박근혜 대통령 탄핵사건 보도에 대한 비판적 담론 분석 : 일간신문의 정파성과 담론경쟁을 중심으로

본 연구는 헌정사상 초유의 현직 대통령 탄핵사건과 관련 보도에서 나타난 미디어담론의 특성을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. ‘비판적 담론 분석’ 틀을 차용하여 국내 5개 일간신문에 보도된 1면 기사, 사설, 칼럼을 분석한 결과 뉴스담론의 내용적 유형은 ‘대통령 의혹/책임’, ‘측근 비리’, ‘비선실세 국정농단’ 순으로 많았다. 담론 텍스트 구성에서는 이슈 내용에 따라 신문사별 차이가 확인되었다. 최초 국정농단 의혹이 제기된 ‘정윤회 문건’ 이슈에서는 신문의 정파성에 따른 논조의 차이가 나타났는데, 반면 ‘최순실 국정농단’ 사건에서는 보수신문과 진보신문 구분 없이 모두 비판적 논조를 집중적으로 펴는 특징을 보였다. 이어 접합이론을 적용해 탄핵사건을 둘러싼 다양한 담론들이 어떤 변화과정을 거치며 의미를 재구성하는지를 탐색한 결과, 보수신문의 경우 정치적 사안에서는 비판적 논조가 강하게 나타난 반면 경제적 사안에서는 대기업 옹호 프레임의 담론전략이 두드러졌다. 마지막으로 주요 쟁점이슈를 둘러싼 담론경쟁 구도를 분석한 결과 ‘국정수습 방안’, ‘세월호 7시간’, ‘재벌기업 수사’, ‘대통령 구속’ 등에서 정파성에 따른 논조의 차이 등이 확인되었다. This study aims to analyze features of media discourse about the ruling of the Constitutional Court of Korea that formally impeached the incumbent president, a first in the nation’s history. Articles on the first page, editorials and opinion pieces of five daily newspapers were analyzed in the frame of the Critical Discourse Analysis(CDA). “Suspicion/responsibility of the president” was the most frequently used topic in the news discourse. “Close allies’ corruption”, “secret commander’s influence on governmental decisions” followed. Discourse text analysis was made by issues. Regarding the allegation on “Chung Yoon-hoi’s dossier”, the overall tone of newspapers differs based on partisanship. Meanwhile, both of the progressive and conservative newspapers criticized Choi Soon-sil’s influence on governmental decisions. Changes of the discourse were examined within the theory of articulation to see how the discourse about the presidential impeachment was restructured. Conservative newspapers used different approaches in discourse strategy in political and economic matters. Lastly, the discourse competition structure surrounding key issues and differences in partisanship were analyzed. In the issues of ways to normalize the state affairs, the secret seven-hour meeting after the sinking of Sewol Ferry, investigation into conglomerates and the detention of the president, discourse competition structure and partisanship were different between individual newspapers and between conservative and progressive newspapers.
투석시킨 커피 추출액에 의한 RAW 264.7 세포의 증식-관련 단백질 발현변화

Coffee is one of the most familiar beverages to modern human adults, but its bio-physiological effect has not been clearly elucidated. It was known that more than one thousand chemicals were included in the ordinary coffee extract. Among them, the caffein and chlorogenic acid (caffeoylquinic acids) are most abundant and have been investigated by many authors so far. In order to know the real cellular effect of whole coffee extract elements, the dialyzed coffee extract (DCE)1) was made to get coffee elements less than 1000 Da molecular weight, which are freely absorable through gastrointestinal tract. It was directly treated in the culture of RAW 264.7 cells, a murine macrophage lineage. RAW 264.7 cells were treated with DCE equivalent to 2.5 cups of coffee (DCE-2.5), DCE-5, and DCE-10 for 12 hours, and their protein extracts were examined by histological observation and immunoprecipitation high performance liquid chromatography (IP-HPLC). RAW 264.7 cells differently expressed the proliferation-related proteins depending on the dose of DCE. DCE-2.5 and DCE-5 enhanced the cellular growth of RAW 264.7 cells by increasing the expression of β-actin, PCNA, Ki-67, MPM2, MAX, cMyc, E2F-1, and Rb-1, and by decreasing the expression of MAD and p21. These proliferation-related proteins were rarely affected by DCE-10. DCE-2.5 and DCE-5 induced the cellular proliferation of RAW 264.7 cells by the signaling of E2F-1 and cMyc, respectively, but these cellular effects almost disappeared in DCE-10. Therefore, it was presumed that the low dose of coffee, DCE-2.5 and DCE-5 might be effective for the proliferation of murine macrophages, RAW264.7 cells, contrast to the high dose of coffee, DCE-10. It was also suggested that the low dose of DCE-2.5 and DCE-5 be helpful to increase the innate immunity in vivo by increasing the cell number of macrophages in contrast to the high dose of DCE-10.

Although tranfusion-transmitted infections are complicated by a variety of microorganisms, one of the most frequent posttransfusion infection may be hepatitis caused by either hepatitis B virus hepatitis C virus. The medical implications of an elevated alanine aminotransferase(ALT) were notd that it used as a surrogate test for viral hepatitis. But, mean ALT values vary with geographic location of the population and with age. The age effect is more prominant in men. This study was intended to investigate the serum ALT level of donated blood and determine the cut-off value of serum ALT for transfusion. The ALT level of abnormal donated blood which were hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg positive or anti hepatitis C virus(anti-HCV) positive were compared with normal donated group(as reference group). Cases shown negative reactions in VDRL, HBsAg and anti-HCV tests were classified as reference group(10,216 cases). Donated bloods which were positive in the tests for HBsAg and/or anti-HCV were classified as abnormal experimental group(2,909 cases). Male donated bloods which were collected from October 1991 to July 1992 were analysed. The ALT distribution of reference group was log-normal and shifted more left side than experimental group. In the reference group, mean of serum ALT level was 36.5±26.6(geometric mean : 28.5±2.0)unit/1 and tended to increase by age increament which peaked at 30th. There was no significant difference among reference group, anti-HCV positive group and HBsAg positive group in the consistency over the cut-off value(>65 unit) of serum ALT. as 13.3%, 12.2% and 13.6%, respectively Cases values over the cut0off value of serum ALT which was calculated as mean +1.0 S.D.(588 unit/1) were 18.1%, and cases over mean +1.5 S.D.(82 unit/1), 2.0 S.D.(116 unit/1) and 2.25 S.D.(137 unit/1) were 6.4%, 1.5% and 0.6% in 20th, respectively. Those meant that determination of cut-off value of serum ALT is important for delivery of transfusion bloods. Finally, we suggested one standardized method for measuring of serum ALT level and more abundant number of cases are needed to determine normal range of serum ALT level and needed to detemine cut-off value for transfusion.
