가설공사 품질점검 업무효율 향상을 위한 전자작업지원시스템(EPSS) 프로토타입 개발에 관한 연구

While temporary construction work applies to a temporary facility, it has a high use frequency during the construction period accounting for around 10% of the construction cost, it requires systematic management. However, construction inspection information of temporary construction work often has no special specification in the design documents and specification items, with the items on various standards also being formidable. Because of this, related inspection are likely to be performed inefficiently with a high probability for occurrence of human errors when quality inspection is conducted for the temporary construction work. In the present study, therefore, apply to the electronic operation support system capable of supporting implementation of inspection of providing related information for the contemporary construction work. To achieve this, a prototype is developed by using IDEF0 to identify information flow by process and organizing EPSS-based quality inspection Task. And then, efficiency of the quality inspection and information accessibility for temporary construction work are to be improved by verification method of Sample Project.

건축설계단계 지식기반 마감자재 선정 프로토타입 개발

The selection of finishing materials in the design stage is an important management factor in terms of use safety and satisfaction, and construction cost and process. However, selection of materials in the design stage is usually conducted without related guidelines or a set process, but depends on the experience of the architect or advice of materials company employees. Therefore, the aim of this study was to develop a finishing materials selection process that can be used by a architect. Materials selection related rules collected through interview with experts and five office building cases were used as knowledge. In addition, another aim of the study was to propose a prototype system interface for use in the field. The results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the process and the system, through case study and interviews with experts, generated a positive rating that implied a improvement in the materials selection process.

전쟁영화를 활용한 군 정신전력 강화 교육모델 연구

본 논문에서는 전쟁영화 시청이 정신전력 향상에 영향을 미친다는 명제를 증명하기 위해 전쟁영화의 성격과 의도를 분석하여 정신전력과 상관관계를 입증하였다. 전쟁영화의 성격과 의도별 분류를 통해 영화별 시청이 적합한 대상(계층) 및 과정에 따른 전쟁영화 교육모델(안)을 선정하고 제시하였다. 전쟁영화는 기획의도상 선전적인 부분이 포함되어 있어 특정한 목적을 구현하기 위해 제작되며 특히, 혹독한 전투현장에서 임무를 수행해야 하는 군인의 정신전력에 일정 부분 영향을 미쳤다. 제1·2차 세계대전을 통해 선전전략은 크게 발전하였으며 전쟁에 있어서 선전전략은 필수적인 요소로 전쟁의 당위성을 확보하기 위해 국가적 차원에서 진행되었다. 연구분석 결과 독소전쟁에서의 지속적인 선전은 개별전투원의 의지 및 행동변화에 영향을 주었다. 선전전략은 전쟁수행 전략의 일부로 간접 및 직접전략의 영역을 모두 내포하면서 국민에게 전쟁 당위성을 인식시키게 하고 전쟁을 준비하기 전 양병을 통한 개별전투원의 전쟁관을 형성하여 전쟁수행 간 전투의지를 고취하고 적에 대해 심리적인 마비를 줄 수 있다. 따라서 선전전략은 전장에서의 마찰요소를 극복하여 상황을 유리하게 조성함과 동시에 아군의 전투력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이러한 선행연구결과를 바탕으로 육군부사관학교 교관과 교육생을 대상으로 전쟁영화와 정신전력에 대한 설문을 진행하였다. 설문결과 대부분 전쟁영화와 정신전력의 연관성에 대해 공감하고 전쟁영화가 정신전력을 함양하는데 직·간접적 영향을 미친다고 작성하였다. 실제로 야전부대에서 전쟁영화를 집중정신전력교육 및 주간 정신전력교육 간 상영하여 활용하는 사례가 빈번하다. 따라서 본 연구자는 전쟁영화가 가지는 의미를 군인과 연계한 45개의 연상 단어로 대입하여 선전적·반전적, 정신적·전투적으로 구분하고 분석하였다. 또한, 각 영화가 담고 있는 전개상 내용에서 가치, 의지, 전투기술, 전략 및 전술과 목적상 의미에서의 전쟁의 의미를 분석하여 각각의 핵심키워드로 나열하였다. 영화마다 가지고 있는 교훈과 의미는 포괄적이지만 세부적인 분석을 통해 구체적인 핵심키워드를 선정, 가이드라인을 설정하여 전쟁영화 교육모델을 선정하였다. 전투원의 의식과 행동을 형성하는 요인에는 지휘관의 리더십, 지휘훈육, 교육훈련, 병영생활, 정신전력교육 등이 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 전쟁영화 시청은 이러한 요인 모두에 영향을 미칠 수 있으며 논문을 통해 전쟁영화 시청은 군인정신과 전투의지, 전투기술과 연계되어 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 향후 전쟁영화를 체계적으로 교육 모델화하고 시청하여 개인의 생각을 정립하고 토의와 토론으로 가치관을 형성한다면 군 전투력을 향상하고 발휘하는데 기여할 것이다. This thesis demonstrates the correlation of spiritual power with a war movie by analyzing the character and the purpose. The proposition that watching the war movie influences the elevation of spiritual power. Education models after the war movies are selected and presented according to the eligible subject/class course by realizing a specific purpose. A war movie has violent part, realizing some specific purpose. Especially, since it has an effect on some parts of a soldier"s spiritual power as they execute missions on the intensive battlefield. Propagation strategy was highly developed by the first and second World War. Propagation strategy was a necessary element to the war and was progressed by national level for securing imperativeness of war. Through the analytical research, propagation and propagation strategy were continued during the war between Germany and the Soviet Union; influencing each soldier"s will and behavioral changes. Based on these preceding research results, I carried out a survey of war movies targeting the NCOA Drill SGTs and students. The survey resulted in mostly sympathy with association between a war movies and spiritual power, and they wrote that war movies, in fact, have direct and indirect effects on developing spiritual power. Actually, field forces frequently use the war movies for intensive and weekly spiritual power. Therefore, I put significance of a war movie into 45 reminding words that are linked with soldier, and separated and divided propagandistic, inverted, spiritual, and combatant parts. In the developmental content of each movie, the meaning of war in terms of value, will, combat technique, strategy and tactics and purpose were analyzed and listed as key keywords. Although the lessons and meanings of each movie are comprehensive, specific keywords were selected through the detailed analysis, and my guidelines were presented to select a war movie education model. Through the thesis, I found that watching war movies is related to the spirit of soldiers" willingness to fight and combat skills. In addition, if war movies are systematically modeled by judging service periods and training periods for each target at the educational institutions for each level, it will greatly contribute to improving military combat power.

