전 세계적으로 인터넷은 사회 기반의 필수 인프라로 자리매김하고 있다. 그러나 인터넷이 널리 사용됨으로써 다양한 문제가 발생하였으며, 이를 해결하고자 하는 노력이 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있는 상황이다. 본고에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 방송통신위원회(KCC: Korea Communications Commission)에서 수립한 "미래를 대비한 인터넷 발전계획" 중에서 스마트노드 기술 및 R&D 추진 정책을 정리하고 추진사업을 소개한다.

공동주택 개발 사업의 분양시기 변동에 따른 수익성 비교.분석에 관한 연구

본 연구는 공동주택 개발사업의 분양시기 변동에 따른 수익성 비교 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 민간건설업체가 수행한 공동주택 사업인 중형주택($60m^2\sim85m^2$이하)과 대형주택($85m^2$초과)을 사례대상으로 선정하였다. 다음으로 사례대상의 공동주택 개발사업비용을 조사하고 분양시기 변동에 따른 수익성을 분석하였다. 상기와 같은 목적과 방법에 따라 진행된 본 연구의 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공동주택 개발사업의 수익성에 미치는 영향요인은 분양시기, 분양대금 납부방법, 분양율 등인 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 후분양 시의 수익성 분석결과 정부가 추진 중인 공정율 80% 이후 분양의 경우 세 개 사례 모두 $4.4%\sim4.9%$의 수익률이 악화되는 것으로 분석되었다. The purpose of this study is to analyze of profitability accordance to the different sales timing in apartment housing development projects. The adapted research method about public apartment hosing development projects by a private construction company is concentrated on the middle and large scale housing. The methodology for analysis of profitability through the change of timing for sales is analysed. According to this methodology, the difference of profitability by different timing of first sales is compared and analyzed. The results of this study are as followed 1)The major factors to affect the profitability for apartment housing development project consist of the timing of sales, the method of payment and the rate of sales. 2) The case study was carried out and then the profitability is analyzed the profitability for the three of cases is got worse when the sale after construction especially on the time of construction progress rate 80% is carried out.

BIM 기반 재난 대비 임시주거시설 설계 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

Recently, due to the casualties and property damage caused by disasters, it became important to evacuate the victims to a safe place and come up with a space for them to inhabit for a certain period of time. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a temporary housing system that would quickly provide a safe and comfortable living space until the displaced persons can return to a normal life again when a disaster occurs. As a result, a system of a BIM-based modular housing, a modular town through automatic placement, and a method to calculate the capacity and the total cost was developed. As this system provides the temporary housing facilities and the site in 3D, it can be utilized as a training material on a normal basis, as well as the first case material for rapid decision making when there is a disaster.

비치성 치통의 치험 증례

치아의 통증은 구강안면부에서 가장 흔하게 발생하는 통증이다. 대부분의 치아 통증은 치수 및 치주조직의 병적인 변화로 인한 치성 통증이지만, 구강안면부의 다른 구조물의 병적 변화 또는 다른 질병 등에 의한 통증이 치아의 통증으로 나타나는 경우도 흔히 존재하며, 이러한 통증을 '비치성치통'이라고 한다. 비치성치통은 통증의 발현 부위와 통증의 원인 부위가 일치하는 원발성 통증이 아니라, 통증의 발현 부위와 통증의 원인 부위가 동일하지 않은 이소성 통증에 속하므로 통증의 원인을 찾아 치료해야만 개선될 수 있다. 비치성 치통을 유발하는 요인에는 신경병증성 통증, 부비동질환 기원의 통증, 근막통증, 신경혈관성 통증, 심장질환, 두개 및 구강안면부 종양, 중이염 등에 의한 전이통, 심인성 원인 등이 있다. 이러한 다양한 원인에 의한 통증이 치아부위에 나타나는 경우 치아 및 치주조직에 대한 임상 및 방사선 사진 검사 상 병적인 소견이 관찰되지 않음에도 불구하고, 치아통증과 유사한 임상적 증상을 나타낼 수 있다. 그러므로, 임상가들은 비치성 치통을 유발할 수 있는 원인 및 관련 증상들에 대하여 잘 알고 있어야 하며, 세심한 병력 청취, 치아 관련 구조물 및 그 외의 구조물에 대한 정확한 임상 검사를 통해 치성 통증과 감별할 수 있어야 한다. 본 증례 보고에서는, 치아 통증과 유사한 양상을 보이는 비치성 치통으로 내원한 환자의 진단 및 치료에 관한 증례를 통해, 비치성 치통에 대한 고찰 및 진단과 치료시의 고려 사항에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

