상거래의 상품 정보를 기술하는 카탈로그는 전자 상거래의 상품 인지 단계에서도 중요한 역할을 하며 대부분의 인터넷 쇼핑 몰에서 전자 카탈로그 저장소의 구축과 유지를 위해 많은 비용을 소모한다. 전자상거래가 활발해지고 인터넷 쇼핑 몰이 급격히 늘어남에 따라 구축과 유지에 많은 비용이 드는 전자 카탈로그 저장소를 공유할 필요가 생겨 났으며, 그에 걸맞는 소프트웨어 아키텍쳐가 요구되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 서로 이질적인 전자 카탈로그 저장소들이 분산되어 있는 환경에서도 각각의 카탈로그들이 상호 연동할 수 있는 컴포넌트 기반 아키텍쳐를 제시한다. 이 아키텍쳐에서 컴포넌트들은 CORBA IDL을 통해 통신을 하며 이로써 이질적인 전자 카탈로그 저장소의 상호연동이 가능해지며 시스템의 신축성과 확장성 역시 높아지게 된다.
사출/압축 공정과 인서트 오버몰딩을 이용한 탄소복합소재 성형에 대한 연구

In this study, forming of carbon composite parts was performed using an injection/compression molding process. An impregnation of matrix is determined by ability of wet and flow rate between the matrix and reinforcement. The flow rate of matrix passing through the reinforcements is a function of permeability of reinforcement, a viscosity of matrix and pressure gradient on molding, and the viscosity of the matrix depends on the mold temperature, molding pressure and shear strain of matrix. Therefore, compression molding experiment was conducted using a heating mold in order to confirm the possibility of matrix impregnation. The impregnation of the matrix through the porosities between the woven yarns was confirmed by the cross-sectional SEM image of compression molded parts. An injection molding process was also performed at a short cycle time, high molding pressure and low mold temperature than those of compression experiment conditions. Deterioration of impregnation on the surface of molded parts were caused by these injection conditions and it could be the reason of decreasing the maximum tensile strength. In order to improve impregnation of matrix on the surface, injection/compression molding and insert-over molding were applied. As a result of applying injection/compression molding and insert-over molding, it was shown that the improvement of impregnation on the surface and the maximum tensile strength was increased about 2.8 times than the virgin matrix.

In molding of continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composites, it is very difficult to impregnate between the reinforcements and the matrix since the matrix has a high melting temperature and high viscosity. Therefore, most of composite molding processes are divided in the manufacturing processes of intermediate materials called prepreg and the forming of products from intermediate materials. The divided process requires additional facilities and thermoforming, and they increase the cycle time and cost of composite products. These problems can be resolved by combining the continuous fiber-reinforced composite molding process with injection molding. However, when a composite material is manufactured by inserting woven fabric into the injection mold, poor impregnation occurs on the surface of the molded product. It affects the properties of the composites. In this paper, through an impregnation experiment using cores with different heat transfer rates and pore densities, the reason for the poor impregnation was confirmed, and molding experiments were conducted to produce composite with improved surface impregnation by inserting the mesh. And also, the surface impregnation and deformation of composites molded using different types of mesh were compared with each other.

Recently, injection molding process became more popular than ever to produce large quantities of high precision products. Extensive studies have been conducted for reducing the residual stresses and birefringence in injection-molded optical products. Flow-induced and thermally-induced stresses and birefringence have been found as two main sources during injection molding process. Generally, quantitative value of birefringence can be measured with polarizing microscope using the compensator. However, it is difficult to measure low order retardation with microscope, so developing a measurement system for low order optical path difference is in need. In the present paper, a system using Photo Elastic Modulator (PEM) is demonstrated to measure low phase retardation in injection-molded products.

The production of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastics(CFRTP) parts using an injection/compression molding process that differs from the conventionally used fabrication methods was investigated Before the application of composite molding in the injection/compression molding process, a simple compression molding experiment was performed using a hydraulic press machine to determine the characteristics of resin impregnation and to obtain a basic physical property data for the CFRTP. Based on these results, injection/compression molded specimens were manufactured and an additional insert/over molding process was applied to improve the impregnation rate of the molded specimens. The results demonstrated that the tensile strength of the molded parts using the faster injection/compression process was similar to that of a hydraulic press molded product.
벨트식 유회수기를 사용한 디젤유 회수에 관한 실험적 연구

Removal of spilled oil over the sea and the river has become one of the urgent problems in these days. Removing oil using mechanical devices are recommended because chemical dispersion can cause the secondary contamination in the environment.<br/> In the present study a series of experiments were carried out to study the effect of working conditions of a belt type skimmer on the rate of recovery for the spilled oil. The oil chosen for the present experiment was diesel oil. Three different situations, namely, upward, downward, up-and-downward pickup have been investigated for various contact angles, belt speeds and oil thicknesses.<br/> The results show that the rate of oil recovery for the case of downward pickup with a contact angle of 45˚ shows the highest among all the conditions. For the removal of spilled diesel oil the optimal belt speed can be found as the critical value to reach the saturated pickup rate for a given oil thickness. The recovery rate of bunker C oil shows 4 - 6 times higher than that for diesel oil. And the optimal belt speed for bunker C oil can be found less than that for diesel oil for the same slick thickness.
