        이용도 향상을 위한 공업교육대학 실험 실습 시설의 개방 운영에 관한 연구

        This study aims at providing the open management system of the college facilities and meeting the demand of the industries and institutes in Daejeon area. In the view of this point, the present conditions of laboratories were classified with the hierarchy. The higher level facilities hierarchy were regarded as the ones which could be provided for the demand of the Industry and Institute. And the system approach for open management were made in the consideration with burget, maintenance, etc.

        반도체 산업의 국가직무능력표준에 기반한 훈련수요 분석

        반도체 산업에 대한 국가직무능력표준에 관련한 개발연구는 부분적으로 수행되었으나 국가직무능력표준을 활용한 산업현장의 훈련수요에 대한 조사와 분석은 이뤄지지 못한 실정이다. 또한 기존의 직업훈련 수요연구는 과부 족인원 중심으로 수행되어 직무능력요소에 대한 질적 불일치의 문제가 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구는 반도체 산업을 대상으로 훈련수요 조사를 실시하고 직종별 직무기술요소의 상대적 중요도와 격차를 이용한 시급성 분석을 통해서 해당직종이 갖는 직무능력요소에 대한 정성적 분석결과를 제시하고자 한다. 연구 수행방법으로는 문헌연구와 더불어 반도체 산업에 특화된 직무능력요소의 수요조사를 수행하고, 직종과 직무, 그리고 각 직무능력요소의 정성적 수요를 분석하여 6개의 직종과 28개 직무별 직무능력요소에 대해서 인력수준별로 분석하였다. 또한 기업의 직무기술의 확보 방법과 인력의 충원방법을 분석하고 지역의 대표적 교육과정과 연계를 예시함으로써 직업훈련 프로그램의 적정한 공급 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. National Competency Standards(NCS) development related researches on the semiconductor industry were carried out partially, but the field training demand survey and analysis using that NCS were not done. The past demand survey for the job skill training had focused on personnel shortage and oversupply so it has the problems called skill mismatch. This study has the purpose to provide an alternative analysis of qualitative evaluation using the relative importance and gap of the job skill elements in the semiconductor industry. As research methods, we carried out related literature and report review, and a job skill demand survey on the semiconductor industry. We analyzed about the industry related jobs and job tasks, the qualitative demand for each job skill elements, and procurement methods for each job skills and manpower. We illustrated some related training courses to find out a relevant way for supplying the training programs.

      • 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과의 관계에서 조직학습의 매개효과 분석

        본 연구는 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과의 관계에서 학습조직의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석한 것이다. 충청지역 200기업 800명을 대상으로 수집된 자료를 가지고 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 전략적 인적자원관리에서 제시하고 있는 경영참여, 능력중심평가, 능력중심선발, 경력기회제공, 교육훈련이 학습조직에 정(+)의 유의한 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습조직이 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 학습조직 영향요인으로 강조되었던 경영환영, 조직문화, 조직구조, 리더십 등과 더불어 전략적 인적자원관리 관행이 학습조직을 촉진하는 중요한 변수임을 규명하였다. 특히, 교육훈련 및 경력기회제공을 통한 구성원의 역량개발과 이를 활용하기 위한 보상시스템이 상대적으로 중요한 요인임이 알 수 있었다. 또한 학습조직이 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과의 관계를 매개함으로써 전략적 인적자원관리의 효과를 높이기 위해 학습조직 수준을 동시에 높여야 한다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship among strategic human resource management, learning organization, and organizational performance. Based on sample of 800 employees(200 firms) in Korea, results of this study revealed positive relationships between strategic human resource management and learning organization. especially participation and internal career opportunity more positively related learning organization. In addition, The relationship between strategic human resource management and organizational performance was mediated by learning organization. Finally, implications of the findings, limitation of this study, and the directions for the future studies were discussed.