북·중 접경지역 경제협력 현황과 참여방안

2010년 5월 북한의 김정일 위원장은 중국 베이징방문을 통하여 북 중 경협 강화와 경제특구 개발 가속화를 위해 라선과 황금평 위화도를 개발하기로 후진타오 주석과 공동인식을 달성하게 된다. 이것이 바로 "조중 공동개발 공동관리 라선경제무역지대와 황금평 경제지대"이다. 그러나 북 중 접경지역 경제협력의 대표적인 지역으로 발전과 변화를 기대했으나 2013년 2월 북한의 3차 핵실험과 더불어 시진핑(習近平) 국가 주석을 비롯한 중국 5세대 지도부의 북한에 대한 태도는 과거와 다른 냉랭함이 묻어 나오고 있다. 이는 북 중 관계의 흐름이 과거와 같지 않다는 것을 의미하는데, 황금평 경제지대 개발이 문서에만 그치고 있다는 점에서도 그러한 흐름을 발견할 수 있다. 라선경제무역지대의 경우 조중 공동관리위원회를 구성하여 일정한 수준의 발전과 변화를 보이고 있고, 최근에는 훈춘과 하산지역을 포함한 3국 국경 없는 국제관광구 등의 추진을 중국과 러시아에서 발표하고 있다. 물론 라선지대 개발계획에 비추어 그 변화는 상대적이지만 천천히 변화를 감지할 수 있는 모습을 보여주고 있다는 점에서 남 북 중 3자 협력의 가능성을 제기할 수 있다. 따라서 라선지역을 북한의 라선이 아니라 라선특별시 즉, 개방도시로 접근한다면 '5.24 조치'를 우회할 수 있는 길을 찾게 될 것이다. 이는 한 중 간 남 북 중 협력을 논할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 북 중 간에도 우리가 남 북 중 협력을 논의하고 참여할 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. 대한민국의 새로운 블루오션을 구상하고 개척하기 위해 개방형 복합국가발전전략을 현실화시키는 전략적 선택이 필요한 시점이다. North Korean leader Kim, Jung-Il visited Beijing, China, May 2010, when he made a common recognition with Chinese President Hu Jintao on construction of the Rasun SEZ and the Hwanggumpyong-Wyhwado SEZ for development of Economic cooperation between N.Korea and China and accelerating establishment of SEZs in N.Korea. However, after N.Korea's third nuclear test on Feb. 2013, the relationship between N.Korea and China became a little worse. Recently, three nations' border region near Rasun in N.Korea is reconsidered that it is very important place for collaboration between and among 2, 3 or 4 countries, S.Korea, N.Korea, China and Russia. This thesis examined these changes of cooperation and plans among the countries near the border region and proposed some measures for participation of S.Korea on the projects in the Rasun region.

