母의 자아분화수준과 母子간의 갈등이 청년기 자녀의 문제행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 Bewen의 자아문화이론을 청년기 자녀와 부모의 관계에 적용하여, 모의 자아분화수준과 모자간의 갈등, 자녀의 문제행동과의 관계를 경험적으로 탐색해 보고자 한다. 또한 부모-자녀간의 상호작용은 성에 따라 다룰 수 있다는 것이 선행연구(유은희, 1991)를 통해 보고되고 있어 자녀의 성에 따른 차이도 밝혀보고자 한다. 그리하여 본 연구는 Bowen의 가족치료이론에 대한 실증적 자료 제공은 몰론, 청소년의 문제행동 발생 가능성을 예측할 수 있다는 점에서 청소년의 문제행동 상담과 예방에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
종이접기 집단놀이치료 프로그램의 개발과 적용-정서행동문제 아동을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to develop paper-folding group play therapy program for preschool children with emotional and behavioral problems and to identify the effect. The subjects were six 6 year old children with emotional, behavior problems at school and home. The program was developed by ecosystemic play therapy theory and composed of 13 sessions. The results were as follows: The subjects showed increasing in the verbal self -expression and self confidence as well as in decreasing anxiety, depression, hyperactivity and aggression. These results implied that this program was effective on reducing the emotional and behavioral problems of preschool children. 본 연구는 정서행동문제가 있는 학령 전 아동을 위한 종이접기 놀이치료 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 교사와 부모에 의해 정서행동문제로 프로그램 참여에 의뢰된 6세 아동 6명에게 프로그램을 실시하여 대상 아동의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 언어적 자기표현, 주도성, 자신감의 증가와 불안, 과잉행동의 감소가 치료과정에서 뿐만 아니라 학교, 가정에서도 나타났다. 이러한 사례연구 결과는 본 프로그램이 정서행동문제 아동을 위한 집단 놀이치료 프로그램으로서의 유용 가능성을 보여주었다고 본다.

Eric H. Erikson’s psychosocial development theory has been much researched and used in various fields including social work, counseling, and education. The fact that it deals with the entire human lifecycle and that the theory has an interdisciplinary characteristic with psychological, social-cultural, historical, existential, and religious dimensions intrigues and hands over leeway to readers for creative uses of the theory. At the risk of reiteration since it is a well-known theory, this study aims to explore a few areas that have been relatively less explored but are worthy highlighting for their potential contribution. The purpose of this study is three-fold: first, by looking at his biography, it explores aesthetic and existential religious aspects of the theory; then, it underscores an intergenerational dimension of the theory, that is interconnectedness of the generational cycle; and finally, it argues that Erikson’s theory makes better sense when it is positioned in the gospel-centered Christian context
헤어미용서비스 고객의 심리적 소비가치가 고객만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향 - 쾌락적/실용적 소비가치를 중심으로