        중소기업 연구개발 인재의 확보 및 유지 중심 정책방안

        본 연구는 중소기업 R&D인력의 현황과 문제점 분석을 통해서 R&D인력의 확보·유지 방안 제시를 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법으로는 문헌조사 및 현황 조사, 국내외 R&D인력 지원제도 벤치마킹, 인적자본기업패널 고용자료 분석, 사례조사 등을 사용하였다. 이를 통해, 직무별 R&D 인력의 현황, 중소기업을 중심으로 기업규모별 HRM 관행에 대한 만족도 및 문제점, 핵심인재관리 및 인재관리체제 현황, R&D 인력관리체계의 애로사항 등을 분석하고 R&D인력에 대한 인재관리 중심의 확보·유지를 위한 정책방안을 제시하였다. 결과 기본영역과 세부영역의 정책을 제언하고 주된 대안은 R&D인력 관리체계, R&D인력에 대한 경력개발 프로그램, 그리고 우수한 중소기업의 홍보와 R&D인재 프로모션의 국가적 지원 등이다. 중소기업 자체로도 인사관리제도에 대한 인식개선과 활용제고의 노력이 요구되었다. This research aimed to propose policy alternatives on acquisition and retention of SMEs R&D personnel through the analysis of the status and problems of SMEs R&D personnel. As research methods, literature review, survey analysis, domestic and foreign R&D personnel support system and practices benchmarking, human capital corporate panel (HCCP) and integrated survey DB material analysis, and case investigation by interview were used. The occupational status and problems of SME R&D personnel concerned on the corporate size, HRM practices on satisfaction and HRD problems, talent personnel management and training system status, the core talent management system and R&D personnel management system, and its complaints were organized. As conclusion, we have proposed alternatives on acquisition and retention of R&D personnel focused on the talent management. Suggestions were such as supports on R&D personnel management system and its dissemination, systematic career development programs, and excellency promotion on SMEs and R&D talent personnel.

      • 工業敎育大學의 實驗實習施設 共同活用 및 運營에 關한 硏究

        The College of Engineering was specialized to have a sole function for supplying technical high school teachers in 1977 and referred to as the College of Industrial Education according to the Government's policy. The economic impact mainly due to the oil-crises caused a severe problem to this college, namely discrepancy of supply to demand scale. Accordingly the number of student enrollment was to be fluctuated from 479 in 1979 through 800 in 1979 and 900 in 1980 to 430 in 1981. And the engineering departments have been attached to this Engineering Education College since 1981. These circumstanses met singnificant inefficiency in facility operation. This program aims at providing an overall relocation of the college facilities and preparing the practical system to make the joint-operation possible taking into account circulation, academic stream, budget, maintenance, etc. However this study could not get optimal spacing but some trade-off, considering the current situation.

      • 非對稱 TWO SPAN RAHMEN에 對한 MOMENT 分配法의 硏究

        The first and second method of moment distribution by elastic theory have been widely applied for the structural analysis of building. And, Practically, we confirm that the first method of moment distribution is not recommendable because of its unsatisfied results in the analysis of structures of side sway. And, instead of the first method, the second method of moment distribution is recommended even though there still exists the difficulties such as its operation and calculation complexity. Here, the two methods, the two cycle method and the second method of moment distribution, are studied to be compared with on the structures with side sway ; 1. 3:1(Long span : short span) Rahmen 2. 2:1(Long span : short span) Rahmen 3. 3:2(Long span : short span) Rahmen Referring to the results of above studies analyzing a horizontal cross beam, it is found that the difference between two results is almost close. In conclusion, to the architectural, engineer, the two cycle methods is very convenient to analyze two span Rahmen structure of the multi-story building, for the result of the structural analysis by two cycle method is similar to that of the second method of moment distribution.

      • R.C.造에서 超音波速度에 미치는 鐵1筋의 影響 : 길이방향鐵筋을 중심으로 On the longitudinal Steel bar

        Ultrasonic testing of a reinforced concrete member by means of the ultrasonic testing apparatus is affected by the steel bar embedded in concrete. A test location avoid the zone of steel effect when selecting test location in reinforced concrete member. But if it is impossible, it is necessary to make a correction to the measured value to provide an estimate of the velocity of the pulse in the plain concrete. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of steel bar on ultrasonic pulse velocity and the evaluate optimum correction formular by means of comparison between pulse velocity in concrete and effective pulse velocity according to steel bar diameters. Concrete mixes having water cement ratio of 0.4 and 0.6 by weight and slump values of 18㎝ in fresh concrete were used to make 20×30×60㎝ cubes for pulse velocity in concrete and effective pulse velocity. The diameters of the plain bars were 6, 9, 12, 19, 25, 32, 38 and 50㎜.

      • 콘크리트의 壓縮强度에 미치는 굵은 골재 크기의 영향에 관한 基礎的 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to research an effect of aggregate size on the compressive strength of concrete. Tests were, therefore, made in sixteen classes of concrete : maximum aggregate sizes of 5, 10, 20, 30^mm with water cement rations of 40% and 60% and with AEA°cement rations of 0.00% and 0.03% for each maximum aggregate size. The results of this experiment are showing the fellowing tendency. 1. Generally, with the range of this experiment program, the smaller maximum aggregate size becomes, the higher the compressive strength of concrete gets. 2. The decreasing tate of the compressive strength of concrete gets higher in lean mix concrete than in rich mix concrete at each age. 3. The compressive strength of concrete is developed faster with not only the increase of maximum aggregate size but also the decrease of water cement ratio. And it shows that the rate of the compressive strength development is higher in AE concrete in spite of water cement ratio.
