      • 탄소 피막 가변 저항기의 접동 잡음 감소에 관한 연구

        민생용 전자기기에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 부품중의 하나인 탄소 피막 가변 저항기에서 접동자 이동시 발생하는 접촉 저항 변화의 원인을 분석하여 이에 대한 감소, 즉 접동 잡음 감소를 위한 몇 가지 방법을 착안하여 실험 검토하고 그 결과을 정리하여 본 결과 균일한 크기를 가진 탄소 분말 입자로서 고루게 배합된 저항액을 사용하고 접동자의 접촉점과 압력을 증가하면 접촉 저항 및 접촉 저항 변화. 즉 잠동 잡음을 감소시킬 수 있다. Contact resistance variation which may be called sliding noise in carbon film variable resistors whose resistance elements consists of linear resistivity distribution were measured with several kinds of sliders and were analyzed to reduce the contact resistance variation. About the measuring method, the standard method of measuring contact resistance variation specified by the variable Resistance Components Institute was adupted. By analyzing the experimental results, it has been shown that the primary cause of contact resistance variation is due to current constriction and small discharge sparks in the resistance film in the area close to the slide contact. Moreover, it has been found that the sliding noise would be reduced by increasing the number of contact points, sliding speed, and pressure, and by using some kinds of insulation oil on the contacting surface. High contact resistance variation is likely to occur in the area of high resistance variation in a logrithmic resistance taper.

      • InSb 자속계의 제작과 그 특성에 관한 연구

        Hall효과의 이용으로, 자계의 세기 또는 자속을 계측할 수 있는 자속계의 제조 및 특성조사를 시도하였다. Hall계수가 큰 InSb의 단결품을 Bridgemann법에 의하여 제작하고, 자장내에서 자계의 세기와 기전력 또는 전류를 계측한 결과, 만족할만한 감도와 직선적인 특성곡선을 얻었으며, 유사한 연구결과와 비교할때, 좋은 결과임을 알게 되었다. An Insb magnetic fluxmeter was made of InSb Single Crystal that was grown by Bridgemannmethods and then purified by vapor cone refining method. We investigated some properties of the InSb magneto fluxmeter. It was found that the resistivity and the Hall Coefficient of this single Crystal Were 4.4X10-2Ω and 4.5cm3/Coul, respectively, at room temperature. The Characteristic Curve of the InSb magnetic fluxmeter between the magnetic field the Hall voltage, with the Current flowing through the element a Parameter, had good lineanty i.e., We obtained a linear Calibration Curve of the flwmeter. The fluxmeter erved the purpose well enough up to 5 k-gaus.       • 韓國語 단독 숫자음 인식에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 한국어 단독 숫자음 100 음성을 대상으로한 인식 결과를 기술하였다. 여기에 사용된 음성은 차단 주파수를 4.8 KHz로한 LPF를 통과시키고 10 KHz로 샘플링하였다. 단독 숫자음의 인식 실험에는 3개의 포르만트를 특징 파라미터로 하였으며 2인의 화자에 대하여 75%의 인식률을 얻었다. This paper is suggested recognition result for 100 Korean digits. This analog speech is filterd by Low Pass filter of which the cut-off frequency is 4.8 KHz, then sampled at 10 KHz of sampling rate. In the experiment for recognition of Korean digits, It is used to 3 formant as recognition parameter. As a result, the recognition rate of 75% for 2 speakers is obtained.

      • 가변저항기의 접촉점 數와 습동잡음에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the sliding noise has been progressed by the contact points, and, in sliding noise analysis of sliding contacts, a model circuit which has the average effect has been established and theoretically analysed according to the probability theory. The model has been applied to the convolution integral theory in the analysis of two random variables. As a result of this study, it is found that the result of theoretical expectation can be almost coincidental with those of experiments. If m contact points are taken, it has been obtained and observed through the experiment that the standard deviation of noise voltage decreased to ?? of one contact point. Therefore, it is required that the development of slider should be increased in number of contact points.

        In this paper, several criterias of Lyapunov, Levinson, Popov, etc. about stability of nonlinear systems are compared, and a study on methods, through several examples, of judging the stubility of a nonlinear system by considering the energy put into the system and the one put out of the system is concentrated.
