Since reaching the top in the Billboard Main Album Chart ‘Billboard 200’ with Love Yourself: Tear in May of 2018, BTS once again took first place after just three months in the ‘Billboard 200’(September 3, 2018) with the repackaged album Love Yourself: Answer. It opened the doors to the ‘Hallyu 4.0’ by conquering the main Billboard Chart with a song sung in Korean. BTS rose to the top on the ‘Billboard 200’ twice, thus being recognized globally for their musical talent(song, dance, promotion, etc.), and took their place in the mainstream music market of the world. BTS moved away from intuitive interaction such as mysticism, abnormality, irregularity, etc. but instead created their own world(BTS Universe) with fans around the world through two-directional communication such as consensus, sharing and co-existence. They are recognized as artists that went beyond being an idol group that simply released a few hit songs that had now elevated popular music to a new form of art. In result, they retained a highly loyal global fan base(A.R.M.Y.) and they are continuously creating good influence with them. This study analyzed the success factors of BTS using the S-M-C-R-E model as follows. ① Sender: BTS’7-person 7-colors fantasy and ‘All-in-one storytelling’ strategy of producer Bang Shi-hyuk ② Message: Create global consensus of ‘you’ rather than ‘me’ ③ Channel: Created real-time common grounds with global fans through social network platforms such as Youtube, Facebook and Instagram ④ Receiver: Formed highly loyal global fandom(A.R.M.Y.) that extends outside of Korea and Asia ⑤ Effect: Created additional economic value and spread good influence
단일 한약 복합 처방의 장기간 연용 투여가 신기능에 미치는 영향에 대한 전향적 연구

Background : Due to increased interest in herbal medicines is recent years, medical circles have made studies of toxicity and side effects of herbal medicines. Particularly the kidney is sensitive to toxicity. A few reports concerning the side effects and toxicity of herbal medicine have been presented recently. This has bought on some distrust in herbal medicines among patients and western doctors. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to determine what effects long-term prescription of one herbal medicine may have on renal function. Methods : Nineteen patients took herbal medicine for eight weeks. Tests of their Blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN), Creatinine of blood plasma, and urine (chemical and microscopic) were taken before taking medicine and at the 2nd, 4th, 8th weeks. Results : After taking a herbal medicine, BUN and Creatinine decreased significantly or remained the same in comparison with the prior interval. Chemical and microscopic examination of urine showed no changes. Conclusions : The results suggest that taking this herbal medicine for a long time does not induce nephrotixicity. Further study is needed for investigating safety and toxicity of herbal medicines.

The purpose of this study is to explore the therapeutic function and potential of rap, a new therapeutic tool to help adolescents in psychotherapy. First, we researched the concept of rap to find out what rap is, and what the term rap therapy is like. Along with the use of the term rap therapy, the movement of using rap as a therapeutic tool in the process of treatment has been active, through researches using rap as a therapeutic tool we have discovered various therapeutic functions of rap. After reviewing various literatures, the suggested therapeutic functions of the rap were classified and suggested in six categories. Furthermore, in order to confirm the function of rap in the clinical field, we examined the models and programs of rap therapy and looked for actual cases of applying rap in psychotherapy. Based on the various studies referenced, it was confirmed that rap has value and potential as a therapeutic tool to help adolescents of this age. Furthermore, it was suggested that studies using rap in the therapeutic process started in the United States and were applied in the same way in Korea. More studies are needed. 이 연구의 목적은 청소년들의 심리치료를 돕기 위한 새로운 치료 도구인 랩의 치료적 기능과 그 가능성에 대해 탐색하는 것이다. 먼저, 랩이 무엇인지 알기 위해 랩의 개념에 대해 살펴보았고, 랩 치료라는 용어가 어떻게 생겼는지에 대해 알아보았다. 랩 치료라는 용어의 사용과 함께 치료의 과정에서 랩을 치료적 도구로 사용하는 움직임이 활발해졌으며, 랩을 치료적 도구로 사용했던 연구들을 통해서 랩이 가진 다양한 치료적 기능들에 대해 조사하였다. 여러 문헌들을 고찰하면서 확인된 랩이 가진 치료적 기능들을 6가지로 분류하여 제시하였다. 더 나아가 임상의 현장에서 랩이 어떤 형태로 사용되는지를 확인하기 위해 랩 치료의 모델과 프로그램들을 알아보았으며, 프로그램을 적용한 실제 사례들을 살펴보았다. 참고한 다양한 연구들을 근거로, 랩이 이 시대의 청소년들을 돕기 위한 치료적 도구로서의 가치와 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다. 더 나아가 미국에서부터 시작된 치료적 과정에서 랩을 사용하는 연구가 국내에서도 동일하게 적용되어 더 많은 연구가 필요함을 제언하였다.
중증 성인형 아토피 피부염을 사상처방으로 치료하여 호전된 환자 15례에 대한 1년간의 추적 관찰