우리나라 대학도서관(大??書館)에 관(?)한 고찰(考察) -1924년(年)~1941년대(年代)를 중심(中心)으로-

"Jonkyongkak" which King, Sungjong of Yi dynasty established within Sungkyunkwan in 1475 is regarded as the first university library in Korea. On the basis of modern librarianship, however, it is desirable to recognize the fact that Keijo Imperial University Library is really the first university library in Korea. In this thesis, an attempt to study the Korean university libraries under the period of Japanese control is provided. Keijo Imperial University Library is the key institution in this study. This study will focus to review the following facts: 1) the historical background of Keijo. Imperial University Library; 2) the organization and staffing pattern, and budget of this library; 3) the acquisition policy and basic collection development plan of this library; 4) the library and other services of this library including readers services; 5) the relationship with other private college libraries; and 6) the impact of this library on the present Seoul National University Library. The followings are the outlined conclusions: 1. Japanese Government had established Keijo Imperial University Library in order to perform the colonial education policy of Korean peninsula. Furthermore, it was one of the import supporting agencies for the research activities which were necessary for Japan to govern the Southeast Asia including Korean Peninsula 2. The organization and staffing size and pattern of this library are much below to those of modern university libraries. They are somewhat below to the level which is necessary to perform the minimum basic library functions. 3. The priorities of book collection of this library are 1) humanities and social sciences especially, materials on Law are much emphasized; 2) pure sciences and 3) technologies and agriculture. Therefore, the quantity of the materials on the field of technology and agriculture is very small. 4. The acquisition policies of this library are deeply influenced by the Japanese Government's colonial policy of Korean peninsula and her aggressive policy of Chinese Continent. 5. The major contribution of this library to the present Seoul National University Library is the transfer of 550,000 volumes of books and library building, but this building is now removed according to the transfer of Seoul National University Campus. 6. The staffing pattern of this library was, however, much ahead of that times. Especially, the facts that professional librarians were eligible to be appointed as the director of this library, and they had the faculty membership including faculty rank should be highly appreciated.

스팸로봇으로부터 웹컨텐츠 보호에 대한 연구

인터넷의 빠른 성장과 함께 다양한 웹 컨텐츠들이 사용자들에게 서비스되고 있다. 특히 상업적 목적으로 만든 사이트나 사용자들이 많은 컴뮤니티 사이트 같은 경우, 웹 컨텐츠의 정보 가치가 높기 때문에 스팸로봇에 의해 정보가 유출되는 경우가 발생한다. 이는 대부분의 웹컨텐츠가 HTML문서로 작성되어 있어 스팸로봇과 같은 도구들로부터 보안이 취약하다. 본 연구는 스팸로봇으로부터 웹컨텐츠를 보호하기 위해 이미지 보호를 위한 이미지 경로 은닉화 방법을 제시하고, 텍스트와 전자우편 메일을 보호하기 위한 방법을 제시한다.

중국 대학생들의 혐한현상 및 한ㆍ중 관계 의식 연구

Although the emotion of disliking Korea spread in China won’t be obstacles of the “strategic cooperative partnership” between China and Korea, but what should we concern about is that it might provide longterm environment factors on Chinese diplomacy. Especially, China and Korea are inseparable because of North Korea issue, North Korean nuclear issue, security and environmental issues in Northeast Asia etc. It is a fact that Korea would be suffered huge diplomatic losses from inconvenient relationship with China. The financial crisis started from the United States is coursing a global economic stagnation now and Sino-Korea cooperation is more important than ever before. Communication between two countries must be treated more judiciously for further development of Sino-Korea relationship. College students will be the center of the exchanges between two countries in the future. This treatise tried to study the phenomenon of disliking Korea about college students and the awareness of Sino-Korea relationship more deeply based on the existing researches. In addition, through the distinction of nationalities the treatise analyzed the theme more detailedly. In conclusion, monitoring system should be established to confirm the awareness of Sino-Korea relationship in China yearly so that diplomatic policies and assessment of Sino-Korea relationship can be made holistically.

바이오 디젤 연료의 연소특성

가솔린기관에서 운전조건 따른 바이오에탄올 연료의 연소 및 배기배출물 특성

The combustion and exhaust emission characteristics in a spark ignition engine (SI engine) with variation of the bioethanol-gasoline blending ratio and the excess air-fuel ratio were investigated in this research. To investigate the influence of the excess air ratio and ethanol blends, the combustion characteristics such as the cylinder pressure, rate of heat release(ROHR), and fuel consumption rate were analyzed. In addition, the reduction effects of exhaust emissions such as carbon monoxide (CO), unburned hydrocarbon (HC), and oxides of nitrogen (NOx) were compared with those of gasoline fuel under the various excess-air ratios. The results showed that the peak combustion pressures and the ROHR of bioethanol fuel cases were slightly higher than those of gasoline fuel at all test ranges. As compared with gasoline fuel (G100) at each given excess air ratio, BSFC of bio-ethanol was increased. The CO, HC, NOx emissions of bio-ethanol fuel were lower than those of gasoline fuel under overall experimental conditions.
