In recent years, the IT conversions have rapidly developed along the development of the information technologies and devices. The overuse of IT devices caused by this trend has weakened the physical condition of children these days, compared to the past, therefore a study for this problem is necessary. This study intends to improve the health of children, easy to lack physical activities caused by the addiction to PC and smart phones, by proposing a health care application for them using Kinect. This application will introduce some simple aerobic/anaerobic exercises that could be done in home and will help children to forget the boredom by exercising alone and to coach them by using it.

Purpose : We intended to find out how the red cell transfusion would change the white cell count in preterm neonates under treatment in the intensive care unit. We also speculated whether the magnitude of such a change could indicate a potential neonatal infection. Methods : Total white blood cell count, total neutrophil count, and band count were compared and analyzed retrospectively on 33 preterm neonates who received red cell transfusions in our hospital's intensive care unit over a period of two years and a month. Results : We found a mean change of $1.33{\times}10^3/mm^3$ and $0.55{\times}10^3/mm^3$ in total white blood cell count and total neutrophil count in the first eight hours following the red cell transfusion. No significant change was observed in band count between pre and post-red cell transfusion. Conclusion : A mild increase in the white blood cell count caused by an increase in neutrophil count was observed temporarily following the red cell transfusion. But the white blood cell count returned to the pre-transfusion level in about 24 hours, indicating that such a low level of increase cannot be interpreted as an infection of a preterm neonate.

26세 남자가 길가다 버스에 치어, 다발성 늑골골절, 흉골골절, 우견갑골골절, 좌쇄골하동맥 폐색, 외상성 기관식도루로 입원 치료 중 이완기 심잡읍이 생겼다. 심초음파 검사에서 심한 대동맥판 폐쇄 부전과 증식물로 진단하였다. 심폐기 운영 하에 좌 우 관상 동맥 첨판에 10mm, 7mm 파열을 발견 5-0 Prolene 연속 봉합하여 좋은 수술 결과를 얻고 환자는 수술 14일에 퇴원하였다.

Background: Osteoporotic fracture is an important cause of disability in elderly women, and vertebral fractures are the most common of aU osteoporotic fractures. To prevent osteoporotic vertebral fracture, risk factor identification is necessary, therefore, we examined the relationship between the well-known risk factors for osteoporosis or falls and vertebral fracture. Methods : A total 105 Korean women aged 50-76 and had postmenopausal osteoparosis were enrolled in this study. We examined the factors attributing to develop the osteoporotic vertebral fractures through comparing the arthropometric data, past and family histories of fractures, amount of exer#cise, risk factors for falls, biochemical markers, and bone mineral densities. Results : 41 had one or more vertebral fractures and 64 had no vertebral fracture. Compared to women without vertebral fracture, women with vertebral fractures were older, smaller and showed higher waist-hip ratio and larger degree of kyphosis. History of previous fractures had a significant correlation with vertebral fractures and spending a few hours daily on the feet was a risk factor for osteoporotic vertebral fractures. Women who had no vertebral fracture had greater muscle mass of leg, walked faster, and tolerated more time in tandem position than who had any osteoporotic. vertebral fracture. Compared to the non-fractured group, serum albumin level was lower in the fractured group, and urine deoxypyridinoline/creatinine ratio, the bone resorption marker, was greater in the fractured group as predicted. Women without any fracture had greater bone mineral density of femoral neck and lumbar vertebrae. In Logistic regression analysis, waist-hip ratio, history of previous fractures, degree of kyphosis, and thigh circumference were the risk factors for the osteoporotic vertebral fracture. Conclusion : It could be possible to prevent osteoporotic vertebral fractures by efforts to identify and reduce the risk factors. But prospective studies should be performed regatding social and traditional characteristics of Korea.
IT 자원, 인적 자원, 조직적 자원에 따른 빅데이터 사용의도에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Today, big data are an important issue because the success of a firm in any industry has become more dependant on the ability to take advantage of big data, and firms have gained new insights through the analysis of big data. The purpose of this study is to deduce the key resources and capacities of firms for utilizing big data by taking the theory of resource-based view and analyze their influence on the intention of using big data. By reviewing related references, this study developed a research model to deduce the factors that influence the intention of using big data. The fitness of the research model was verified by using a structural equation model, and the result showed that the research model was fit. Meanwhile, the results of hypotheses testing showed that only security had positive influence on the parameters of technical resources, while IT skills were all rejected in human resources. Knowledge sharing had significant influence only on knowledge competence, while all parameters of task technology fitness had a positive influence. Regarding organizational resources, education and training had a positive influence only on knowledge competence, and the culture of data decision had a positive influence on both knowledge competence and data utilization. This study analyzed the intention of using big data through the theory of the resource-based view. The study propagates to the industry the importance of major resources and capabilities of firms for practically using big data and a subject attracting corporate interest, suggesting the importance of related research on the academic field.