Background : Atopic Dermatitis is a chronic and recurrent skin disease. it is characterized as itch-scratch cycle and topical or systemic use of corticosteroids is required in western medicine. Though its effects on major symptoms are impressive, these treatments are prone to several side effects and tend to recur after months or years. So potential treatments have been actively studied in Estern medicine, especially Sasang constitutional therapy, which has fewer side effects. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Sasang constitutional therapy on treating severe adult Atopic Dermatitis and preventing its recurrent symptoms. Methods : fifteen patients who had severe adult Atopic Dermatitis attended treatment of Sasang constitutional therapy and were followed up for one year. An oriental internal specialist first isolated Sasang constitution and a distinctive body type. Grading of Atopic dermatitis was measured by the guidelines offered by Rajka G. and Langeland T. Results : After treatment with Sasang constitutional therapy, the patients symptoms were improved and the mean Rajka and Langeland score reduced significantly from $7.73{\pm}0.79\;to\;3.4{\pm}10.91$. During the follow-up period of one year, the mean Rajka and Langeland score was $2.72{\pm}2.06$ which was lower than last treatment. Conclusions : The results of this study support Sasang constitutional therapy as an effective therapy for severe adult Atopic Dermatitis. Follow up data suggest that this Eastern medical approach is of greater clinical value than the western medical approach in the long term.
청간해주탕(淸肝解酒湯)이 인체간세포의 Glutathione 생성에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the inhibitory effect of Chungganhaeju-Tang on alcohol induced human hepatic cell apoptosis by synthesis of glutathione. Methods : The amount of glutathione in HepG2 cell was measured with colorimetric glutathione assay kit and glutathione-conjugated CDNB(1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene) at $37^{\circ}C$ and then measured by spectrometry to assess the activity of glutathione S-transferase. Results : The synthesis of glutathione and the activity of glutathione S-transferase in HepG2 cell were promoted by Chungganhaeju-Tang and increased in dose/time-dependent manner. Chungganhaeju-Tang inhibited apoptosis induced by ethanol and acetaldehyde dependent to treatment dosage. In Buthione sulfoximine, a glutathione synthesis inhibitor, treated case, the synthesis of glutathione was inhibited and in Chungganhaeju-Tang treated case, the synthesis of glutathione is promoted with or without Buthione sulfoximine. The present findings suggest that Chungganhaeju-Tang inhibits alcohol induced apoptosis by synthesis of glutathione in HepG2 cell. Conclusions : The result indicates that Chungganhaeju-Tang protects human hepatic cell by glutathione synthesis and made the liver recover from alcohol induced damage.
미디어 플랫폼 다양화에 따른 뉴스가치 측정 요소의 변화 연구

News is selective. It is impossible to report all the news around the world even if newspapers keep adding pages or 24-hour, real-time broadcasting is provided. Also news is relative; value of news changes in accordance with time, place, media, and the personality of a news taker. 'what is news(selective)? and which news is more important(relative)?' The question about news value has been one of the main topics of journalism researches for a long time. There had been no simple and clear way to define what news is despite of all the efforts by numerous scholars and journalists. This means that it is difficult to draw a clear definition about news because of its selectiveness and relativity. Especially, the development of multi-media has caused rapid changes in news production and consumption paradigm. News producers are moving from mega press companies to audience and the news consumption is changing from passive patter to pro-active one as well. These changes in news circulation structure come with changes of factors to measure news value. Its importance changes from the supplier-based news value measuring frame to where productive consumers are focused. This study investigates how the same news is evaluated differently by media platform. To do this, we first examined the theoretical characteristics of multimedia. In addition, among the various news value measurement factors raised by various scholars, items(conflict/novelty/prominence/proximity/ timeless/unusualness/negativity/interest) that can be commonly applied to the multimedia platform are extracted and how the priorities of the news value are varied according to characteristics of the media platforms.
미디어 채널 다양화에 따른 뉴스 콘텐츠의 생산과 유통 변화에 관한 연구

