The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship between disability awareness and planned behavior based on the theory of planned behavior targeting taekwondo instructors. The subjects of the study were taekwondo instructors. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to the leaders who instruct trainees at the taekwondo studio, 150 each in Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. A total of 298 responses were applied to the final analysis, excluding data from 2 people. For analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach's α, correlation and structural equation modeling were used by the computer using the statistics program SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20. Through the above method, the following results were obtained. Firstly, it was found that disability awareness is a factor that has a positive influence on attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior. It was found that the right to education and the right to the disabled were the factors that directly affected the three factors of planning behavior among people with disabilities. Secondly, the subjective norm among planned behaviors was found to be a factor influencing behavior intention. Based on the above results, it is hoped that this study will be helpful in changing the broader awareness of the disabled in taekwondo instructors. 본 연구의 목적은 태권도지도자들을 대상으로 계획행동이론을 근거로 하여 장애인식과 계획행동의 관계를 규명하고자 한다. 연구의 대상자는 태권도지도자들로 모집단으로 서울, 경기지역에 각 150명씩 태권도장에서 수련생을 지도하는 지도자를 대상으로 총 300부의 설문을 배포하였다. 2명의 자료를 제외한 총 298명의 응답자료를 최종 분석에 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 통계프로그램은 Window용 SPSS 23.0 Version과 AMOS 20.0이며, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, Cronbach's α, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식이다. 이 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 장애인식은 태도, 주관적 규범, 지각된 행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 장애인식 중 교육권과 장애인권이 계획행동의 세 요인에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 계획행동 중 주관적 규범이 행동의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 태권도지도자들의 장애인식에 대한 폭넓은 인식변화에 본 연구가 도움이 되었으면 하는 기대를 걸어본다.

학부모 불량행동과 태권도장 사범의 직무스트레스 및 직무소진의 관계

이 연구는 학부모 불량행동과 태권도장 사범의 직무스트레스 및 직무소진의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 서울·경기·충청도 지역의 태권도장에 종사하고 있는 태권도장 사범을 모집단으로 선정하여 200명을 대상으로 표본을 추출하였으며, 이 중 응답의 일관성이 결여되는 8명의 자료를 제외한 총 192명의 자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료의 처리는 가설검증을 위해 SPSS 23.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 학부모 불량행동은 직무소진에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학부모 불량행동은 직무스트레스에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 태권도장 사범의 직무스트레스는 직무소진에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 태권도장 사범의 복지환경개선 및 처우개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among bad behaviors of parents, job stress, job burnout of Taekwondo masters. In order to achieve this, a sample of 200 was drawn out of the Taekwondo masters working in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheongdo. Data acquired from 8 people were excluded due to inconsistency in their responses. Therefore, the data of 192 people was used for a final analysis. The acquired data was analyzed through the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis from the statistical software, SPSS 23.0. The results obtained from this process were as follows. First, the bad behavior of the parents partially affected job burnout. Second, the bad behavior of the parents partially affected job stress. Third, job stress of the Taekwondo masters partially affected job burnout. The results of this study could be used as basic data in order to contribute to improvement of treatment and welfare environment of the Taekwondo masters.
