        공동주택 거주자의 주거환경 만족도 및 개선요구를 통한 공동주택 장기수선 계획 연구

        The primary purpose of this study is to provide the managerial guidelines for the comprehensive apartment improvement planning. This plan will consider the time-serial apartment management plan. Through a questionnaire survey, residential satisfactions and demands on apartment units, apartment building and site amenities were investigated. Based on the statistical analysis, residents' demands were assessed. The resident groups were categorized into the three groups considering the apartments' life span where they were living. The results from the statistical analysis were finally compared with the long-term apartment management plan demonstrated in the Housing Code of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, residential satisfaction on the equipments in apartment units was higher than that on the unit plans. Residents' satisfaction on the communal facilities in apartment sites was lower than that on the other factors. Thus, apartment unit plans and communal facilities in sites need to be improved. Second, though we had the three residents' groups, for the results of the residential satisfaction, the groups were divided into two groups: 'less than 10 years group'and 'over than 10 years group'. Considering the residents' demands for the apartment improvement according to the life span of apartment complexes, the habitability factor was demanded by 'the less than 10 years group' and the safety factor by 'the over than 10 years group'. Compared the residents' demands for apartment improvements with the long-term apartment management plan demonstrated in the Housing Code, the improvement cycles demanded by residents were shorter than those in the code. Thus, the management plan in the code should be reconsidered.

        레이저 스캐닝 데이터를 이용한 터널 시설물 및 손상부위 검측 알고리즘

        시설물의 안전성을 위한 유지 관리는 시간과 인력에 따른 경비가 상당히 소모되는 작업이다. 특히 인력에 의한 육안 검사에 의해 이루어지는 터널과 같은 시설물 관리에는 많은 시간과 경비가 요구되고 있으며, 데이터의 보관이나 저장 등에 어려움이 많다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위하여 최근 신기술로 떠오르는 레이저 스캐닝 기술에 의하여 획득한 데이터를 이용하여 터널의 유지 관리에 필요한 정보를 추출하는 접근방법을 제안하고자 한다. 터널의 레이저 스캐닝 데이터는 시작품으로 제작된 레이저 스캐너를 이용하여 촬영하였으며, 고밀도 점 데이터의 형태로 저장된 자료를 이용하였다. 터널의 스캐닝 데이터의 기하학,광학적 특성을 이용하여 터널 내부에 장착된 시설물들을 제거 한 후, 터널의 라이닝 상에 나타나는 물리적인 손상부위나 균열을 탐지하는 방법을 제시한다. 물리적인 손상부위는 터널의 라이닝이 성립하는 면을 기준으로 근접성을 바탕으로 탐지된다. 이 연구에서는 제안된 알고리즘을 적용하여 현장의 디지털 사진에서 확인할 수 있는 물리적인 손상 부위를 탐지 할 수 있었다. Tunnel management is a time-consuming and expensive task. In particular, visual analysis of tunnel inspection often requires extended time and cost and shows problems on data gathering, storage and analysis. This study proposes a new approach to extract information for tunnel management by using a laser scanning technology. A prototype tunnel laser scanner developed was used to obtain point clouds of a railway tunnel surface. Initial processing of laser scanning data was to separate those laser pulses returned from the installations attached to tunnel liner using radiometric and geometric characteristics of laser returns. Once the laser returns from the installations were separated and removed, physically damaged parts on tunnel lining are detected. Based on the plane formed by laser scanner data, damaged parts are detected by analysis of proximity. The algorithms presented in this study successfully detect the physically damaged parts which can be verified by the digital photography of the corresponding location on the tunnel surface.

        중.장년층 기혼여성의 라이프스타일에 따른 주거양식에 관한 연구

        Recently, house demander's needs has diversified in the increasingly by the drastic change in the social environment, changes in family structure and population, the growing interest of living environment. So in the future, housing supply to respond to a variety of housing needs is absolutely necessary to differentiate. The purpose of this study is to analyze the lifestyle types of middle-aged married women with high purchasing power in the current housing market and propose the dwelling style by housing awareness and needs analysis. To collect the data, LOV survey method was used for 528 residents in Seoul and metropolitan area. The data analysis used SPSS PC 14.0 to find the frequency, chi-square, factor analysis, and cluster analysis. The results of analysis are as follows: First, the lifestyle was segmented into four groups such as Conservative goal-achieving lifestyle, Individual self-developing lifestyle, Positive self-trusting lifestyle, Outgoing trend-seeking lifestyle. Second, largely the dwelling style according to lifestyle types was divided into living room-kids room type and living room-kitchen type. Third, there were different preferences on the each type of housing space and the $\alpha$-space by different clusters.