스마트폰으로 모든 미디어가 통합되고 있다. 신문과 방송, 그리고 인터넷이 융합되어 손바닥 안으로 들어왔다. 스마트미디어가 모노미디어와 뉴미디어를 블랙홀처럼 빨아들여 하나의 멀티미디어로 재탄생시킨 것이다. 특히 스마트폰 어플리케이션인 트위터(twitter), 페이스북(facebook), 카카오톡(kakaotalk) 등 소셜네트워크서비스(Social Network Service: SNS)가 뉴스의 생산과 유통 등 패러다임을 근본적으로 바꾸고 있다. 수용자들은 이제 신문이나 방송 같은 전통미디어를 거치지 않고 직접 뉴스를 주고받는다. 수용자들이 단지 뉴스 소비에만 머물지 않고 뉴스를 직접 생산하고, 직접 전달하는 참여자로 바뀌었다. 소셜미디어는 ‘참여’와 ‘공유’를 키워드로 전통미디어들이 시간과 공간의 제약으로 빠뜨려 놓았던 뉴스 공백을 빠른 속도로 메워나가고 있다. 본 연구는 맥과이어(McGuire, W. J.)의 S-M-C-R-E모델을 통해 전통미디어에서 포털미디어를 거쳐 모바일미디어로 진화하는 미디어 채널 생태계를 규명하고자 한다. 채널의 발달과 다양화에 따라 뉴스 공급자와 수용자의 관계가 어떻게 변화되고 있으며, 메시지는 채널의 특성에 맞게 어떻게 진화하고 있는지도 전과 후(Before & After)를 통해 비교분석하고자 한다. All medias are being integrated into smart phones. Newspapers, TV and the internet have converged and have come into the palm of the hands of users. Smart media absorbed mono-media and new media like a black hole and gave birth to a new multimedia. In particular, social network services (SNS) such as Twitter, Facebook, and Kakao Talk, which are all smart phone applications, are fundamentally changing the paradigm of news production and distribution. Users can receive and give news directly without passing through traditional media such as newspapers and broadcasts. Recipients no longer only consume news, but they are now participants that produce and deliver news. Social media are quickly filling the void of news resulting from time and space constraints of traditional media through keywords such as "participation" and "sharing". This study aims at investigating the media channel ecosystem that evolved from traditional media to portal media, and now mobile media through W. J. McGuire"s S-M-C-R-E model. This study aims at making a comparative analysis through the before & after of how the relationship of news providers and receivers change with the development and diversification of channels, and on how messages have evolved according to the features of channels.
인포테인먼트(infotainment)를 위한 신문 편집의 스토리텔링 연구

올드미디어(신문/방송/라디오/잡지)가 중심이던 시절, 신문 편집은 기사의 핵심을 요약하고, 기사를 주제별로 배열하고, 기사의 가독성을 높이는 ‘정보 안내자’ 역할에 만족했다. 하지만 다매체다채널 시대의 신문 편집은 정보와 엔터테인먼트가 결합된 스토리텔링 기법을 통하여 수용자의 흥미를 유발하고, 수용자에게 재미를 주며, 궁극적으로는 수용자 중심의 열독문화를 만들어야 한다. 신문 편집의 스토리텔링 기법은 어떤 사건과 사고, 또는 이슈가 ‘어떻게(how)’ 그리고 ‘왜(why)’ 일어났으며, 앞으로 어떻게 될 것인가(next)를 이야기 형식으로 설명하는 것이다. 이러한 것들은 기존의 직설적(straight) 편집 방법으로는 해결하기 어려운 부분이 있다. 헤드라인 한 줄과 부제, 그리고 제목 몇 줄로 압축하기에는 너무 일방적이고 수용자들에게 너무 많은 궁금증을 던져주기 때문이다. 이와 같은 미디어 환경의 변화를 배경으로 본 연구는 어떻게 하면 신문 편집이 수용자 중심으로 변할 수 있는지 실증적인 방법을 모색해보고자 한다. 수용자의 흥미를 유발할 수 있는 신문 편집의 인포테인먼트 개념과 이러한 인포테이먼트를 통해 만들어지는 스토리텔링 기법을 재정립하고 그것을 뒷받침할 수 있는 편집요인들을 추출해 본다. 연구 결과, 신문 편집의 스토리텔링 과정<스토리파인딩(story finding)→스토리빌딩(story building)→스토리세팅(story setting)→스토리텔링(story telling)>을 모형으로 제시하였다. 또한 스토리텔링 편집의 정체성을 만들고, 경쟁 매체와 차별화하고, 수용자의 충성심을 유지하는 전략적 요소, 즉 3C<컨셉트(concept), 콘텐츠(contents), 컬쳐(culture)> 개념도 도출하였다. In the past days when old media, such as a newspaper, television, radio and a magazine, were the mainstream, the role of newspaper editing was satisfactorily an "information guide" who just summarizes the point of a report, arranges news stories in thematic order, and helps reading easier. But in this age of multichannel and multimedia, the newspaper editing should arouse consumers" curiosity via storytelling technique in which information and entertainment are combined, and the editing should give readers satisfaction and ultimately it should give rise to consumer-oriented perusal culture. The storytelling technique in newspaper editing is to explain a certain event or incident in the form of story in which how and why the event, incident or issue have arisen and what will happen in the next are contained. These kind of explaining is hard to resolve in the traditional way of straight editing. Because condensing into a headline or subtitle is one-sided and casts consumers too much anxiety. With this background of change in the media circumstances, this thesis explores an empirical way how can newspaper editing be converted into consumer-oriented one. We will 1)redefine the infotainment concept in newspaper editing that can provoke consumers" interest, 2)reestablish the story telling technique that is set up by the infotainment, and 3)abstract the editing factors that can support it. As a consequence of the research, we present a model of story telling process ; story finding→story building→story setting→story telling. In addition, we reason out 3C(concept, contents, culture) conception as the strategic elements that establish the identity of story telling editing, differentiate itself from the competing media, and preserve the loyalty of a consumer.
