On the Two Issues of Donggyeong yongwonbu ofBalhae Yin, XuanzheThe kingdom of Balhae was founded in 698,fully three decadesafter the demise of Koguryo, and fell to the Khitans in 926. Du ringthe kingdom’ s existence for 229 years, 15 kings came and went andthere are five ‘gyong’, twelve ‘pu’and sixty-two ‘ju’in the wholecountry. Balhae was known as the ‘Prosperous State of East’(Haedongsungguk) at its peak prosperity and boasted of its sple ndiddevelopments to the world, thereby opening the civilized period inthe political, military, economic and cultural field. In this study, a deserted house exhibition was held in an urban regeneration activation area of Junghwa 2-dong. A survey was conducted onvisitors regarding the deserted house and the exhibition to investigate and analyze the ranking of elements that made people recognize thevalue of conserving and utilizing such a house. A total of 58 people participated in the survey, and the research results were derived usingthe method of ranked multiple response analysis that assigned weight to the frequency by rank of the factors from the responses of thecollected questionnaires. As a result, it was found that the building itself was important as a physical factor. The importance of externalspaces such as courtyard and fence were relatively low. As for the psychological factor, most of the respondents answered that it wasbecause of the recollection felt in a deserted house. Among the exhibits, the importance ratio was high in the order of intuitive understandingsuch as photos, videos, and architectural models. 본 연구에서는 중화2동 도시재생활성화역에 있는 한 빈집에서 전시회를 개최했다. 전시회 관람객 중 58명을 대상으로 빈집과 전시에 대해 설문조사를 진행하여 응답자들이 빈집의 보전과 활용의 가치를 인식하는 요소들의 순위를 조사 분석하였다. 응답한 요소의 순위별 빈도에 가중치를 부여하는 순위형 다중응답분석 방법을 통해 연구결과를 도출하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 물리적 요소에서는 건물 자체가 중요도가 높았다. 반면 마당, 담장 등 외부 공간의 중요도는 상대적으로 낮았다. 심리적인 요소로는 연령대와 무관하게 빈집에서 느껴지는 추억 때문에 보전 및 활용의 가치를 느낀다는 비율이 가장 높았다. 전시품 중 사진, 영상, 건축 모형 등 직관적 이해가 쉬운 것들이 중요도 비율이 높았으며, 전시 공간 중요도에서는 거실을 방과 마당의 전이 공간으로 여기는 경향이 나타났다.
Conflicts and Resolutions due to the Expansion of Urban Heritage

The purpose of this study is to analyze the conflicts caused by the spatial expansion in two types of urbanheritage in Seoul. To explain the national and professional orientation found in each spatial transformation, the studybrought the concept of ‘historic state’ and ‘epitome,’ thereby examining the operating system of the conflicts. Fieldobservations and stakeholder interviews were performed based on literature and historical research. The study resultsare as follows. ①In the case of Gwanghwamun and Donuimun, the spatial expansion is to find the historic state of thesites. Gwanghwamun with high national status and substance, conflicts show a pattern that spreads to memory conflicts. Donuimun is relatively unknown and has no substance so that a flexible method of digital restoration was applied. ②In the case of Ikseon-dong and Bukchon hanok, they show heterogeneous spatial expansion. The conflicts in relation tothis is caused by the epitome of hanok. In Ikseon-dong, illegal installation of structures(non-epitome) is prevalent, whilein Bukchon, there was a process of transferring the new basement(non-epitome) as part of the hanok. ③Conflicts inGwanghwamun can be coordinated by referring to the digital restoration of Donuimun, and conflicts in Ikseon-dong canbe resolved by taking Bukchon as a precedent.

Augmented reality and non-photorealistic rendering are popular topics in the image processing fields. This paper proposes a non-photorealistic rendering technique aimed to handle mixed contents of 3D models and video footage. Our target environments include mixed reality scenes of graphical 3D models with real environment video frames as backgrounds. First, we obtain a series of colormaps by simplifying the colors of input video frames. The colormaps generated from the real video frames are applied to determine the colors of 3D models in the non-photorealistic rendering. The proposed method provides more harmonized results in non-photorealistic rendering of mixed contents of 3D models and real video frames. 최근 영상처리 분야에서 증강현실 및 비사실적 렌더링이 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 동영상과 3D 모델의 혼합된 렌더링에 있어서 적용될 수 있는 비사실적 렌더링 기법을 제시한다. 실환경 동영상 프레임을 배경으로 하고 3D 모델들로 장면을 구성하는 혼합현실 환경에서의 렌더링 과정에 비사실적 렌더링을 적용한다. 먼저 비디오 입력영상을 비사실적 렌더링으로 단순화 하면서 비디오 영상에 사용된 색들을 기반으로 색들의 집합인 일련의 컬러맵을 생성한다. 비디오 영상으로부터 생성된 컬러맵을 사용하여 3D 모델의 비사실적 렌더링 시의 컬러들을 결정한다. 이로부터 배경으로 사용되는 기존 비디오 영상과 3D 모델의 색감이 비슷하도록 렌더링하는 결과를 얻을 수 있으며 두 콘텐츠 간에 더 조화로운 결과를 만들어 낼 수 있다.
