공공도서관 미술 관련 문화프로그램 개선에 관한 연구

This study aims to improve art-related cultural programs led by public libraries. Thus, after conducting a literature review about art-related cultural programs of public libraries and investigating art-related cultural programs of foreign public library cases, this study carried out a survey on managers and users in art-related cultural programs of Korean public libraries. These results, based on which this study proposed guidance for operation improvement art-related cultural programs of Korean public libraries while dividing them into operation factors and content factors. It is expected that the result of this study will be used to plan and operate art-related cultural programs for public libraries in the future. 본 연구는 공공도서관의 문화프로그램 중 미술 분야의 프로그램 개선을 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 공공도서관의 미술 관련 문화프로그램에 관한 문헌연구, 국외 공공도서관에서 수행하는 미술 관련 문화프로그램 사례조사, 국내 공공도서관의 프로그램 담당자와 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이들 내용을 토대로 국내 공공도서관의 미술 관련 문화프로그램 운영 개선을 위한 지침을 운영 요소와 내용 요소로 나누어 제안하였다. 본 연구는 향후 공공도서관에서 미술 관련 문화프로그램을 기획하고 운영하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

모발미용이 모발의 표면구조와 미생물의 오염에 미치는 영향

Virgin hairs or beauty-treated hairs that are permanent wave, coloring, bleaching and coating were left inside and outside of laboratory for 7 days. Ten-times diluted chemicals for bleaching and coloring inhibited bacterial growth but did not yeast growth. Viable cell number of bacterial cells contaminated the virgin or the various beauty-treated hairs were maximal 106/g hair and minimal 104/g hair, which was determined by most probable number (MPN) method. The bacterial cells contaminated human hairs were observe with fluorescence light microscope after DAPI (4’, 6-diamindino-2-phenylindole) staining. Hair surface structure was not significantly changed by the permanent wave, coloring, bleaching and coating, which was definitely discriminated by DAPI staining and microscopic observation. Microorganism contamination level was not influenced by the beauty treatments and related to the chemical agents used for beauty treatments.

