Recently, the effectiveness and efficiency of management activities in the enterprise is getting more important resulting from rapidly changing business environment. Many enterprises are getting more efficient by integrating their interior infra. To integrate their interior infra, they accepted the new technology that is called the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) so they could form the foundation to utilize their interior infra efficiently. After implementing the ERP, many enterprises perceive the importance of connecting with subcontractors and customer. It means that their interest is broadened from the interior to the exterior. So new concept has been introduced, like the Supply Chain Management (SCM).

In parallel with the availability of the high speed Internet access network like ADSL with a moderate cost, Internet usage is greatly increasing these days. Not only corporations deal with Internet based business in part or in full, but also individuals become more dependent upon Internet service with respect to information source, work itself, pleasure, and purchasing in their every day life. In a way to understand and predict how the Internet users think, behave, and feel with Internet service, many researchers proposed various models. This study suggests a Bayesian approach to assess the probability that the missing category for a given variable or attribute belongs to each category on an individual user's level. An illustrative case shows that the Bayesian approach results in a better prediction compared to the mode method currently adopted in most statistical software. This study might contribute to an economic data gathering plan as well as a better database building. 비교적 저렴한 가격으로 초고속인터넷이 보급됨에 따라 인터넷의 사용이 급증하여 왔다. 기업과 개인 사용자는 정보, 작업, 오락, 전자상거래 등 다양한 형태로 매일 매일의 생활과 업무에 인터넷을 이용하고 있다. 인터넷 이용에 관하여 사용자가 느끼고 행동하는 양식을 이해하고 예측하기 위하여 다양한 모델이 개발되어 왔다. 본 연구는 개별 이용자의 수준에서 변수와 속성의 누락된 항목을 예측하고자 한다. 대부분의 소프트웨어에서 사용하고 있는 hot decking 방법에 비하여 본 연구가 제시하는 베이지안 접근방법이 우수한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 자료의 수집과 데이터 베이스의 구축 등에 경제적인 접근방법으로 적용이 가능할 것이다.
PL법 실행에 따른 ISO 9001:2000과 KS 및 제품 안전경영(PSM) 통합시스템 구축의 설계에 관한 연구

PL has been developed centering around England and America. Recently many countries are introducing PL system changing the world a single economic bloc based on the rapid development of Technology and Economy. This paper is studied with related literatures and theses, organizational consulting cases within the framework of the firm as the central operating bodies of PL system. In the past, Some papers about System Integration which was operated as a same Certificate System and enacted in a single organization, was studied and presented. But most of papers was a theoretical study related model and conception. In this situation Government supports PSMS of a single system at government expense to 100-200 companies for improving organizational confrontation ability of PL this year. This paper proposed a design and effect of Integration system model based on the analysis of IS0 9001:2000, KS, PSMS and IS0 14001. The integrated system has the following three distinctions. Firstly, KS is a national establishment, national leading certification and forcing standard. Secondly, IS0 9001:2000 and IS0 14001 are an international organization s establishment, non-official certification and optional standard. Finally, PSMS isn't a national law and forcing matter. And it isn't the concept of certification but the operational system by itself. Also if a lawsuit by defect is happened, it is very dangerous. This paper, which is integrated by four management systems and has many consulting cases, is the first in this department and is different from others. Also If people has the basic knowledge about management system, they can directly connect it to the organizational system according to this paper s guidance. It is very good result in this study because the law of PL is executed now.
連續線型 k-within-m-out-n :F 시스템을 應用한 緊急斷電 狀況下에서의 信賴度分析

본 논문은 외적요인이 독립적이고, 지수분포를 따르는 도착시간을 갖는 긴급단전 상황하에서 연속선형 k-within-m-out-of-n:F 시스템을 응용하여 신뢰도분석을 하였다. 기본적인 가정으로, 해당 시스템의 모든 요소는 수리불가능하며, 고장간 평균 동작시간은 분석적으로 구한다고 하였다. 이러한 가정을 전제로 평균고장시간과 시스템의 유효도를 고려하였고, 추가로 수리가능 한 부품을 가진 시스템에 대해서도 제안하였다. 수치 예를 통하여, 본 논문에서 유도한 공식들이 시스템의 신뢰도를 쉽게 구할 수 있음도 보여주었다. This research will deals with the model of a consecutive k-within-m-out-of-n : F system subject to common-mode forced outages, where the interarrival times of external events are independent and exponentially distributed. First, assume that the components of system are not repairable. Then, the mean operating time between failures is analytically derived. The mean failure time and availability of system are then considered. Furthermore, system with repairable components is also presented. Finally, numerical example shows that the system reliability can be easily found by using the derived formula.
