local resources which can be used for spa industry promotion. Jeju Island's beautiful natural environment, mineral resources, water resources, biological resources, agricultural products, traditional folk remedies available in Jeju's spa treatments. Using the local resources of Jeju, 'Jeju specialized spa treatments' can develop of 12 kinds of spa treatments. Namely, thalssotherapy, stone therapy, black sand poultice, hot-floored therapy using volcanic soil, thalassotherapy, drinking therapy, hydrotherapy, herbal/medicinal plants poultice, forest therapy, Spa cuisine, facial beauty, diet therapy. 12 kinds of Jeju specialized spa treatments development and service to the local resources of basic research on the physical and chemical characteristics, product development, clinical trials, efficacy studies should precede. In addition, customized spa services programs should be developed considering the propensity of customers, customer needs, and a spa type. And standardized program of spa services and need a manual painter. Medical tourism and wellness tourism in conjunction with efforts to be considered in order to increase the competitiveness of the spa industry in Jeju.

에이징 인 플레이스 실현을 위한 일본의 고령자 지원체계 연구 - 지역포괄케어시스템의 구축을 중심으로 -

This study attempts to provide implications for developing more efficient and effective community-based support system with AIP perspective for the elderly in Korea. The main purpose of this study is to analyze Japan's community-based integrated care system that respond to the concept of aging in place (AIP) and its cases. In Japan, they have offered Community-Based Service since 2005, and the advanced system which include integrated support categories and consolidated community/local resources will started in 2015 by The revision of Long-term Care Insurance policy, 2012. The result of policy analysis and case studies are as follows: 1) The suggestion for ideal support system model promoted a relationship of multiple agents include private sectors even resident and senior and specified responsibility sharing, 2) the system proposed Not only health and medical care support, living care and residence are also addressed as a comprehensive support. and 3) the amount of available community resource is different by each local government, but the effort to get the understanding of community residents and to connect with a potential community resource is also essential aspect to set effective community-based support system.

대학도서관 조직문화에 관한 연구

본 연구는 대학도서관 조직문화를 이해하고 실제적인 관리전략으로 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 한국의 대학도서관을 대상으로 전체 대학도서관 조직문화를 파악하고 특성에 따른 조직문화의 차이를 비교분석하고자 하는 연구이다. 대학도서관에 근무하는 직원을 대상으로 이들이 인식하는 조직문화의 연구결과 대학도서관 조직문화는 다른 문화유형과 비교해서 위계질서문화에서 지나치게 높은 평균값을 가지고 있었으며 두 번째는 인간관계문화가 우세하였으며, 생산중심문화와 개방체계문화에서는 약한 가치를 가지고 있었다. 앞으로 한국의 대학도서관 조직문화를 연구하는 방법으로 양적 방법뿐 아니라 질적 방법도 고려되어야 할 것이며, 대학도서관 조직문화에 대한 정확한 이해는 신규직원의 선발, 부서 배치 혹은 직무순환시 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 아울러 환경의 변화에 적합한 전략을 계획할 수 있게 됨으로써 조직관리에 효율성을 가져올 수 있을 것이다. This study attempts to identify a profile of the university library's overall organizational culture and to analyze the difference of the organizational culture according to library's characteristics(size, location, control and unit). A questionnaire that is based on the competing values framework is used to survey staff in university library. In conclusion, the highest score is in the internal process quadrant(39.92), toward consolidation and continuity, but emphasizing control aimed at stability. And the weakest in the overall culture profile is the open systems quadrant(13.27) which may indicate that external support and resource acquisition are not strong measures of effectiveness to the staff. Research on university library organizational culture using both qualitative and quantitative method needs to be further considered. Furthermore, the strategy in library organizational culture for library administrator to manage human resources efficiently needs to be developed.

대학 내 도서관과 전자계산소의 조직통합에 관한 사례연구

한국의 경우 대학 내 도서관과 전자계산소 등의 조직통합의 발전방향은 미국의 선례에 자극을 받아 그 통합이 추진되는 경향을 보여 왔다. 1990년대 중반 이 후 일부 대학들이 도서관과 전자계산소를 통합하였으며 점차 확대되어나갈 것으로 추측된다. 그러나 최근 미국의 추세를 보면 과거 도서관과 전자계산소가 통합되어 운영되고 있던 대학도서관들이 통합 이전으로 다시 분리되고 있는 현상이 일어나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2006년 통합이전으로 분리된 미국의 명문사학인 사례대학의 도서관을 대상으로 그들이 경험한 도서관과 전자계산소의 통합운영에 대한 부분을 조직통합의 목적과 배경, CIO의 역할과 리더쉽, 자원에 대한 갈등의 세 가지 측면에서 조사하여 분석하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore organizational integration of library and computing center in university. In order to analyze the organizational integration and separation, the study employed case method. In this research I concentrated on three areas: the goal and background of organizational integration, the leadership of CIO and the conflict in resources and cultural differences between the library and the computing staff.

대학도서관 팀제 운영방식이 팀 효과성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 팀제를 실시하고 있는 전국의 대학도서관을 대상으로 팀제의 운영방식(도입과정, 팀원의 재량권, 팀장의 리더십, 팀의 자유로운 의사소통, 도서관장의 의지)이 팀 효과성(환경적응성, 직무만족, 팀 분위기, 비용절감)에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 분석을 위한 데이터는 대학도서관의 직원으로부터 회수된 설문지를 기초로 하였다. 연구결과 팀제의 운영방식 중 도입과정과 도서관장의 의지는 팀의 효과성 가운데 환경적응성, 직무만족, 비용절감에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 의사소통은 직무만족과 팀의 분위기에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study examined the impact of team characteristics(introduction of the team approach team empowerment, leadership of team leaders, open communication director's commitment) on team effectiveness (adaptability to the environments, job satisfaction the positive team culture, cost efficiency) in university libraries. The study used a survey design with a questionnaire to staffs who worked at f academic libraries in South Korea. The major findings from the empirical analysis are as follows. The well-prepared introduction of team approach and director's strong commitment were positively related to the team effectiveness variables such as adaptability to environment, job satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

공공도서관의 효율성 평가에 관한 연구

본 연구는 대전 지역에 소재하고 있는 17개 공공도서관을 대상으로 DEA기법을 사용하여 상대적 효율성을 평가하였다. 투입요소로는 직원수, 면적, 장서수가 사용되었으며 산출요소로는 이용책수와 이용자수가 사용되었다. 연구결과 공공도서관의 평균 효율성은 64.15%로 평가되었다. 효율적인 도서관은 4개관으로 전체의 24%에 불과하였으며, 전반적으로 비효율적인 도서관들의 비효율성은 투입물에 비해 산출물의 과소사용에 그 원인이 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper is to measure and analyse the relative efficiency of 17 public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city using Data Envelopment Analysis. In this paper, total staffs, total area, total holdings are used as library inputs and total circulations, total user visits are used as library outputs. The estimated results show that libraries operate at 64.15% efficiency and only 4 libraries are relatively efficient. Inefficiency of the public libraries was due to small use of outputs compared to inputs.