슈만 연가곡 [여인의 사랑과 생애]의 연주법에 관한 고찰 -효과적 연주해석을 위한 방법연구를 중심으로-

슈만의 [여인의 사랑과 생애]는 가성부의 선율은 아주 풍성하고 유연해서 부르기 좋게 되어있고 그 진행은 온건한 수평진행과 동경을 담은 4도의 움직임을 즐겨 사용함으로써 남성적인 열광이나 과격함은 보이지 않지만 여성적인 부드러움과 극단으로 치닫는 애정을 잘 나타내고 있다. 그리고 낱낱의 곡 선율은 반주와 서로서로 관련되어 적절한 조화를 이루고 있는데 이제까지의 슈만의 다른 가곡들보다 유별나게 다양한 피아노 반주를 갖고 있는 것은 아니다. 그냥 화성적이거나, 그 연속이거나, 아니면 분산화음적인 것이 반수이상을 차지하고 있다. 슈만으로써는 이처럼 단순한 반주로써 사랑의 순수성이나 숭고함을 묘사하려했는지도 모른다. 이 연가곡의 연구를 통해 작품의 내면세계를 연구해봄은 물론이거니와 곡을 해석하는데 있어서 시의 의미와 프레이징 처리, 아고긱(Agogik), 다이나믹(Dynamic), 그리고 발성적인 부분 등을 연구하여 좀 더 좋은 연주에 도움이 되고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 성악가가 음악적으로 곡을 잘 표현하기 위해서는 첫째, 체계적인 발성을 통해 곡의 톤 칼라(Tone Color)를 잘 결정하여 노래해야 하며, 둘째, Text를 완전히 이해하고 단어의 강세, 자음과 모음의 뉘앙스에 따라 노래를 부르도록 해야 하며 셋째, 반주자가 반주 할 때 시와 성악부의 음악 관계를 잘 살펴본 뒤 반주할 수 있도록 해야 한다. German lied after Schubert consists of the vocal part and accompaniment part in harmony and it is difficult to set apart the vocal part to explain. The accompaniment part of `Mullet` by Schubert describes a mullet that plays peacefully and then is dying without any sense of direction in muddy water after having been driven by a fisher. Just like that, Schumann also represented various feelings of text with harmony and notes in the song cycle. A singer should consider following matters to interpret a tune well. First, a singer should decide a tone color proper for a song through systematic vocalization in singing. Second, a singer should understand the text perfectly and sing according to the accent of words and the nuance of consonant and vowel. Lastly, a singer should have an accompanist look carefully into the musical relationship between the poem and vocal part in accompanying. Singing with focus on following points will help a good interpretation of song cycle, Frauenliebe und leben. Song 1 This song has a very simple melody and the staccato and slur of each note expresses the heart of a maid falling in love with a person at first sight. Especially the measure 7, “seh ich ihn alein: wie ihm wachen Traume”(as if dreaming with eyes open) demands the unhidable happiness in mp. Here the inner happiness shall be expressed and emphasized by maintaining tension with a deep breath, giving a little tenuto to `ihn` and crescendo and decrescendo to `wachen`. Song 2 This song praises a man to whom she feels a sentiment of pity and shall be sung brilliantly and beautifully. Dotted notes shall be expressed precisely to ensure a vivid and bright feeling. The frequently appearing Gruppetto tum shall be expressed gracefully and softly with tempo rubato not hasty. Breath shall be maintained well and the note G(b) shall not be flatted to ensure good climax at `Wahl` of 42nd measure. Song 3 This song expresses the complicated feeling to the unbelievable reality as an ideal lover shows up and shall be expressed elastically by staccato, tie, accelerando and ritardando. Compared to the brilliant melody of the song 2, it seems a very simple song, but is not easy song to adjust to the development of words and rhythm. Therefore, a singer shall be very careful of agogik and dynamic of each melody line in singing. The key of words with attached accidental mark shall not be flatted and the nuance of each word shall be expressed well in singing. Song 4 This song demands an inner feeling and instead of the bright and brilliant feeling at song 2, expresses the desire that the heart of a very handsome man should be appreciated and accepted. The mature beauty is outstanding in this song. Concerning tempo, it is normal to select a little slow one and it will be good to give life to moderato to make it warm. Concerning vocalization, it is necessary to maintain a stabilized breath as there is frequent leap of notes and to deal with the frequent change of notes with accidental mark sensitively. Song 5 This song is very fast, bright and active. The introduction expresses the motion of bridegroom who prepares the wedding ceremony, the farewell with sister and the busy and vivid pleasure at the wedding ceremony proceeded by arpeggio and dotted 8th note rhythm. The singer shall control the dynamics well in singing, set the poem to fast rhythm while giving life to dotted notes and sing with narrow and substantial rather than rich voice. Song 6 This is a three-part song in dialogic style that expresses the pleasure and happiness of a pregnant woman. The part 1 is in slow tempo that is easy to waver. Therefore it shall be kept in mind and the half notes and dotted notes shall be played precisely to express the pleasure of pregnancy. The part 2 from measure 25 expresses the pleasure of a pregnant woman by the change of tempo. The dynamics of the song shall be expressed by the abrupt change of tempo, sforzando, crescendo and decrescendo. In part 3 from measure 45, the woman who prepares giving birth to a baby expecting the look of husband appears. The music of part 1 is repeated to the end. Breath shall be taken deep and consonants shall be expressed more carefully in order to deliver words more actively. Song 7 This is a song in fast tempo that shall be expressed cheerfully while making use of the rhythm. The same note at measure 1 in accompaniment is designated as f and p, so the dynamics shall be treated to be contrasted. Words shall be expressed precisely by putting focus forward with deep and narrow breath. In 2 beat rhythm, the first beat shall be pronounced in tenuto with rhythm on it and the first beat of the next measure shall be given accent and phrased cheerfully. Song 8 This song expresses the feeling of a woman who meets the biggest torment in life as her husband dies. In measures 1~11, the intensity of sorrow shall be expressed in sf by deep breath to reveal the scream of agony of mind, and breath shall be taken at rest. In measures 12~22, descending phrase shall be used to express the sorrow penetrating into inner mind in deep breath and tension, and low notes and words shall be expressed precisely to deliver the meaning.

외국인근로자의 스트레스 요인과 이직의도와의 관계: 심리적 적응의 매개효과 및 사회적 지원의 조절효과

본 연구는 고용허가제로 국내에 유입되는 외국인근로자의 스트레스원과 심리적 적응, 그리고 이직의도 간의 관계를 규명하고, 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 확인함으로써 외국인근로자의 효율적 관리와 정책적 지원방안을 모색한다. 이를 위해 5개 언어로 설문 문항을 개발하여 전문통역 상담사에 의한 면대면 설문조사를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 외국인근로자의 직무스트레스원(심리적 계약위반)과 문화적응스트레스원(대인관계의 어려움)이 각각 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외국인근로자의 심리적 적응(부정적 반응)은 이직의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 외국인근로자가 받는 스트레스원과 이직의도와의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 외국인근로자의 스트레스원과 이직의도와의 관계에서 직장동료의 사회적 지지는 문화충격에 의한 스트레스와 가족스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 국내노동시장에서 외국인 근로자를 위한 정책 및 효과적 관리방안을 제시한다. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship among stressors, psychological adjustment, and turnover intention in foreign workers, along with the moderating effect of social support. The regression analysis shows that job stressors (violation of psychological contracts) and acculturation stressors (interpersonal difficulties) on foreign workers have a significant positive influence on turnover intention. The results show that psychological adjustment (negative response) has a positive effect on turnover intention and partially mediates the relationship between stressors and turnover intentions. The analysis also shows that social support from job colleagues has a moderating effect on turnover intention. Some policy and managerial implications for foreign workers in the domestic job market are suggested based on these results.

