        This study investigated stress of physical education leader the result are as follows. 1. When physical education leader raises self recognition on how acts for his job in the athletic organization, he will effectively be able to cope with stress. 2. When physical education leader seeks for transcendental meditation, yoga, and other hobbies to relax tension, he will effectively be able to cope with stress. 3. The stress of physical education leader occurs by an environmental factor, but it results from the unsatisfactory resource and support, and requirement for desire under the inconsequent relation between job performer and job environment. 4. An physical education leader will be able to reduce the impact and also he can presuppose an occurrence of stress factor as device a previous plan on new business.

        In result of studied the project of sports for all facilities, the summarized contents are as follows; 1. It is desirable to plan the sports for all facilities by hearing opinion of professional sports for all leaders, professional a city plan in drawing up an urban project. 2. It is desirable to map out a plan for sports for all facilities, fitting to its local characterstics after grasped an actual condition of existing facilities, present situation of local population, level of practical consciousness, and present condition of transportations as well as to plan it in welfare constructive level of local community. 3. It is desirable to plan the structure of facilities after considered prospect of participant, sports event to be executed, policy of operating facilities and number of users. 4. It is desirable to take a suitable facility's structure fitting to number of users after scientificalluy examined applicability of various programs, efficiency of guidance, rationality of management and countermeasure by environmental transition.

        This study examined the measures for juvenile guidance and sports activity on the basic of the before-mentioned study issue. The results are as follows : 1. Adults should be concerned about the juveniles with thoughtful consideration and patient, casting away prejudice and misunderstanding on juvenile behavior in order that young men can brightly and cheerfully grow up. 2. It is necessary to encourage practical sports after providing such given condition and surrounding as strengthening of close relation between family members, democratic decision-making, and respect for personality. 3. It is necessary to offer various sports programs for the juvenile, to establish human philosophy for development of humanity, and to build up educational historic ideology for the national tradition. 4. It is necessary to create and develop the sound and worth juvenile culture with offering cultural space for activities of young men. 5. It is desirable to actively carry out counselling activity and to develop various educational program as well as to seek guidance for health and humanity that help self development of young men.

        The results are as follows: The social upheaval can be termed to be development of scientific technique, increase of population, growth of traffic communication, development of knowledge, increase of spare time, decrease of body function, increase of crimes, weakening of education and family function, change of attitude and value, change of environment, and mutual dependence of between individual, and social state. The improvements of school physical education to overcome social upheaval are as follows: First, it should be improved the acquirement of theory and practical training, education of human nature, development of programs, facilities, estimate, and encouragement of special activities should be improved for a desirable in school physical education. Second, their spare time should be able to be used at home, community, and company by teaching game of each event through in school. physical education. Third, the evaluating method should be rationalized by executing theory, health, and practical training in the appropriate ratio as well as to normalizing curriculum of school physical education. Fourth, school physical education has a effect to health of modern people, accordingly the government should support it through policy for promotion physical strength of the people. Fifth, educators of physical education should be physical administration, coaching, and game specialists with technique of managing physical facilities.

It is necessary to make use of spare time and to build up view of value which rightful understanding and attitude on recreation. 3. It is necessary to create atmosphere in other that one may always apply recreation by completely furnishing physical facilities. 4. It is necessary to improve practical habit and capability which can assist physical training by making spare time fitting to aptitude. 5. It is necessary to emphasize importance of role in physical training as rightful recognition on recreation.

        This study was carried out to suggest the desirable direction of future school physical education as examining an urgent problem of school physical education as well as to look into the present situation of school physical education and modern social change in the rapidly-changing industrial society, centering around literatures cited. The results are as follows : First, the school physical education is mutually related to redical growth of scientific technique, increase in population, development of transportations and communication, increase of knowledge and spare time, depression of body, increase of juvenile delinquency, weakening of educational function in home, and correlation between individual, local community and nation which are the characteristics of modern society. Second, this study suggests the desirable measures of school physical education to solve urgent problems of modern society are; development of program of school physical education by social change, training of physical educator, diver-sification of physical education, normalization of school physical education, improvement facilities for physical education, strengthening of health education, rationalization of appraise the physical education. Finally, our government should support in other to strengthen the course of physical education.
