화학적-기계적 혼성공정에 의한 초미세 Fe-6Al-9Si 합금분말의 합성

Fe-6Al-9Si(N) alloy powders were synthesized by hybrid process of chemical nitrification and mechanical milling. The nitriding treatment on Fe-6Al-9Si alloy powders formed $\gamma'-Fe_4N$ phase on the powders surface. The nitriding-treated powders were pulverized by horizontal high-energy ball milling machine. The longer ball milling time tended to reduce the size of alloy powders. In ball milling for 36h, extremely fine powders with about $7\~9wt\%$ nitrogen were obtained. Through X-ray diffraction analysis on the powders, it was found out that the longer milling time caused a disappearance of the crystallinity of $\alpha-Fe$ in the powders. TEM study confirmed that the powders is comprised of a few tens nano-meter sized crystals, including $\alpha-Fe$ phase with partially $\gamma'-Fe_4N$ phase. Hysteresis curves of the synthesized powders measured by VSM revealed lower saturation magnetization and higher coercivity, which seemed to be attributed to nitrogen-impregnation and severe residual stress developed during the high energy milling. Microstructure observation on the powder annealed at 873 K for 1 h showed 10 to 20 nm sized $\alpha-Fe$ crystal. Such a enhanced crystallinity significantly increased the magnetization and decreased the coercivity, which was attributed to not only the crystallinity but also residual stress relaxation.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into how hotel corporations can lower the job insecurity for their survivors, and get the desired result in any array in the process of restructuring, by establishing a theory of what does the job insecurity for their survivors on hotel employees raise the results, and empirically analyzing this theory on survivors in hotel corporations, which the restructuring was undergone. For this, this study intends to be carried out with a specific objective as follows. First, it intends to arrange the theoretical concept and results of precedent studies based on the job change(change in job technology, change in job performance competency), job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior of organizational members with reference to the job insecurity. Second, it intends to analyze the effect of job change on job insecurity. Third, it intends to furnish basic data for an efficient and scientific management of human resources in hotel corporations based on the effect of job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior. The SPSS WIN 12.0 was applied to analyze the collected data. For the analytical technique, statistical analyses - frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, simple regression analysis, - were carried out.

These delays are stochastic in nature because most packets arrive at random time instants. The stochastic property of the delay adversely influences the control system's performance in terms of stability, responsiveness and steady-state error. Another problem for safety-critical application such as brake-by-wire systems is the reliability of the communication modules that can fail abruptly. This paper deals with two methods to overcome the above problems: (i) scheduling method that can maintain packet delays under some acceptable level, and (ii) redundancy management of communication modules that prescribes dual-redundancy modules' behavior when one of them fails.<br/>
