Cu/Capping Layer/NiSi 접촉의 상호확산
유정주,배규식,You, Jung-Joo,Bae, Kyoo-Sik 한국재료학회 2007 한국재료학회지 Vol.17 No.9
The interdiffusion characteristics of Cu-plug/Capping Layer/NiSi contacts were investigated. Capping layers were deposited on Ni/Si to form thermally-stable NiSi and then were utilized as diffusion barriers between Cu/NiSi contacts. Four different capping layers such as Ti, Ta, TiN, and TaN with varying thickness from 20 to 100 nm were employed. When Cu/NiSi contacts without barrier layers were furnace-annealed at $400^{\circ}C$ for 40 min., Cu diffused to the NiSi layer and formed $Cu_3Si$, and thus the NiSi layer was dissociated. But for Cu/Capping Layers/NiSi, the Cu diffusion was completely suppressed for all cases. But Ni was found to diffuse into the Cu layer to form the Cu-Ni(30at.%) solid solution, regardless of material and thickness of capping layers. The source of Ni was attributed to the unreacted Ni after the silicidation heat-treatment, and the excess Ni generated by the transformation of $Ni_2Si$ to NiSi during long furnace-annealing.
HVPG as a Predictor of Mortality in Non-Critically-Ill Cirrhotic Patients
유정주,김상균 대한의학회 2019 Journal of Korean medical science Vol.34 No.33
Portal hypertension (PH) is defined as an increased portal venous pressure gradient above 5 mmHg, and is closely related to complications and mortality of cirrhosis.1 In particular, PH is greatly important before the onset of decompensation state where the degree of PH is well correlated to the prognosis. Portal pressure is known to be more useful in predicting development of complications of cirrhosis in chronic liver disease than the degree of fibrosis observed in liver biopsy. Direct measurement of portal pressure is excessively invasive and no longer used in clinical practice. Instead, because hepatic venous pressure gradient (HVPG) is safe, reproducible, and relatively less invasive, it is most widely used and standard test that reflects portal pressure. Recently, HVPG has been used in variety of fields such as diagnosis and prognosis of cirrhosis, risk stratification, monitoring therapeutic response of beta- blocker, and prediction of development of hepatocellular carcinoma.2
프랑스 산업디자인법에서 예술의 단일성 이론(la théorie de l'unité l'art)에 관한 연구 - 구 법을 중심으로
유정주 한국지식재산학회 2005 産業財産權 Vol.- No.17
In France, the protection of industrial design is base on the theory of the unity of art. It results from the legislative history relative to the protection of industrial design because the jurisprudence and the doctrine did not find the criterion which can divide the field of application between the copyright and the design right. This theory means that an industrial design is protected concurrently and automatically by the copyright and the design right. This said system " the total accumulation of protection I" protects an industrial design in the same way as a creation of pur art. The creator of an industrial design enjoys not only the patrimonial rights foreseen by the copyright and the design right but also the moral rights foreseen only by the copyright. However, the theory of the unity of the art provokes certain number of problem First of all, the protectable object in the design right is strongly influenced by the copyright to know the notion of creation of the spirit. The notion of design became a decorative notion by excluding the utilitarian character of an industrial creation. As a consequence, the design right protects only purely aesthetic creation. Secondly, by applying automatically, the copyright, the condition of protection in the design right is absorbed by that of the copyright. As a consequence, the jurisprudence and the doctrine consider that these two conditions are identical and confuse them in favour of the condition of protection in copyright. The novelty in the design right lost its own characteristic in favour of the originality in copyright. In conclusion, the theory of the unity of the art provokes a general confusion between the copyright and the design right.
