Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of phamacopuncture used in facial nerve palsy related articles that have been published in the Korean medicine journal. Methods : 242 papers related to facial nerve palsy were retrieved from Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System(OASIS) and Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal(KTKP). We selected 13 research papers treated with pharmacopuncture for facial nerve palsy. We analyzed for type of pharmacopuncture used, treatment point and clinical type. Results : 1. The number of searched articles is thirteen. 2. The most common clinical type of facial nerve palsy is Bell's palsy. Other types are accompanying tympanitis type, herpes zoster oticus, caused by traumatic temporal bone fracture type, Foville syndrome, Foville-Millard-Gubler syndrome and multiple cerebral neuritis. 3. In the case of pharmacopuncture, the most frequently used type is Hominis Placenta Pharmacopunture. The second is Hwangreonhaedok-tang and Hwangreon Pharmacopuncture. Other than that BV, Sinbaro, Jungsongouhyul Pharmacopuncture, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum Pharmacopuncture and Ginseng pharmacopuncture are used. 4. The most frequently used part as a treatment point is ST4, ST6, TE17.

국내 학술지에 게재된 증례 연구 분석을 통한 이명의 한의학적 치료에 대한 고찰 - 한약치료를 중심으로

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to analyze the Korean medicine treatment on Tinnitus to identify the trend and the effectiveness. Methods : The domestic journal databases(OASIS, NDSL, KISS, KTKP) were used to search for case studies related to the herbal medicine treatment of tinnitus. There was no restriction on the time of publication. A total of 14 papers were selected. Results : Out of 127 articles searched, 14 papers were selected. All of those were case-study or case-series studies. Features of the papers, characteristics of patients studied, herbal medicines, acupuncture, other treatments, evaluation methods and the results were analyzed. Conclusions : This study shows that various medical treatment methods for tinnitus are effectively used in Korean medicine. We hope that this study would give helpful information for tinnitus treatment.

속성적 관점에 기반한단어 재인시의 의미 처리 가능성 연구: 연결주의 모델링

단어의 의미처리는 개별 단어가 나타내는 개념(concept)들 간의 의미적 관련성을 효과적으로 표상할 수 있어야 한다. 본 연구는 의미 처리의 모델로서, 속성적 관점에 기반한 연결주의 모델을 제시하고, 단어와 의미 간의 관계를 학습하였다. 학습 과정 이후 모델용의 어휘 판단 과제를 수행하여, 종래 행동실험에서 의미 처리와 관련되어 나타나는 것으로 언급되었던 효과들이 제대로 모사되었는가 통계적으로 검증하였다. 모델링 수행 결과, 모델은 빈도효과(frequency effect), 단어 유사성 효과(word similarity effect), 의미 충실도 효과(semantic richness effect)와 의미 점화 효과(semantic priming effect)를 정상적으로 모사하는데 성공함으로써, 모델이 정상적인 의미의 학습 및 처리가 가능함을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는, 속성적 관점 기반의 의미 표상(representation) 구조가 충분히 실제 사람의 언어처리를 반영할 가능성을 제시한다. Semantic processing should effectively encode the meaning of a word and represent semantic relationship among individual words. This study proposed a connectionist model employing features as basic units for semantic processing among words and learning the relationship between the words and the associated meanings. The model statistically proved the capability to effectively simulate behavioral results from lexical decision tasks. In addition, the model successfully simulated the frequency effect, the word similarity effect, the semantic richness effect, and the semantic priming effect, which have been observed in behavioral studies. These results suggest that features are possibly basic units for human’s semantic processing.

딥러닝 기법을 이용한 대동맥 동맥경화성 플라크 판별에 관한 연구

고령층의 사망원인 중 높은 비율을 차지하고 있는 뇌졸중, 심장질환은 갑작스럽게 발생하여 사망에 이를 수 있으므로 조기 진단하여 지속적인 관리가 필요하다. 고위험성 질병을 진단하기 위해서는 의료 영상을 이용한 의료진 판독을 통해서 수행되어야 하지만 판독 시간이 많이 소요되거나 의료진에 따라 판독 의견이 달라지는 경우가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 뇌졸중의 주요 원인인 대동맥 동맥경화성 플라크 상태를 분류하고 영역을 예측할 수 있는 컨볼루션 오토인코더(convolution autoencoder)와 유넷(U-Net) 모델을 수립하여 판독 시간을 단축시키고 정확도를 높이고자 한다. Stroke and heart disease, which account for a high percentage of the causes of death amongst the elderly population, can occur suddenly leading to death. Hence, early diagnoses and continuous management are required. High-risk diseases should be diagnosed through medical personnel using established medical techniques. However, it is time consuming to decide on a diagnosis or the opinion may differ depending on the medical professional. This study aims to shorten the diagnosis period and provide high accuracy diagnoses by establishing the semi-supervised convolution autoencoder and the U-Net models that can classify aortic atherosclerotic plaque conditions and predict the primary locations for stroke occurrence.

Social changes in the late Chosŏn dynasty and an influx of the Western culture through the Qing dynasty, China served as a momentum to change the thoughts and world views of Chosŏn's Confucian scholars. P'ungnyubang 風流房 was a complex space where various cultural activities were performed. The participation of pungnyu-activities were opened to the all members of each social classes regardless of yangban 兩班 (nobleman), middle-class known as chungin 中人, the ordinary and the humble, in spite of a strict status system at that time. It exerted influence on making the music culture realistic and popular in the late Chosŏn dynasty. In particular, a fact that practical science scholars had a concert with middle-class people, singers and court musicians in Yuch'uno akhoe 留春塢樂会 formed a definitely different and new music culture from the conventional and restrictive court music culture in the early Chosŏn dynasty. 조선후기에 일어난 사회변화와 청을 통한 서양문물에 대한 소개는 조선의 학자들의 사상과 세계관을 변화시키는 계기가 되었다. 특히 음악예술의 실천이라는 측면에서 유교적 신분질서가 엄격한 조선시대 사회 내에서 양반과 중인 및 악인이 한자리에 둘러앉아 신분의 높고 낮음을 떠나서 하나로 어우러지는 풍류방의 음악문화를 낳음으로써 실학이 추구하는 대중적․현실적 차원에서의 실천이 전개되었다. 조선후기 실학자들은 신분제 개혁에 있어서 매우 진보적인 입장을 취하고 있었는데, 양반층이 이용후생의 증대를 위해 농공상을 발전시키고 생산을 증가시키기 위해 실용적인 학문에 종사할 것을 주장하였다. 이것은 학문관의 변화를 의미하는 것으로서 근대적 실용학문, 응용학문의 길을 여는 것이었다. 실학자들이 신분제의 변화를 받아들일 수 있는 포용력은 양반이 아닌 다른 계층의 전문가와의 교류에 대해서도 거리낌 없이 받아들일 수 있음을 의미한다. 이 점이 음악을 향유하는 데에도 계층적 신분을 넘어서 순수하게 음악을 위한 풍류방과 악회 구성을 가능하게 한 것이다. 비록 조선전기처럼 신분제가 엄격하게 유지되던 사회가 아니었다 하더라도 실학자들이 중인출신이나 가객ㆍ악공들과 함께 풍류방이나 악회를 열어 함께 연주활동을 했다는 점은 조선전기와는 확연히 다른 새로운 음악문화를 형성한 것이다.