소양강댐 보조여수로 설계 사례 소개

최근 잦은 기상이변과 대규모 태풍(2002년 루사, 2003년 매미 등)에 의해 기존 댐의 안정성이 미흡한 것으로 판단됨에 따라 최대가능홍수량(PMF) 유입시 소양강 댐의 수문학적 안정성 확보와 용수공급량 및 발전용량의 확보, 댐 주변 노후시설의 자연 친화적 개보수에 의한 친환경적 공간창출과 이로 인한 관광 수요 증대에 따른 지역경제 활성화를 목적으로 기존 여수로에 추가하여 보조여수로가 계획되었다. 보조여수로는 수리적 특성, 지반조건, 인문사회적 여건 및 문화재 등 기타 기반여건을 감안하여 1,276.4m와 1,206.4m, 2련 14도 완경사 터널식 여수로로 설계되었으며 터널은 폭 14~25m의 대단면으로 계획되었다. 보조여수로는 유입부 및 유출부 구조물, 천이부터널 및 일반터널, 개착터널로 계획되었으며 각 구조물의 수문학적 안정성을 바탕으로 설계되었다.

공동주택 마감공사의 TACT 프로세스 적용방안

<P>The process control among various elements of construction management, in the construction business, is acting as an important factor deciding success or failure of the business. As the recent research, in case of finishing work that was done simultaneously by more than two kinds than frame work, TACT process control method is rising because of lots of occurring condition delayed or extension of construction period by interference and friction in the operation. However, it only has applied to some buildings such as complex buildings or high-rise office building. This research suggested finish work of the existing apartment floor unit TACT process as complicated process divided into 19 TACT unit works and made a detailed work flowchart and an activity summary sheet of 19 TACT unit works. Furthermore, the TACT application"s possibility and efficiency were verified by applying the TACT process based on a floor unit of finish work of apartment houses to the actual field. It is judged that the TACT process of finish construction of apartment houses suggested through this research unlike existing old process control method will achieve reduction of construction period and saving of construction expenses of finish work, and enables to achieve quality improvement.</P>

TACE로 인해 발생하는 복부 통증의 감소를 위해 간동맥 내 Lidocaine 주입으로 인한 통증 완화 효과의 평가

목 적 TACE시술 시 embolization 전에 동맥 내 lidocaine을 주입 후 embolization을 하여 lidocaine의 간동맥내에 머무는 시간을 길게 하여 TACE로 인한 통증 경감의 유용성에 대해 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 2010년 5월부터 8월까지 62명의 TACI 및 TACE 시술을 받은 환자(M:F=39:23, Age:60(44~76세))를 대상으로 통증 경감을 마약성 진통제만으로 통증 조절을 한 환자(group A, n=21)와 마약성 진통제 + TACI시 lidocaine 주입을 한 환자(group B, n=22)와 마약성 진통제 + TACE시 lidocaine 주입 후 embolization을 한 환자(group C, n=19)의 시술 후 통증을 NPIS(Numerical Pain Intensity Scale)를 이용하여 통증 경감 정도를 평가하였다. 결 과 TACI 또는 TACE 시술시 간동맥 내 lidocaine 주입을 한 환자(group B,C)들이 마약성 진통제만을 사용한 환자(group A)보다 느끼는 통증의 정도는 더욱 낮았다. 또한, 마약성 진통제의 투여량도 적었던 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 단순히 간동맥 내 lidocaine 주입을 했을 때 보다 chemoagent + lipiodol이 혼합된 emulsion을 주입→ lidocaine 주입 → embolization의 protocol로 시술 했을 때 환자의 통증 경감 및 마약성 진통제의 투여량이 훨씬 줄어든 것을 알 수 있었다. 결 론 HCC환자의 TACE시 간동맥 내 lidocaine 주입 후 embolization을 시행하는 것이 환자의 통증 경감과 마약성진통제의 투여량을 줄여 그로 인한 부작용을 줄일 수 있고 환자의 치료만족도도 높일 수 있다.