        공동주택 리모델링 시행 프로그램에 관한 한.미간 비교연구 - 미국 리모델링 관련 제도와 전문가 대상 면접조사 결과를 중심으로 -

        The study is based on a two-year research study titled 'A study on the Development of the Programs for Housing Policy to support Multi-family Housing Remodeling in Korea'. The primary purpose of this two-year study was to recommend governmental program initiatives for supporting multi-family housing remodeling activities in Korea. As a part of this research study, this article was written based on the results from the two surveys regarding multi-family housing remodeling in the United States and Korea, and a focus group with housing researchers affiliated to the Joint Center for Housing Studies. Major research findings are presented as follows: First, there have been various types of supportive programs for single- and multi-family housing remodeling in the United States. Those have focused on lower income families than middle income families. Compared with the programs in the United States, the apartment remodeling in Korea has been focusing on small population of the multi-family housing owners. Apartment remodeling in Korea needs supportive programs for rental housing remodeling and the housing remodeling for low-incomes. Second, there have been various types of remodeling activities made in multi-family housing properties in the United States. Size of remodeling project also varied. Their remodeling activities were based on the long-term repairing plans initiated by professional apartment management groups. For making our multi-family housing properties more sustainable, we also need to have the long-term repairing plans. Third, the apartment property remodeling has been regarded as a substitute of reconstruction of apartment properties. However, remodeling should be regarded as one of the most efficient ways to extend the life-cycle of apartment buildings. Thus, benefits and executive plans of apartment remodeling should be studied by a professional research center under our governmental responsibilities as done in the United States.

        도시주민(都市住民)과 농촌주민(農村住民)의 호흡기증상(呼吸器症狀)

        대기오염(大氣汚染)이 비교적 심각(深刻)하다고 생각되는 도시와 농촌과의 호흡기증상을 비교(比較)해 보고자 대구 주민 470명, 포항 364명, 농촌지역인 의성군 주민 472명을 대상(對象)으로 호흡기증상에 대한 설문지를 만들어서 1984년 4월 10일에서 4월 30일까지 각 지역 중 고학생들을 통하여 그들 가족에게 설문하였다. 각 지역에 따른 증상호소율을 볼 때 대체로 도시가 농촌보다 높았는데 특히 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼거나 ${\ulcorner}$가래${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$천식${\lrcorner}$ 증상이 농촌에 비해 도시가 높게 나왔으며(p<0.05), 다만 여자에서 ${\ulcorner}$감기를 심하게 앓는다${\lrcorner}$는 경우는 농촌이 높았다. 연령군(年齡群)에 따라 도시, 농촌을 비교(比較)해 보면 남자 19세 이하군에서 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼는 경우가 농촌에 비해 포항이 높았으며(p<0.05), 남자 40대에서는 ${\ulcorner}$식은땀${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$목의 이물감${\lrcorner}$이 오히려 도시에서 농촌보다 낮게 나타났다. 학생들에게서는 도시, 농촌간의 차가 거의 없었고, 직업인에서 ${\ulcorner}$목이 부었다${\lrcorner}$고 느끼는 예가 포항이 농촌보다 높았으며(p<0.05), ${\ulcorner}$감기${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$잔기침${\lrcorner}$은 포항이 농촌보다 낮았다(p<0.05). 이상에서 몇 항목에 대해 농촌이 더 높은 것은 농부(農夫)들의 심한 피로(疲勞)와 농약 등에 의한 것으로 생각되나 전반적(全般的)으로 볼 때 ${\ulcorner}$천식${\lrcorner}$, ${\ulcorner}$가래${\lrcorner}$ 등 도시가 농촌보다 많은 항목에서 호소율이 높았다. 이는 산업연료(産業燃料), 차량(車輛)의 배기(排氣)가스, 먼지 등의 영향이 아닌가 생각된다. This paper was carried out for comparison of respiratory symptoms between urban and rural residents that is somewhat related to air pollution. And as urban residents, 470 persons of Daegu (Taegu) and 364 of Pohang were selected and 472 rural residents were also, in Eusong-Gun, those who were responded to questionnaire distributed from April 10, 1984 to April 30 through students of middle or high school. The subjects were families of the student. The questionnaire was appropriately modified the item B of Cornell Medical Index by author. Looking into the rate of complaints about each part, generally, the rate in urban is higher than that in rural. Particulary it is higher to 'feeling a choking lump or swelling of throat', 'the sputum' and 'the asthma' in the city (p<0.05). On the contrary, women in the farm village, to 'caught a severe cold' as compared with the city. In men under nineteen yearn of age, it is higher than the farm village to 'feeling a choking lump or swelling of throat' of Pohang (p<0.05). But in men forties, it is higher than the city that farm people are 'soaking sweat at night' and 'foreign body sensation on throat'. Students hardly differ between the two areas, while the group having occupation in Pohang felt more in 'feeling a choking lump or swelling of throat' than the farm residents. As the result, I consider that the rural residents were much affected by physical fatigue and pestisides, and the urban, by some problems of industrial fuel, traffic gas and various dusts.
