연구목적: 본 연구는 안전보건진단제도에 대한 문제점을 도출하기 위해 산업안전보건법에서 정한 조문의 계층별 설문모형을 설계하고 이를 3집단의 전문가 그룹으로 분류하여 건설현장에서의 안전보건제도 실효성 도출을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 법적 현황 분석 및 해외 관련 제도 분석과 AHP 계층분석 설문 모형을 설정하여 분석결과의 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구결과: 설문항목 분석 결과 인적활용도와 사전 계획의 치밀성이 포함된 항목에 높은 중요도를 보였으며, 특히 중견건설업체의 경우에는 안전보건진단 이후 개선 활동의 적극성에 가장 높은 중요도를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 건설업 안전보건제도 개선을 위한 문제점을 인식하고, 전문가들의 개선대책을 정책적·제도적 개선방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다. Purpose: This study was designed to draw up problems with the safety and health diagnosis system, and designed a hierarchical survey model of the clauses prescribed by the Occupational Safety and Health Act. The purpose of the survey is to derive the effectiveness of the safety and health diagnosis system at the construction site by targeting three groups of experts. Method: This paper set up the legal status analysis and overseas related system analysis and AHP hierarchy analysis survey model. In addition, the validity of the analysis results was verified by a survey. Results: The analysis of the survey items showed a high importance on items included in the human utilization and the precision of the pre-plan. In particular, mid-sized construction companies showed the highest importance for their active activities after the safety and health diagnosis. Conclusion: Through this study, we should recognize problems for improving the safety and health system of construction industry and prepare policy and institutional improvement measures for experts.
고속도로 통행차량 통계 분석을 통한 단독차량의 활하중 효과 추정

PURPOSES : This study estimated the load effect of a single heavy truck to develop a live load model for the design and assessment of bridges located on an expressway with a limited truck entry weight. METHODS: The statistical estimation methods for the live load effect acting on a bridge by a heavy vehicle are reviewed, and applications using the actual measurement data for trucks traveling on an expressway are presented. The weight estimation of a single vehicle and its effect on a bridge are fundamental elements in the construction of a live load model. Two statistical estimation methods for the application of extrapolation in a probabilistic study and an additional estimation method that adopts the extreme value theory are reviewed. RESULTS : The proposed methods are applied to the traffic data measured on an expressway. All of the estimation methods yield similar results using the data measured when the weight limit has been relatively well observed because of the rigid enforcement of the weight regulation. On the other hand, when the estimations are made using overweight traffic data, the resulting values differ with the estimation method. CONCLUSIONS: The estimation methods based on the extreme distribution theory and the modified procedure presented in this paper can yield reasonable values for the maximum weight of a single truck, which can be applied in both the design and evaluation of a bridge on an expressway.

전기변색 물질은 전압을 인가하였을 때 산화-환원 반응을 통해 흡수도나 투과도 같은 광학적 물성 변화를 보인다. 이러한 전기변색 물질에 기반한 전기변색 소자는 높은 투과도 변화, 낮은 구동 전압, 간단한 소자 구조 등 다양한 장점을 가지고 있어 차세대 투명 디스플레이로 각광받고 있다. 최근에는 이러한 전기변색 소자에 변색 특성 이외에 유연성 및 에너지 저장성 등 다양한 기능을 추가하는 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 기고문에서는 전기변색 소자의 기본적인 구동원리 및 다기능 개발 동향 등에 대해 알아보고자 한다.
