In today’s highly competitive business environment, most companies try to manage their logistics function strategically to satisfy their orders as cost-effectively as possible and maximize their present and future profits. In this environment, logistics process visibility is essential to companies wishing to competently track components, parts, or products in transit from the original suppliers to the final destinations. Thus, it is important to provide instantly and easily recognizable information about such visibility to all stakeholders, especially customers. To ensure a high-level geographical visibility of the logistics processes, in this paper, we propose a way of implementing a GIS-based logistics process monitoring environment and of integrating a performer’s work processing environment on the monitoring system. Additionally, to provide more abundant monitoring information, we describe a procedure for creating and processing various monitoring information, which are represented as ECA rules in this work processing environment. Therefore, it is possible to provide intuitive and visible monitoring information regarding the logistics process and resource elements.

업무부하란 요구되는 업무를 처리하기 위한 비용을 설명하는 일반적인 용어로, 주어진 기간 동안 특정 자원에 할당된 업무 또는 업무처리 시간의 총량을 의미한다. 업무부하의 측정은 업무부하 균등화뿐 아니라 체계적인 인력관리 등을 위한 중요한 기초자료로 직접적인 활용이 가능하다. 특히, 대다수의 인력을 관리해야 하거나 인건비 비율이 높은 노동집약적 산업 또는 그러한 특징을 가진 기업들에 있어 인적 자원의 효율적인 관리를 위한 필수 정보이다. 이러한 업무 부하의 측정, 산정 또는 계산 등을 위한 방법은 다양하게 존재하며, 이는 실제 수행된 업무, 즉 업무 수행 결과와 관련된 데이터를 기반으로 측정하는 것이 기본이다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 이러한 기록된 데이터를 활용한 측정이 아닌 예측 또는 추정 방법에 대해 시스템적으로 구현하고자 한다. 특히, 우편물류 프로세스 중에서 가장 노동집약적이고 지리공간적인 영역 내에서 업무를 수행하는 특성을 가진 우편 집배업무를 대상으로 편리하게 업무부하를 예측하기 위하여, GIS 환경에서 지리적 공간을 설정하는 것만으로 해당 영역에 대한 업무부하 예측이 가능한 시스템 구현 방법에 대해 소개한다.

Vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) is a core feature of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which are commonly referred to as drones. In emerging smart logistics, drones are expected to play an increasingly important role as mobile platforms. Therefore, research on last-mile delivery using drones is on the rise. There is a growing trend toward providing drone delivery services, particularly among retailers that handle small and lightweight items. However, there is still a lack of research on a structural definition of the VTOL drone flight model for multi-point delivery service. This paper describes a VTOL drone flight route structure for a multi-drone delivery service using rotary-wing type VTOL drones. First, we briefly explore the factors to be considered when providing drone delivery services. Second, a VTOL drone flight route model is introduced using the idea of the nested graph. Based on the proposed model, we describe various time-related attributes for delivery services using drones and present corresponding calculation methods. Additionally, as an application of the drone route model and the time attributes, we comprehensively describe a simple example of the multi-drone delivery for first-come-first-served (FCFS) services.

$Cu_2ZnSn(S_x,Se_{1-x})_4$ (CZTSSe) thin films were prepared by sulfurization of evaporated precursor thin films. Precursor was prepared using evaporation method at room temperature. The sulfurization was carried out in a graphite box with S powder at different temperatures. The temperatures were varied in a four step process from $520^{\circ}C$ to $580^{\circ}C$. The effects of the sulfurization temperature on the micro-structural, morphological, and compositional properties of the CZTSSe thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The XRD and Raman results showed that the sulfurized thin films had a single kesterite crystal CZTSSe. From the FE-SEM and TEM results, the $Mo(S_x,Se_{1-x})_2$ (MoSSe) interfacial layers of the sulfurized CZTS thin films were observed and their thickness was seen to increase with increasing sulfurization temperature. The microstructures of the CZTSSe thin films were strongly related to the sulfurization temperatures. The voids in the CZTSSe thin films increased with the increasing sulfurization temperature.

For convenient business process modeling we propose a mathematical approach to obtain appropriate process structures. In this paper, we define business process structural constraints, on which basis, using Social Network Analysis (SNA), we analyze the frequency of handover occurrences among performers in social network. We here present, therefrom, a new, mathematical approach to business process modeling that proceeds by identifying the social relations among activities.
