        학원 운동선수의 운동만족과 운동지속의 관계 분석

        The object of this is to establish three events(ground event, gymnastics event, swimming event) elite athletics group of elementary school and middle school under Busan Metropolitan City Office of Education as an exauple group and to analyze the relationship between exercise satisfaction and adherence of school athletics. Among answered date, 216 date except insincere data are used by SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The main analysis methods are factor analysis reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression and the results are as follows. First, game achievement degree, event satisfaction degree and team satisfaction degree have meaningful effect on exercise competece of athletics. Second, School course preference and event achievement degree have a meaningful effect on exercise environment of athletics. Third, School course preference and event achievement degree have a meaningful effect on exercise habits of athletics. Fourth, School course preference, event achievement degree and event satisfaction degree have a meaningful effect on exercise interests of athletics. Fifth, all athletics satisfaction doesn't have a meaningful effect on exercise friends of athletics.

        세계 정상 여자마라토너의 구간별 기록 및 풀 코스 기록 추이 분석

        This study divided the total distance of marathon race into all 9 sections and by means of one-way ANOVA made a comparative study and analysis of 80 marathon runners, including 20 domestic female marathoners who entered within 2 hours 40minutes, 30 Japanese marathoners who entered within 2hours 30 minutes, and 30 multinational marathoners in all of international woman marathon competitions in 2003-2006. The results were as follows: 1. Japanese and multinational marathoners were superior to domestic ones in 9 entire section race. 2. In the changes of section records, whereas the group of Japanese marathoners kept almost same speed in 1-5 sections, the group of domestic ones became slow gradually. 3. In the changes of section records in 6-7 sections, the group of domestic marathoners became slow, but Japanese and multinational ones became rather fast. 4. In the final records, Japanese and multinational marathoners were superior to domestic ones. Considering such results collectively, domestic marathoners show lower level than Japanese and multinational ones over all sections, consequently, securing the layer of players in the future is regarded as a priority task and it needs a study on regulating each section speed and so forth. Especially, it needs an effort to foster domestic marathoners' confidences by competing with excellent players through the invitation of foreign famous marathoners into a domestic marathon race, as did Japan, a marathon power.

        개인종목 코치의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of an individual events coach's job stress on job satisfaction at sports middle and high school. The subjects of this study were 204 coaches from sports middle and high school. The data collected from the coaches were analyzed using Windows SPSS 14.0 Program for factor analysis, correlation analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are as follows. First, this study showed a statistically significant and negative correlation between the coaches' Job stress and subordinate factors of their job satisfactions. Second, some subordinate job stress variables had significant influence on particular factors of job satisfactions. It was found that expense problem factors influenced job, while expense problem, role conflict, role ambiguity, excessive work and personal relationship factors influenced colleague. And this study also shows that role ambiguity, role conflict factors affected their pay, and excessive work, role conflict factors influenced the relationship with their bosses. Lastly, it was also found that excessive work, work condition, role ambiguity factors affected compensation chance.

        상업 스포츠시설 관리자의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this thesis is to choose leaders working in the commercial Sports center now in Busan as a sample group and to analysis the effect of manager's transformational leadership on the member's organizational commitment. For this, I made a multiple regression analysis of the vaild 354 datas collected by purposeful sampling method from the chosen sample group with SPSS WIN 12.0 Ver Program. The result are as follows. First, among the transformational leadership of commercial sports center leaders, the factors affecting positively on the affective commitment are charisma and intellectual stimulation. Second, among the transformational leadership of commercial sports center leaders, the factors affecting positively on the continuance commitment is charisma. Third, among the transformational leadership of commercial sports center leaders, the factors affecting positively on the normative commitment are charisma and intellectual stimulation

        청소년 체육 활성화를 위한 학교체육과 지역사회체육에 대한 인식파악 및 협력방안 모색

        This research is aimed at identifying the degree to which physical education of schools and communities are recognized and providing with fundamental data so as to develop physical education of youth. By using a convenience sampling, the survey was conducted to 672 people including college students and parents. We conducted data analysis by means of SPSS 12.0 program, carrying out X test, variants analysis, multiple-response cross-analysis and Kruskal Wallis Test. Then, we reached following conclusion. First, awareness of physical education of schools and communities significantly depend on the age, occupation, facilities and programs of communities, leaders of physical education of communities and schools, and facilities and programs at school. Next the result of analysis examining cooperative ways between physical education of schools and communities are variably significant by the age, occupation and income. First, the most important reasons why there has not been enough cooperation is the lack of cooperative efforts by local administrations and problems for administering cooperation mainly come from weak recognition about physical education of communities. Second, the most essential factor for cooperation is to manage community programs and the one for using physical education of communities well is to offer tax cuts to managers. Third, one of cooperative ways is to provide systematic information about resources for physical education of communities and another is aggressive cooperation within the communities. In order to further develop, positively opening local facilities and establishing the system between schools and local organizations are also shown to be important. Therefore, positive support from local administrations, offering systematic information, local cooperation, openness of facilities and the establishment of affiliated system between schools and local organizations will make cooperation well.

