This paper presents a motion recognition system using radio wave to enable recognition of human motion. Suggested system were used to recognize four human motions (Push, Pull, Right Slide, and Left Slide) for performing volume up/down and music selection. We implement a prototype using two monostatic radars and LabVIEW programming, and evaluate it. 100 tests were performed in total. The experiment results showed a 80% accuracy in recognizing motion.

사회통합 측면의 취약계층 일자리 창출 및 지원을 위한 사회적 기업에 관한 연구

본 연구는 양극화가 심화되고 있는 노동시장을 중심으로 사회통합 측면에서 취약계층의 일자리 창출과 지속적인 지역발전을 위한 사회적 기업관련 연구를 진행하였다. 2014년 7월 현재, 경남의 사회적 기업은 51개로 조사되었고(일자리 제공형 38개, 혼합형 9개, 사회서비스제공형 1개, 기타 3개), 예비사회적 기업은 85개로 집계되었다(일자리 제공형 72개, 혼합형 7개, 사회서비스제공형 6개). 종사자 현황을 살펴보면, 인증된 사회적 기업은 1,148명(취약계층 732명, 비취약계층 416명), 예비사회적 기업은 509명(취약계층 330명, 비취약계층 179명)으로 조사되었다. 노동시장을 통해 사회통합을 마련하고 이러한 연결고리가 지역경제 활성화를 유도하여 장기적인 성장이 촉진될 수 있도록 사회적 기업이 구심점이 되어야 한다. 지역특성에 맞고 지역사회가 필요로 하는 형태의 사회적 기업을 운영하지 못한다면 사회적 기업의 영속성은 없다. 결론적으로 사회통합 측면에서 취약계층 일자리 창출 및 지원은 사회적 기업육성을 통해 공익적 목적 실현과 취약계층이 노동시장에서 자립할 수 있는 기반마련에 주안점을 두어야 하며, 사회적 기업의 확대를 위한 정책방안으로 첫째, 사회적 기업의 안정적인 정착 및 자생력 강화, 둘째, 경남차원의 네트워크 구축 및 체계적인 지원, 셋째, 시부와 군부에 따라 맞춤형 지원정책, 넷째, 사회적 기업가 발굴?양성, 다섯째, 경남형 사회적 기업 박람회개최 등이 필요하다. In this study, focusing on the labor market that dichotomy is serious and advanced the related research in social enterprise for sustainable regional development and job creation of vulnerable hierarchy in terms of social integration. July, 2014 currently, social enterprise of Gyeongnam, the 51 pieces of research have been (Offer type 38 pieces of work, nine of mixed type, social services provides type one, the other three), preliminary social enterprises , were 85 pieces of aggregate(offer type 72 work, seven of the mixed, social services provided type 6). Workers of the current situation (2014 annual July basis), certified social enterprises, 1,148 people (vulnerable layer 732 people, non-fragile layer 416 people), preliminary social enterprises, 509 people (vulnerable layer 330 people , was investigated in non-fragile layer 179 people). The integration of the labor market, by providing a social integration, which induces activation of the local economy, as can promote the long-term growth, social enterprises must become a central. If you do not have operates a social enterprise in the form required by the local community matches the characteristics of the region, not the persistence of social enterprise. In conclusion, job creation and support of vulnerable layer in terms of social integration through social enterprise development, and to put the focus on the foundation that realization and vulnerable hierarchy of public interest purposes can be self-reliance in the labor market, expansion of social enterprise first to policy proposals for, and grows naturally strengthen and reliable of social enterprise settlement, in the second, to build a network of Gyeongnam dimension, systematic support, in third, excavation of social entrepreneurs, training, fourth, were presented such as social enterprise Exposition held.

AHP분석 방법을 통한 경상남도 평생교육진흥 정책 우선순위 결정

본 연구는 평생교육법 개정(2007.12)으로 시·도지사의 평생교육진흥책무가 강조됨에 따라 지역주민을 위해 우선적으로 추진해야 할 평생교육 영역과 경남평생교육진흥원이 설립된다면 추진해야 할 주요업무가 무엇인지를 분석하여 경상남도 평생교육진흥을 위한 정책적 함의 및 시사점 도출에 있다. 전문가 설문조사를 통해(Expert Choice 2000활용) 경상남도 평생교육진흥정책의 추진방향을 평생교육 6대 영역과 시·도 평생교육진흥원에서 추진해야 할 업무 우선순위 분석을 실시하였다. 평생교육 6대 영역 분석결과, 우선적으로 추진되어야 할 영역은 직업능력 향상교육(0.335)으로 나타났다. 경남평생교육진흥원이 설립되어 추진해야 할 주요업무는 첫 번째로 지역실정에 맞는 평생교육정책개발(0.238)로 조사되었다. 그 다음으로 평생교육프로그램 개발 및 보급(0.148), 도내 평생교육기관 간 연계체계 구축(0.139) 등의 순으로 조사되었다. 결론적으로 경남 평생교육진흥 사업의 발전과 활성화를 위해 지역의 산업정책 흐름에 발맞추어『5대 핵심전략산업 연계를 통한 평생학습 추진전략 수립』의 필요성을 제기하고자 한다.
