임상간호사의 감성역량, 학습조직화 및 간호조직문화가 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional competence, learning organization and nursing organizational culture on performance among clinical nurses. Methods : This study was conducted over a six–month period, with 170 nurses from general hospitals with 400 beds in three regions of Korea. Data were gathered from August 25th to September 10th, 2016, using a self-report questionnaire, and analyzed using the IBM SPSS 19.0 program. Results : The significant predictors of nursing performance were self-awareness (β=.32), a master’s degree or higher (β=.20), relationship management (β=.26), personal mastery(β=.23), and 5~10 years in a clinical career (β=.16). These variables explained 47.3% of the variance in nursing performance. Conclusions : To improve nursing performance, interventions that can enhance nurses’ emotional competence and the need for program development to enhance their learning organization, as well as related variables, including academic credentials and clinical career, should be considered.
용매추출법(溶媒抽出法)을 이용(利用)한 조인산(粗燐酸) 정제(精製)

The purified phosphoric acid was recovered from crude phosphoric acid with high contents of aluminium and molybdenum ions to reuse the acid as an etchant. In this work, solvent extraction was applied to recover the phosphoric acid from crude phosphoric acid. Phosphate was used as an extractant. Further cleaning and removing processes on the recovered phosphoric acid were conducted to eliminate the metallic ion impurities in the acid. The process parameters were successfully optimized, so that the finally purified acid contained less than 1 ppm of aluminium and molybdenum ion. 초산, 질산 및 인산이 함유된 폐혼산에서 초산과 질산을 1차 분리하고 남은 조인산으로부터 에칭액의 원료로 재활용하기 위하여 용매추출 기술을 적용하였다. 알루미늄 및 몰리브덴 불순물이 함유된 조인산을 인산염계 추출제를 이용하여 인산을 추출한 후, 세정공정과 탈거공정을 거쳐 알루미늄과 몰리브덴을 분리하기 위한 최적 분리 조건을 도출하고자 하였다. 실험 결과 추출공정과 세정공정, 그리고 탈거공정을 통하여 알루미늄 및 몰리브덴의 함량을 1 ppm이하로 분리 제거하여 정제 인산으로 회수할 수 있었다.
