        태권도공연예술 공연자의 계획행동과 사전지식의 상호작용효과가 공연지속의도에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to clarify the influence of interaction effects between the theory of planned behaviors and preliminary knowledge of taekwondo performer of performer arts on performance continuous intention. For this purpose, 180 copies of questionnaire sheets were collected from the performers who participated in a play of taekwondo performance arts. Excluding 38 copies of questionnaire sheets completed inadequately, 142 of them were used for final analyses. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0. Specifically, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and hierachical moderated regressions were conducted. From the results of these analyses, the following conculusions were drawn. First, the attitudes of the taekwondo performer had positive influenecs upon their continunos intentions. Second, the subjective norms of the taekwondo performer had positive influences upon their continuous intentions. Third, the perceived behavioral control of the performer had positive influences upon their continuous intentions. Fourth, interaction effects of between the perceived behavioral control of the taekwondo performer and preliminary knowledge had positive moderating effects on their continuous intention.

        태권도 공연물 관람자의 계획된 행동이 관람행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the planned behavior on viewing behavior of the audience of taekwondo public performance : with multigroup analysis of viewing motivation as the center. The subjects of this study were 552 audiences of taekwondo public performance by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 programs. To perform this empirical study, the data for the present study were collected from one firms through questionnaire and all measures were self-administred by respondents. To analyze this data, reliability test and factor analysis was employed to test the reliability and validity, and structural equation model analysis was used to identify the effect of the planned behavior on viewing behavior of the audience of taekwondo public performance-with multigroup analysis of viewing motivation as the center. The results were summarized as follow. First, it was showed that planned behavior has a significant positive influence on viewing intention and behavior. Second, it was showed moderated effect that subjective norm has a significant influence on viewing intention. Third, it was showed moderated effect that perceived control has a significant positive influence on viewing intention. Forth, it was showed moderated effect that viewing intention has a significant positive influence on viewing behavior.

        태권도학과 재학생의 진로동기와 진로포부의 구조적 관계 연구

        The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between career motivation and career aspirations of Taekwondo students. In 2020, this study selected 380 students from 10 universities in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Chungcheong Province, and Daejeon as the target group. The career motivation scale was devised by Kim(2012) based on London(1983) s career motivation test, and the career motivation scale used by Kim(2020) and Park(2019) was modified and supplemented to suit this research. The career aspirations scale was modified and supplemented by Choi(2002) to meet the research purposes of the newly revised K-CASR by Kim, O Brien & Kim (2016). The data processing was conducted using the SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0 programs for Window to analyze for statistical purposes, resulting in the following results: First, Career insight has influenced aspirations for achievement, leadership and education. Second, The sense of career congestion affected aspirations for achievement and education. Third, Career elasticity influenced leadership aspirations and education aspirations.

        스토리텔링 태권도공연 평가요인이 공연관람만족에 미치는 영향 :

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of assessment factor of story telling Taekwondo performance on audience satisfaction : A study on multi group -moderated effect according to audience motivation. The subjects of this study were 224 audiences of story telling taekwondo performance by using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. To perform this empirical study, the data for the present study were collected from one firms through questionnaire and all measures were self-administred by respondents. To analyze this data, reliability test and factor analysis was employed to test the reliability and validity, and multiple group structural equation model analysis was used to identify the effect of assessment factor of story telling Taekwondo performance on audience satisfaction : A study on multi group -moderated effect according to audience motivation. The results were summarized as follow. First, H1 was accepted partially. it was showed that the assessment factor of story telling Taekwondo performance had a significant influence on audience satisfaction. Second, H2 was accepted partially. H2-1 was showed moderated effect that planning factor of audience assessment had a significant influence on audience satisfaction according to level(low and high) of audience motivation. H2-1 was showed moderated effect that work factor of audience assessment had a significant influence on audience satisfaction according to level(low and high) of audience motivation.

        국가별 태권도 수련자들의 지도자 리더십 선호유형과 수련자 만족간의 관계

        The purpose of this study sets on examining how much the leadership types preferred by Taekwondo trainees lie effect on the training satisfaction, and provides useful information on efficient Taekwondo training and overseas expansion. The survey was conducted with 1,499 People in 6 countries. The statistical analysis was composed of Exploratory Factor Analysis, One-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. These are the results discovered based on the statistical analysis. First, there have been certain divergences in Instructor types preferred by each nation’s Taekwondo trainees. Taekwondo trainees from Korea, U. S. and Gabon prefer positive feedback the most, next follows training and direction, social support, democratic behavior, authoritative behavior. Australia preferred positive feedback the most, and next following by training and direction, democratic behavior, social support, and authoritative behavior. Spain, unlike the other nations, preferred training and direction the most, and then following by social support, positive feedback, democratic behavior, and authoritative behavior. Taiwan also preferred training and direction the most, and then following democratic behavior, positive feedback, social support, and authoritative behavior. Second, there has been a certain effect generated by relationship between Taekwondo Instructor’s leadership and trainees’ satisfaction in each nation. It has been discovered that training and direction, positive feedback, and social support in Taekwondo Instructor’s leadership type brings up some positive effects on trainees’ satisfaction. But democratic behavior, and authoritative behavior brings up some negative effects on trainees’ satisfaction.

