崔致遠의 귀국 전후 문학 창작 변모 양상 연구 -典故 활용 양상을 중심으로-

본고는 崔致遠(857~?) 문학을 在唐 시기와 신라 귀국 이후로 나누어 그 문학 창작 양상을 대비하여 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 우선 典故의 사용에 초점을 두고 그 변모 양상을 분석하였다. 최치원은 高騈 막하에서 지었던 공‧사문서를 정선하여 桂苑筆耕集 을 편찬하였다. 계원필경집 소재 在唐 시기 산문에서는 다음과 같은 전고 활용 양상이 보인다. 첫째 老子 를 근간으로 하여 도를 이해한 뒤 자신의 글 속에서 도의 본체나 속성을 서술할 때 노자 의 내용을 직접적으로 활용하였다는 점, 둘째 도교 관련 서술이 비단 노자 나 莊子 와 같은 철학적 도가사상에만 머물러 있지 않고 종교화된 도교사상인 교단 도교로까지 확장되어 있다는 점, 셋째 唐나라 盧照鄰의 「益州至眞觀主黎君碑」나 晉나라 郭璞의 「遊仙詩」와 같은 선대 문인의 문학작품도 전고로 활용하고 있다는 점이다. 그는 신라 귀국 이후 한문이라는 국제적인 표기수단을 사용하면서도 중국과 다른 신라의 환경을 고려하여, 재당 시기와는 다른 전고 활용 양상을 보여주었다. 그리하여 첫째 노자 나 莊子 를 문학적 원천으로 활용할 뿐 종교화된 도교사상인 교단 도교에 대해서는 언급하지 않았고, 둘째 불교와 도교 전고를 융합하여 사용함으로써 불교와 도교를 배타적이지 않은 사상으로 인식하였고, 셋째 高僧 및 禪宗의 祖師에 관한 고사를 폭넓게 활용함으로써 선승들의 행적을 더욱 풍부하게 서술하였다는 점이 특징적이다. 최치원은 17년간의 오랜 在唐 생활로 인해 중국을 중심으로 한 세계관 속에서 신라를 이해하고자 했던 한계를 보이기도 하지만, 중국의 것을 일방적으로 받아들이지만은 않고 신라의 실정에 맞게 변모하는 탄력적 면모 또한 보여주었다 하겠다. The purpose of this paper is to study Choi Chi-won(崔致遠, 857~?)'s literature and compare his literature creation transformation by dividing the period into during his stay in Tang China and after returning to Shilla. To this end, we first focused on the utilization of authentic precedents and analyzed the transformation. Choi Chi-won published Gyewonpilgyeongjip(桂苑筆耕集) by selecting his public and private documents written carefully under the flag of Go Byeon(高騈). The proses written during his stay in Tang China included in the Gyewonpilgyeongjip(桂苑筆耕集) shows the utilization of authentic precedents as follows. First, the fact that he understood the Tao based on Lao-Tzu(老子) and utilized the contents of Lao-Tzu directly when describing the essence and properties of the Tao in his own writings; Second, the fact that Taoism-related descriptions are not limited to philosophical Taoist ideas such as Lao Tzu and Chuangtzu(莊子) , but also extend to Taoism, which is a religious Taoist ideology; Third, the fact that the literary works of the previous generation writers such as Noh Jo-Rin(盧照鄰)'s 「Ik-Ju-Ji-Jin-Gwan-Ju-Gye-Gun-Bi(益州至眞觀主黎君碑)」 from Tang China or Guak-Park(郭璞)'s 「youxianshi(遊仙詩)」 from Qin China are used as authentic precedents. After returning to Shilla, he used Chinese characters as an international writing system, but in consideration of the environment of Shilla different from that of China, he showed a different utilization pattern of authentic precedents than during his stay in Tang China. Thus, it is characterized by first, the fact that he used Lao-tzu or Chuangtzu(莊子) as literary source only but did not mention religious order taoism which is a religious Taoist ideology; second, the fact that he used the authentic precedents of Buddhism and Taoism in combination and recognized Buddhism and Taoism as non-exclusive ideology; third, the fact that he used the idioms of ancient events about the great monks and the founders of the Zen sect(禪宗) of Buddhism widely to describe the achievements of the zen monks in richer ways. Choi Chi-won has shown the limitations that he tried to understand Shilla in a China-centered worldview due to his 17 years of living in Tang China, but he has also shown the flexibility that he was transformed to suit the actual situation of Shilla without accepting Chinese things unilaterally.