There is no doubt to say that study of customer satisfaction and loyalty is a continuously studied as a essential factor which is directly connected to business in marketing literature study. Naturally, customer satisfaction and loyalty are considered significantly in beauty service industry. Therefore, this study specifically investigated the influence of hedonic/utilitarian consumption value on the customer satisfaction. Moreover, it analyzed the influence of these factors on the loyalty and loyalty effect comparison of satisfied/unsatisfied customers with interaction effect comparison. For comparative analysis of this study, the researcher used regression analysis and analysis of variance by utilizing questionnaires to 300 male and female customers who are 20-50 years old for recent 2 years. Main result of this study can be summarized as follow. Above all, in case of satisfaction, the result was different from preformed hypothesis. Hedonic value positive affected to satisfaction while utilitarian value didn’t gibe any available influences. Furthermore, a customer group that supports hedonic value showed eminently higher satisfaction than a customer group that supports utilitarian value. Next, in case of analysis of loyalty, the result showed higher value of loyalty of customer who upholds hedonic value rather than who supports utilitarian value like the preceding result of satisfaction, and there was interaction between the two factors. We identified that the change of age, culture and standard of living changed formal perception of beauty service which considered as life convenience service into hedonic service. Therefore, we need to take notice of change of pursuing consumption value of consumers towards hair beauty service.
중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 : 기업 혁신성의 매개 역할을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 특히, 기존의 연구에서 확장하여 기업혁신성이라는 기업관련 변수를 추가하여 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구는 중소기업의 CEO들이 조직구성원의 직무만족을 유발시키고 변화하는 글로벌 사회의 환경에 초점을 맞추어 관리방안들을 모색할 수 있도록 하여 조직의 활성화를 도모하고, 경영의 개선이나 제도적 발전을 위한 제언이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 중소기업 종업원들을 대상으로 약 2개월간 실시하였으며, 실증적 분석의 결과 첫째, 중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 이중 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성이 기업혁신성에 미치는 영향관계 중 조직유연성과 CEO의 리더십, 회사의 의사소통과 부서간, 개인간 협력정도, 지각된 개인의 특성에서의 개인의 도전성은 기업혁신성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무스트레스는 영향을 미친다는 가설은 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 기업혁신성은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 네째, 기업혁신성이 종업원의 지각된 기업특성 및 개인특성과 직무만족 사이에서의 매개효과 검증에서는 조직유연성과 소통과 협력은 부분매개를, CEO의 리더십은 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났고, 개인의 도전성과는 완전매개를, 직무스트레스는 매개효과가 검증되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 독립변수인 중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성은 직무만족과의 직접적인 관계일 뿐아니라, 기업의 혁신성에 따라 매개되는 간접효과도 가진다는 것을 시사한다. 그러므로 중소기업 종업원들의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 기업의 혁신활동의 성과도 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 리더십과 개인의 도전성은 기업의 혁신성을 통해 완전 매개되므로 중소기업 종업원의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 조직의 혁신성 노력이 동시에 추진되어야 효과가 있다고 할 수 있겠다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of company characteristics and individual characteristics perceived by employees of small businesses on job satisfaction and especially to seek activation of the organization by extending from previous studies to examine the intermediary role of company innovation and applying management measures focusing on the environment of changing global society where CEOs of small businesses cause job satisfaction of organizational members and present the direction for the improvement of management and institutional development. This study was carried out for about 2 months targeting employees of small businesses and the results of empirical analysis are as follows: First, company characteristics and individual characteristics perceived by employees of small businesses turned out to have a positive (+)effect on job satisfaction but the hypothesis that job stress affects job satisfaction was not significant. Second, of the effects of company characteristics and individual characteristics perceived by employees of small businesses on company innovation, organization flexibility and CEO's leadership, company communication and degree of cooperation between departments, individuals, challenge of individuals perceived individual characteristics were found to affect company innovation but the hypothesis that job stress affects it was not significant. Third, company innovation was found to have a positive (+)effect on job satisfaction and fourth, in the intermediary effect verification of company innovation between company characteristics and individual characteristics perceived by employees and job satisfaction, organization flexibility and communication, collaboration turned out to perform partial intermediation and CEO's leadership to perform full intermediation and individual challenge performance to perform full intermediation and the intermediary effect of job stress was not proven. These results are company characteristics and individual characteristics that is the perception of the independent variables in SME employees is not only a direct relationship with job satisfaction, suggesting that also has an indirect effect is mediated depending on the innovation of the company. Therefore, it can be seen that even for the innovation performance of enterprises is important to increase the job satisfaction of employees of SMEs. In particular, the conductivity of the leadership and individual parameters so completely over the innovativeness of the company is the result of job satisfaction itgetda can be said that the innovation efforts of the organization is effective at the same time be pursued.
방진복착의 근무자와 일반직장인의 탈모빈도와 탈모초발시기 비교연구