        중국 태권도 수련생의 참가동기가 수련만족 및 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중국 태권도 수련생의 참가동기와 수련만족 및 운동지속의도 간의 영향을 규명하여 중국 태권도 수련생의 자질향상과 수련만족 및 지속적 운동수행에 유익한 정보를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 2020년 1월-2020년 5월까지 중국지역 15개 성(省)에 거주하고 있는 태권도 수련생을 모집단으로 선정하였으며, 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 377명의 표본 가운데, 344명의 표본을 최종 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0, Amos 22.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석 및 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 연구가설 1은 부분적으로 채택되었다. 구체적으로 중국 태권도 수련생의 참가동기와 수련만족의 영향관계를 분석한 결과, 참가동기 가운데 자기개발과 수련만족, 취미오락과 수련만족의 관계가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 가정지향과 수련만족, 건강지향과 수련만족, 사교지향과 수련만족의 관계는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 연구가설 2는 채택되었다. 구체적으로 중국 태권도 수련생의 수련만족과 운동지속의도의 영향관계를 분석한 결과, 수련만족과 운동지속 의도의 관계가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to provide useful information on improving the quality, training satisfaction, and continuous exercise performance of Chinese Taekwondo trainees by investigating the influence between participation motivation, training satisfaction, and exercise continuity intention. The subjects of the study were Taekwondo trainees living in 15 provinces in China from January 2020 to May 2020, and 344 out of 377 samples were finally selected using convenience sampling. For the collected data, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, research hypothesis 1 was partially adopted. Specifically, as a result of analyzing the influence relationship between participation motivation and training satisfaction of Chinese Taekwondo trainees, it was found that the relationship between self-development and training satisfaction, hobby entertainment and training satisfaction had no effect. Second, research hypothesis 2 was adopted. Specifically, as a result of analyzing the influence relationship between training satisfaction and exercise continuation intention of Chinese Taekwondo trainees, it was found that the relationship between training satisfaction and exercise continuation intention had an effect.

        중국 엘리트 수영지도자의 윤리의식 연구

        본 연구는 올바른 중국의 엘리트 스포츠 문화 조성 및 중국 스포츠의 공정성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 기초적인 자료를제공하고, 중국 엘리트 수영지도자의 비윤리적인 문제점을 파악하여, 중국 엘리트 수영지도자들의 올바른 윤리의식확립과, 이를 개선하고 예방할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는데 이 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 질적 연구방법으로연구 참여자인 중국 엘리트 수영지도자 8명을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 중국 엘리트 수영지도자의 비윤리적 행위의 종류로는 도핑, 폭력, 승부조작으로 도출되었다. 둘째, 중국 엘리트수영지도자의 비윤리적 행위의 원인으로는 부정청탁 및 금품수수, 무사유, 승리지상주의로 도출되었다. 셋째, 중국엘리트 수영지도자의 스포츠 윤리교육에 대한 인식으로는 스포츠 윤리교육의 필요성, 수영 지도자에게 필요한 덕목, 스포츠윤리 지도자 교육으로 도출되었으며 스포츠 윤리교육은 반드시 필요하며, 성인기 보다는 아동기 때부터 스포츠윤리교육을 실시하는 것이 바람직하다고 하였다. This study aims to provide the baseline data that can help create the right Chinese elite sports culture and fairness in Chinese sports and understand unethical issues in Chinese elite swimming coaches to establish the right sense of ethics in Chinese elite swimming coaches and improve the problems and present measures for preventing them. As for research method, in-depth interviews were conducted with study participants, eight Chinese elite swimming coaches in a qualitative research method to draw the conclusions as follows. First, the types of unethical behavior of Chinese elite swimming coaches were identified as doping, violence, and match-fixing. Second, the causes of unethical behavior among Chinese elite swim coaches were identified as bribery and corruption, no-cause, and winner-take-all. Third, the perceptions of Chinese elite swim coaches on sports ethics education were identified as the necessity of sports ethics education, virtues required of swim coaches, and sports ethics leader education, and it was suggested that sports ethics education is essential and that it is desirable to implement sports ethics education from childhood rather than adulthood.

        태권도 지도자의 서번트 리더십이 의사소통 및 지도효율성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to define the effect of Taekwondo Master's servant leadership on communication and instruction efficiency empirically, improve Taekwondo Master's instruction capability and quality of Taekwondo education and provide basic data for the right development of Taekwondo. For the study, the trainees attending Taekwondo halls, which are located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area in 2008, are selected. total 420 questionnaires were distributed by using convenience sampling method. After making study targets response through self-administrated method, total 403 questionnaires were used for analysis excluding 17 questionnaires, which have double or insincere entries. For data analysis, Windows for SPSS V. 15.0 Statistical Package was used. In order to analyze difference in demographic variable, communication and instruction efficiency according to study goal, descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA were used. Following results were achieved through correlation analysis and standard multiple regression analysis. First, for the recognition of servant leadership, there was a partial difference in demographic variable. For gender, female has a higher recognition than male in the factor of devotion. Although there was a difference in the factor of vision depending on training period, it was not possible to check specific difference in post-hoc verification result. Because there was a significant difference in the factor of growth support depending on grade, it was appeared that middle school student has a higher recognition than 3rd and 4th grader of element school. It was appeared that geup holder has a higher recognition than pum holder in the factor of servant leadership excluding devotion. Second, there was a partial difference in communication and instruction efficiency depending on demographic characteristic. For the difference depending on school year, 6th grader had a higher recognition than 3rd and 4th grader in problematic communication and for the difference depending on class, geup holder had a higher recognition than pum holder in instruction efficiency but there was no significant difference depending on training period. Third, although servant leadership had a correlation with instruction efficiency, its correlation with communication was not checked. Specifically, all sub factors of servant leadership such as vision, growth support, community formation and devotion had correlations with recognized skill improvement and instruction satisfaction. However, their correlations with open communication and problematic communication were not found. In addition, although open communication had a correlation with problematic communication, there was not correlation with instruction efficiency. Fourth, although servant leadership did not give a significant effect on communication, it did on instruction efficiency. Specifically, although all sub factors of servant leadership such as vision, growth support, community formation and devotion had correlations with recognized skill improvement, just the sub factors such as growth support, community formation and devotion had correlations with recognized instruction satisfaction.
