The social trouble to the durability of concrete rises recently because the embedded rebar corrosion influences concrete structures to deteriorate structural capacity. And also, the rebar corrosion causes crack of concrete, decrease of steel section and separation of covering concrete. In the result, the bond strength of concrete and embedded rebar decreases, which causes deterioration of the structure behavior in reinforced concrete. In this study, the relation of bond strength and bond-slip was understood to evaluate capacity deterioration of reinforced concrete, and experiments were carried out by compressive strength and embedded rebar condition in the rebar corrosion rate.
공동주택에서의 건식 경량벽체 실용화 연구 : 드라이 월 시스템의 수평하중 저항성 및 내충격성을 중심으로

This study is to assess the partition wall's resistance capability against cracks or distortions caused by outside impact including human body pressure as well as general objects. This test aims at providing possible usage of wall systems through analysing composition method's impact on performance for partition wall at home after research on the performance criteria and test methods for the Horizontal and Impact ldad resistance at home and abroad. The test results show that the performance is up to the composition of components of gypsum board's partition fall. In order words, more resistance can be obtained under the following condition : the more narrow the distance between steel studs is and the thicker the gypsum board's thickness when the distance between studs remain the same.
현장 콘크리트의 압축강도 관리를 위한 강도추정식 개발에 관한 연구

There are only a few tests to ensure concrete quality before placing at construction site; One is slump test for workability, the other is air content test for durability. The concrete compressive strength is the one of important factors to influence on concrete quality, and can be evaluated at the 28 days after placing. Some methods on the prediction of concrete strength at early age have been introduced for concrete quality management, but such methods are time consuming, and required special expertise. The purpose of this study is to suggest the equation for 28-day concrete compressive strength prediction to control quality control of ready mixed concrete, and the multiple regression analysis was conducted between concrete constituents and compressive strengths on basis of data acquired at the construction site.
현장조사를 통한 철근콘크리트 구조 부재의 시공오차에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 현장타설 철근콘크리트 구조체에 대한 국내외 허용오차 관련기준을 검토하여, 현행 국내 허용오차 기준의 수준을 검토함과 동시에 합리적인 시공오차 측정방법과 측정기기를 제시하였다. 또한 국내 공동주택을 대상으로 철근콘크리트 구조 부재의 시공오차를 조사하여 현재 국내 시공오차 허용범위 만족도를 검토하고, 구조체의 저항능력 평가 시, 부재크기 오차의 불확실성을 고려한 합리적인 안전성 평가를 위한 자료를 제공한다. Information on the distribution characteristics of construction errors is very important to determine the member factors, which are to be introduced in a new Korean design code for reinforced concrete structures. The new design code, which is under development for reinforced concrete structures, is based on the performance design concept. The construction errors of reinforced concrete members are mainly caused by the firmness and dimensional accuracy of forms, the arranging condition of reinforcing bars, the pouring and compaction methods of concrete, the skills of field workers, and the experience of supervisors. To find out the construction errors of reinforced concrete structures already built in Korea, a field survey for cover thickness, effective depth of reinforcement, the thickness of slabs and walls, and the dimension of beams and columns has been performed. Based on the survey, which is the first time in Korea, the analysis results are presented. The measuring methods for the construction errors, which have been established through the laboratory tests, are also presented. In addition, the measured construction errors from the survey are compared with the allowable tolerances in the current domestic and foreign specifications.
