청각장애 청소년의 멘토링 경험과 자아정체감 관계분석 : 청각장애학교 고등부 학생을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 전국의 청각장애 특수학교 고등부에 재학 중인 남녀학생 260명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 청각장애 청소년의 개인적 배경변인에 따른 멘토링 경험 및 자아정체감을 알아보고, 청각장애 청소년의 멘토링 경험과 자아정체감 간의 관계를 고찰해 보았다. 연구 결과 청각장애 청소년의 개인적 배경변인에 따른 멘토링 경험 및 자아정체감은 청각장애 청소년이 느끼는 의사소통 수준과 주요 의사소통 방법에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 청각장애 청소년의 멘토링 경험과 자아정체감은 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며, 멘토링의 세 가지 하위기능 중 역할모델 기능을 제외하고 진로개발 기능과 심리사회적 기능은 자아정체감과 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 추후 특수교육 현장에서 청각장애 청소년의 긍정적인 자아정체감 형성을 위한 멘토링 프로그램을 실행해 보는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The object of this research is to find out whether there is any perceived differences exist in regard to mentoring experience and ego-identity among hearing impaired adolescents depending on their personal background. Moreover, it is a great interest to contemplate upon the relationship between mentoring experience perceived by hearing impaired adolescents and ego-identity. This research has its background of conducting survey among 220 male and female students in a special school (i.e. national, public and private) for hearing impaired adolescents. In order to measure mentoring experience, the following research tool was utilized: the translation from twenty nine categories. This tool was developed by Noe(1988) relying on a basic research foundation from Kram(1983) and Burke(1984)’s works. Next, the measurement developed by Dignan(1965) which later supplemented by Jaehee Lee(2001) was used to gauge ego-identity. The results of research are outlined below: First, mentoring experience and ego-identity among hearing impaired adolescents depending on their personal background showed some statistical difference. That is, this difference has to do with perceived communication level and communication methods. Second, Mentoring experience and ego-identity revealed correlated relationship in terms of statistical point of view. Third, a career developmental function and psychosocial function showed a correlated relationship with mentoring functions excluding role model function. The importance of mentoring experience for hearing impaired adolescents is essential for forming a positive ego-identity. Thereby, this research serves as a useful and invaluable reference for a practical purpose in regard to establishing mentoring program leading up to a positive and bright ego-identity.

Purpose: To identify needs and priorities of community care competency for older adults among community health practitioners. Methods: Data were collected from a convenient sample of 326 community health practitioners using an online questionnaire, which included items on community care competencies and personal characteristics. Items were developed through literature review, consultation meeting, content validity verification, and preliminary investigation. The data were analyzed using the t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s test with SPSS 25.0. The analysis of needs and priorities was conducted by using the Borich needs assessment and the Locus for focus model. Results: Three competencies have been identified as high-priority needs; ‘Linkages with resources’, ‘Education’, ‘Leadership and management’. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate the need to develop an educational program for community health practitioners to strengthen community care competencies. The programs will need to be provided, especially for young community health practitioners, to ensure that they are well equipped to care for community-dwelling older adults living in rural areas.

협력적 지역사회복지 거버넌스 구축 방안 연구: 지역사회보장협의체와 지역사회복지협의회를 중심으로

This study aims to provide implications for developing collaborative community welfare governance in Korea to cope with the rapidly changing social environment and diverse social problems. For this purpose, we conducted a case analysis of the successful Community Social Security Council and Local Council of Social Welfare, which have a local status as a core institute of local welfare governance and network in Korea. Four staff members of two community social security councils and two local councils of social welfare were interviewed. The results of this study present common strengths and characteristics among the institutes. Also, several difficulties and limitations surrounding them were identified. Based on the results, this study discussed the developing strategies for collaborative community welfare governance and suggested meaningful implications for future studies. 본 연구는 급변하는 사회환경과 다양한 사회문제에 대처하기 위해 협력적 지역사회복지 거버넌스 발전에 시사점을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 지역사회복지 거버넌스 역할 수행에 있어 우수한 성과를 거둔 것으로 평가받는 지역사회보장협의체와지역사회복지협의회 4곳의 종사자를 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 사례분석 결과, 각기관은 공통적으로 참여성, 분권화, 책임성이 확보된 거버넌스 구조에 기반한 강점과 역량을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 동시에 다양한 외부 환경적 어려움과 향후 개선이필요한 과제들 또한 확인되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 협력적 지역사회복지 거버넌스 구축을 위한 실천적·정책적 함의를 제시하였으며, 본 연구가 지역사회복지 발전과 사회복지전달체계 개선에 있어 유의미한 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다.