12주간 지구성 트레드밀 운동이 고혈압쥐 대동맥의 Peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ발현에 미치는 영향

윤아람, 박희근, 이영란, 권순미, 장학영, 이위, 이상기, 이왕록, 전종귀. 12주간 지구성 트레드밀 운동이 고혈압 쥐 대동맥의 Peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ 발현에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제21권 제3호. 355-364, 2012. 본 연구의 목적은 12주간 지구성 트레드밀 운동이 고혈압 쥐 대동맥의 PPARγ 발현에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 이와 관련된 염증성 사이토카인과 항산화 단백질 발현의 변화를 살펴 보기 위하여 실시하였다. 실험동물은 정상혈압 통제군(WKY control; WC), 정상혈압 운동군(WKY exercise; WE), 고혈압 통제군(SHR control; SC), 고혈압 운동군(SHR exercise; SE) 4집단으로 구성하고, 각 집단 간 8마리씩 무선배정 하였다. 지구성 운동 집단은 16m/min, 0 % grade, 5일/주, 30~60분간 총 12주 동안 트레드밀 운동을 실시하였다. 마지막 운동 24시간 후 모든 집단을 희생시키고, PPAR-γ, MCP-1, TNF-α, IL-1β, Mn-SOD, HSP70 단백질의 발현을 측정하였다. 대동맥에서 PPAR-γ 단백질의 발현은 정상혈압과 고혈압군 모두 운동에 의해 증가되었다. MCP-1과 TNF-α는 고혈압군에서 만 감소되는 것으로 나타났으며 IL-1β는 그룹 간 유의한 차이가 없었다. Mn-SOD, HSP70은 정상혈압과 고혈압군 모두 운동에 의해 증가되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 12주간의 지구성 운동은 고혈압 쥐의 대동맥에서 PPAR-γ 발현을 증가시킴에 따라 염증성 사이토카인의 발현을 억제하고 항산화 단백질의 발현을 증가시켜 혈압을 낮추는데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사한다. Yoon, A. R., Park, H. The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression of PPAR-γ, inflammatory cytokines and antioxidant proteins in aorta by 12 weeks of endurance exercise training, The Wistar-Kyoto rats (WKY, n=16) and Spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR, n=16) were divided into 4 groups; WKY control (WC), WKY exercise (WE), SHR control (SC), SHR exercise (SE), and submitted to treadmill exercise for 12 weeks (5 days/week, 30~60 min/day), Every other weeks, body weight and systolic blood pressure were measured. 24 hours after last exercise, all rats were sacrificed then, blood lipid profiles were measured and the expression of PPAR-γ, inflammatory cytokines and antioxidant proteins were analyzed by western blotting. The expression of PPAR-γ of WE and SE were significantly increased compared with WC and SC. MCP-1 and TNF-α were significantly decreased in SE, but IL-1β shows no differences, Mn-SOD and HSP70 were significantly increased by exercise in WE and SE. Therefore, we suggested that endurance exercise could increase the PPARγ expres sion and decrease the inflammatory cytokines and increase antioxidant proteins and it plays a important role in ameliorating the hypertension.

잡초 종자섬유의 형태적 특징 비교

재활용 천연 염료를 이용한 모발의 염색성 시연

The purpose of this study is to find the possibility of developing and using recycled natural hairdye as an alternative solution to the hair damage by the use of chemical hairdye and environmental pollution by the remnants of hairdye. First, alum and bean curd were separately added to onion skin extracts as mordant. The L-values(luminosity) of the recycled hairdyes were 49.1 and 43.9, respectively, and 46.6 for chemical hairdye. The a-values (red line) were +14.9, +14.6, and +12.1, respectively, and the b-values (yellow line) were +45.9, +29.3, and +26.3, respectively. Second, when we compare the grape skin extracts to which alum and bean curd were separately added with the chemical hairdye. The L-values were 39.2, 40.3, and 22.5, respectively. The a-values were +10.0, +12.7, and +9.7, respectively, and the b-values were +18.8, +21.8, and +4.9, respectively. Third, we compared the remnants of roasted bean coffee to which alum and bean curd were added with chemical hairdye. The L-value, a-value, and b-value of chemical hairdye were the lowest at 17.1, +2.5, and +0.6. Fourth, we compared Chinese ink to which alum and bean curd were added with chemical hairdye. The L-value, a-value, and b-value of chemical hairdye were the lowest at 16.3, +0.2, and -0.9. Like the results for remnants of roasted bean coffee, the coloring rate of chemical hairdye was high at low L-value. This shows that the chemical hairdye is effective for coloring at low L-value. The results of this study confirmed the possibility of using recycled natural hairdyes for colors with high L-value, and there were no difference between the values of recycled natural hairdyes and chemical hairdye at high luminosity. Therefore, it is believed that these recycled natural hairdyes will be useful as new hairdyes.