This study aimed to specifically verify increasing tendency of alopecia among young generation and influencing relationship between working environment and alopecia. As a result the frequency of alopecia amongst workers, who are wearing dust-free garment in clean room environments was 61.3% while the general population was 51.3% so the workers in clean room environments showed 10% higher result. Both of the workers in clean room environments and the general workers picked stress as a main reason of alopecia. However, the two groups showed different alopecia causes since the workers in clean room environments chose stress as the prior reason and wearing dust free garment as second reason while the general workers chose genetic factor as the prior reason and stress as the second reason. The initiative stage of alopecia amongst workers in clean room environments was eminently faster than the general workers since 81.6% of the workers in clean room environment and 53.6% of the general workers in twenties appeared initiative stage of alopecia. Form of alopecia of the workers in the clean room environment was comparatively even on parietal region (calvaria) while the general workers had M-shaped alopecia which is a typical genetic alopecia form. The point of the study is that wearing of dust-free garment can advance alopecia stage and act as an alopecia cause among twenties to thirties who work in the clean room environment. In the view of company, therefore, effort and improvement are raised to reduce the stress of wearing dust free garment and especially to get rid of factors that disturb cutaneous respiration.
Kant's Discussion on the Suicide issue and the Christian Answer

The purpose of this study was to understand curriculum experiences of students who have majored in Christian education in a Christian university through exit interview. Semi-structured interview questionnaires were utilized and in-depth interviews were conducted. Purposeful sampling was employed and eight students were participated. Findings of this study were categorized into five themes. First, it was a lack of appropriate information about Christian education, its curriculum roadmap and possible career guidance as they were enrolled in Christian education and they have navigated through curriculum. The second finding was about participants' tacit expectation about what they would learn in Christian education department and its incongruity with their actual experiences. The third finding was about their perception on competencies that they have achieved by majoring in Christian education. The fourth and fifth findings were about their perspectives on possibility of future career that they could pursue and diversity of curriculum maps that participants experienced. Discussions were drawn from the findings for changing curriculum and developing major competencies for graduates. A topic of further study was suggested on defining core competences in Christian education major. 본 연구의 목적은 기독교교육과 예비졸업생들이 말하는 그들이 경험하고 지각한 기독교교육 교육과정에 대한 이야기를 탐색하고자 함이다. 수도권의 한 대학의 기독교교육과 졸업예정자들을 대상으로 출구면접을 실시하여, 교육만족도 조사에서 충분히 들을 수 없었던 학생들의 목소리를 통하여 연구참여자들이 표현하는 기독교교육 교육과정의 주관적인 경험을 심층적으로 이해하고자 했다. 연구참여자들의 기독교교육과 교육과정에 대한 주관적인 경험을 분석한 결과 다섯 가지 두드러진 주제들이 그들의 경험을 잘 표현해 주었다. 연구결과는 기독교교육과를 들어올 당시 그들이 가지고 있었던 기독교교육 학과에 대한 사전 지식의 부재와 기독교교육에 대한 암묵적 전제가 그들의 교육과정 경험에 영향을 미쳤으며, 기독교교육과 교육과정의 전문성과 유용성에 대한 관점의 차이, 기독교교육과를 졸업한 후 진로의 폭에 대한 대조적인 시각, 그리고 마지막으로 연구참여자들이 경험한 개별화된 교육과정 경험의 다양성에 관한 것이다. 토론 및 결론으로 기독교교육과 전공교육과정에서 교과교육학뿐 아니라 교과내용학 관련 전문성 제고가 필요하며, 기독교교육과에 입학하면서부터 전공 및 진로를 탐색하고 취업을 준비하는 각 단계마다 필요한 정보의 성격과 내용이 다르며 이를 공급할 필요가 있음을 지적했다. 기독교교육과 졸업생들의 전공역량 제고와 기독교교육과 학생들의 취업을 위한 구조적인 노력과 더불어 기독교교육과 졸업생들의 창의적인 진로선택을 위한 대학 대내외적인 불확실성 회비문화에 대한 개선이 필요하다. 전공역량 도출을 위한 심화된 연구에 대한 제언이 이루어졌다.
Theological Reflection on Mezirow’s Transformative Learning Theory

Transformative learning theory, initiated by Jack Mezirow, has been one of the most researched recent theories in the field of adult education. The theory focuses on how people change their taken-for-granted frame of reference through which they make meaning of their experiences. The assumption of this paper is that transformative learning theory has much to contribute to adult learning in Christian education, and particularly to understanding how people make meaning of reality and how they change the assumptions upon which they perceive and interpret the world and their experiences. In order to help Christian educators to make proper use of this theory, the purpose of this paper is to introduce the initial form of transformative learning theory by Mezirow and its shortcomings and to make a theological reflection on some of the presuppositions of the theory.
