난소낭성기형종에서 발생한 편평상피세포암 2 례

저자는 양성낭성기형종에서 병발된 편평상피세포암을 2례 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. 2 Cases of Squamous Cell Carcinoma Arising in Cystic Teratoma of the Ovary Cystic teratoma of the ovary are almost always benign tumors, but it can be developed into malignancy rarely. We have recently experienced 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma arising in cystic teratoma of the ovary. The one was 68 years old woman, the tumor was measured 15*11*11cm. The other was 57 years old woman, the tumor was measured 22*15*13.5cm. Both involved right ovary and the cut surface of the tumors were partly cystic and partly solid. Microscopically, all the tumors were found to be partly differenciated squamous cell carcinoma.

본 병원 산부인과에서 자궁내피임장치(Lippes loop)를 착용하고 있는 중에 발생하였고, Spiegelberg의 진단기준을 충족시킨 난소임신 1례를 경험하였기에 그 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. We have recently experienced one case of ovarian pregnancy in the presence of an intrauterine device, which satisfies the criteria proposed by Spiegelberg. A brief review of literature concerning the frequency, possible mechanism and some clinical characteristics of ovarian pregnancy is summarized.
