영유아 교사의 가족건강성과 교사⋅영유아의 상호작용 간의 관계: 정서표현성의 매개효과

Objectives This study aim to explore the mediating effect of infant teacher’s emotional expression on the relationship between family health and teacher-infant interaction. Methods The data were analyzed from 322 infant teachers in Daejeon, Sejong City, and South Chungcheong Province. Reliability analysis, technical statistics, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and mediating effect analysis of each scale were conducted using the SPSS 21.0 and PROCESS Macro Model 4. Results Research results were as follows. First, the correlations between infant teacher's family health, teacher-infant interaction, and emotional expression were significant. Second, the mediating effect of emotional expression was significant in the relationship between family health and teacher-infant interaction. Conclusions The results of this study suggest that it is important to promote teacher's family health and emotional expression In order to improve the quality of interaction between teachers and young children. Also, It suggests the necessity of finding an intervention method that helps improve positive emotional expression.

Cerebral infarction in cancer patients is often caused by thrombosis due to hypercoagulability, and in some cases, caused by direct tumor embolism. We report the case of cerebral infarction due to direct tumor embolism mixed with thrombus. Biopsy of blood clots obtained during thrombectomy is important for diagnosis. If there is a high risk of thrombosis among cancer patients with cerebral infarction, the use of appropriate antithrombotic agents along with maintaining a certain level of platelets should be considered.
생성형 인공지능 챗봇 챗지피티(ChatGPT) 이용 의도에 대한 연구: 기술 수용 모델과 어포던스를 중심으로

This study explored the acceptance factors of the generative AI chatbot ChatGPT from the perspective of technological affordances. Based on prior research, the study classified the affordances of ChatGPT into the following three: personalized assistance provision, human-like conversing and context identification. By integrating these affordances into the technology acceptance model, this study investigated their impacts on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use among early users. The following results were derived from an online survey of 300 adults who had used ChatGPT more than once. First, all three affordance factors of ChatGPT had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Users’ perceptions of ChatGPT’s abilities to provide personalized and customized help upon individual users’ requests, interact with users in a natural, human-like manner, and identify specific contexts associated with individual requests all raised the perceived usefulness and ease of use of the new technology. Second, both the perceived usefulness and ease of use of ChatGPT significantly increased users’ intention to adopt the technology, while it was found that the effects of affordance factors on ChatGPT acceptance were mainly mediated by the perceived ease of use of the technology. As one of the early studies exploring the adoption of generative AI chatbots, the contributions and limitations of this study were discussed.