토기로 본 전북 동부지역 신라세력 진출과정 연구

본 연구에서는 전북 동부지역 고분에서 출토된 신라토기 분석을 통해 신라세력의 전북 동부지역 진출과정을 살펴보았다. 진출과정은 출토된 신라토기의 변화양상과 역사적 사실을 근거하여 1∼3단계로 설정하였다. 1단계는 5세기 중반∼후반으로 신라토기가 전북 동부지역에 유입되는 때이다. 이 시기 장수지역에서는 가야계 수혈식 석곽묘가 확인되는데, 동일 고분 내에서 가야, 백제, 신라 토기가 공반된다. 이는 장수지역 가야세력과 주변 신라세력의 문물 교류가 이루어진 것으로, 이를 통해 신라 토기가 유입된 것을 알 수 있다. 2단계는 5세기 말∼6세기 중반으로 신라계 횡구식 석곽묘가 전북 동부지역에 유입되는 때이다. 이 시기 무주 대차리에서 신라계 횡구식 석곽묘가 확인되는데, 이는 김천 옥률리 고분의 고분 축조방법과 출토된 유물의 기종이 매우 유사하여 덕산령을 통한 신라세력의 진출로 보았다. 또한, 진안 황산리 고분군은 가야고분으로 3기의 수혈식 석곽묘에서 대부장경호가 각각 1점씩 출토되었다. 이는 옥천 금구리 고분군 출토 대부장경호와 매우 유사하여 진안 지역의 가야세력과 옥천지역 신라세력의 관련성을 제시하였다. 3단계는 6세기 중반∼7세기 전반으로 554년 신라가 관산성 전투에서 승리하고 금산 지역을 차지한 이후이다. 진안지역은 본래 가야세력이 점유하고 있었으며, 6세기 중반 가야의 멸망과 함께 신라세력이 진출한 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 장수 침령산성에서 6세기 중반 이후의 신라토기가 확인되어 신라세력이 금산에서 진안, 장수지역까지 진출한 것으로 보인다. 이 시기 신라는 남원 운봉고원으로도 진출했다. 남원 아영면에 위치한 아막성에서 6세기 전반으로 편년되는 가야토기와 더불어 6세기 후반∼7세기 전반으로 편년되는 신라토기가 출토되었다. 이는 6세기 중반 이후 남원 운봉고원이 신라의 영역화 되었음을 뒷받침 해준다

The Purpose of this paper was to investigate the factors influencing subjective oral health indicators. The questionnaires were administered to 215 dental clinic outpatients from march 21 to september 20, 2014 for 6 months. Subjective periodontal status of the patient was investigated, independent variables are general characteristic, oral management behavior, subjective periodontal symptoms and dependent variable was subjective periodontal symptoms. The subjective symptoms of periodontal were composed of 9 items, oral management behavior and subjective periodontal symptoms were analyzed by crossover analysis. Also, the factors affecting subjective periodontal symptoms were analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. As a result, it was found that the experience of dental examination within 1year and subjective periodontal health consiousness had negative effects. Keywords : Subjective periodontal symptoms, oral management behavior, periodontal health, Subjective periodontal health consiousness 본 연구는 주관적 구강건강지표에 구강건강관리행위 및 치주건강인식도가 영향을 미치는지 검증하기 위하여 2014년 3월 21일부터 9월 20일까지 6개월간 경기도 용인시 수지구 소재 1개소 치과의원 외래환자 215명을 대상으로 설문지조사를 통하여 환자 본인이 느끼는 주관적 치주상태를 확인하였다. 연구의 독립변수는 일반적인 사항, 구강건강행위, 치주건강에 대한 주관적 인식이며, 주관적 치주증상이 종속변수이다. 각각의 독립변수에 대한 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 종속변수인 환자가 느끼는 주관적 치주증상은 총 9개의 문항으로 구성하여 빈도분석 하였다. 독립변수인 구강건강관리 습관 및 주관적 치주건강인식과 종속변수인 주관적 치주증상을 교차분석 하였다. 또한 주관적 치주증상에 영향을 미치는 요인을 단순선형회귀분석으로 분석하였으며, 그 결과 1년 이내 치과검진경험과 주관적 치주건강상태가 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 1년 이내 치과 방문 경험이 없는 경우보다 있는 경우 주관적 치주증상은 낮아질 것으로 예측하였다.

Sophisticated plasmon-enhanced photo-nanozyme for anti-angiogenic and tumor-microenvironment-responsive combinatorial photodynamic and photothermal cancer therapy

In the exploitation of nanozymes possessing intrinsic enzyme-like activities for cancer therapy, minorfocus has been devoted to plasmonic nanostructures with localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR)-driven properties. Here, we report the application of unique peroxidase-mimicking plasmonic photonanozymescoupling tumor-microenvironment-responsive reactive oxygen species generation with photothermaleffect for effective combinatorial therapy. The well-defined anisotropic photo-nanozyme issynthesized by selectively depositing Pd nanoparticles on the tips of gold nanobypyramids. Intrinsicperoxidase-like properties with 1.5-fold-activity enhancement under photoexcitation are ascribed to aPd-induced hot electrons/holes separation with efficient H2O2 decomposition. The LSPR-induced photocatalytic/photothermal combinatorial effects are remarkably enhanced upon H2O2 addition, criticallysuppressing the cell survival rate under near-infrared light. An effective decomposition of cellsignalingH2O2 additionally reveals prominent expression hindrance of vascular endothelial growth factorand hypoxia-inducible factor 1a. Our seminal findings uncover an interrelation between LSPR-inducedphenomena and biomimetic fingerprints, valuable to overcome the shortcomings of conventional photodynamictherapy.