        체육중ㆍ고등학교 코치의 셀프리더십이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of coach's self-leadership on job satisfaction at sports middle and high school. The subjects of this study were 304 coaches from sports middle and high school. The data collected from the coaches were analyzed using Windows SPSS 12.0 Program for factor analysis, correlation analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results are as follows. First, this study showed a statistically significant and positive correlation between the coaches' self-leadership and subordinate factors of their job satisfactions. Second, some subordinate self-leadership variables had significant influence on particular factors of job satisfactions. It was found that rehearsal, self target setting, self observation factors influenced job, while self respect, self target setting and rehearsal factors influenced colleague. And this study also shows that self target setting, self criticism, self observation factors affected their pay, and self respect, rehearsal, self compensation factors influenced the relationship with their bosses. Lastly, it was also found that self target setting, self compensation, self criticism factors affected compensation chance.

        국술의 세계화와 창시자 서인혁의 생애

        The purpose of this study has examined the factors of Kuk Sool being able to root itself in the U.S., results of American culture, economy, and private diplomacy, and the management system of WKSA. In order to closely examine these factors, this study has collected the data about WKSA including photographs, previous research, documentation, such as broadcasting and the press release, and other paper documentation and also collected the in-depth interview data from 10 study participants from 1974 when it first entered the U.S. market to 2010. The following results were derived through the analysis of the research methods and research results. First. It is the result of patents and standards work of Kuk Sool. Secondly, it is the result of configuration of a variety of technology systems and training. Thirdly. it is the result of franchise of Kuk Sool. ,Fourthly, ,it was achieved through the leadership of In-Hyuk Suh.

        체육교사가 지각한 학교혁신 선행요인간의 관계

        I conducted research to offer preliminary data for examining the relations among proceeding conditions that physical education teachers perceive. Then understanding the desired innovations in schools and to look for the ways which they can lead this innovation in our schools. To achieve the goal of this research, the study represents a physical education teacher population in Ulsan and samples 226 people using convenience sampling and, after questionnaires, the results of survey are analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, t?test, one?way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, and multiple regression analysis. As a result of the research the following conclusions can be drawn. Firstly, this study that showed male teachers, small schools which have less than 25 member classes, and teachers who have long careers (more than 21 years) understand the organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior and innovative behavior depending on background variables more than the others do. Secondly, organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior and innovative behavior have a static correlation among sub factors. If you go through in more detail, you can see that interactional justice is significantly associated with organizational citizenship behavior and polite behavior is significantly associated with innovative behavior. Lastly, organizational justice, organizational citizenship behavior and innovative behavior all affect each other. To see more details, the study shows that organizational justice makes big contribution to sub factors such as civic virtue and polite behavior, and that organizational citizenship behavior and distributive justice influence most on civic virtue.

        학교스포츠클럽 활동 활성화를 위한 참가제약 관계요인의 인식 및 영향관계 분석

        This study was conducted on students participating in school sports clubs and aimed to provide basic data for an attempt seeking ways to keep the activities of school sports clubs going, identifying students’ perceptions of participation constraints, negotiation strategies on participation constraints and continuous participation intention and their impact relations. 395 of teenagers who take part in school sports clubs in Ulsan were selected and in order to identify their perceptions of participation constraints, negotiation strategies on participation constraints and continuous participation intention and their relations, description, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, Duncan post-hoc test and multiple regression analysis were carried out, which led to the conclusion as follows. First, the results have shown that high school girls who have been participating in leisure activities for less than a year realized great participation constraints and middle school boys who have been taking part in competitive activities for more than a year perceived high levels of negotiation strategies on participation constraints and continuous participation intention. Second, every factor of participation constraints significantly has negative effects on continuous participation intention and constraints of consciousness of surroundings and time and financial constraints negatively affect negotiation strategies on participation constraints. Meanwhile, negotiation strategies such as exploring partners, skill acquisition, changing desires and controlling a level of intensity significantly have positive effects on continuous participation intention. In other words, the high level of perception of participation constraints found in students taking part in school sports clubs negatively affects continuous participation intention and the high level perception of negotiation strategies to overcome participation constraints has positive effects on continuous participation intention. Third, it has been shown that negotiation strategies on participation constraints perform a role to relax participation constraints between participation constraints and continuous participation intention.

        델파이 방법을 활용한 엘리트야구 발전 방안 모색

        The purpose of this study was searching for the ways to development ‘Elite Baseball’ by using ‘Delphi Method’. I set the experts, whose jobs are involved in elite baseball as of 2010, as a universe and used purposeful sampling to analyze the data about twelve experts of baseball from all over the country. I employed the statistical program of SPSS Window Program Ver. 14.0 and conducted a frequency analysis based on the analyzed data. The results of this study were as following: First, players’ job seek and career; it needs to guarantee players’ right to study, change leaders’ mind to make players study, build leader professional education centers, expand pro-baseball teams’ support for amateur teams. Second, introduction of system of hiring players in the sports career baseball team; constructing infrastructures by securing a baseball park, in leaders’ role of delivering baseball skills to coworkers besides the work.
