        지르코니아 프레임워크를 이용한 시멘트 유지형 임플란트-지지 단일 크라운과 연결 크라운의 보철적 합병증

        목적: 지르코니아 프레임워크를 이용한 시멘트 유지형 임플란트-지지 단일 크라운과 연결 크라운의 성공률과 보철적 합병증을 임상적으로 평가하는 것이다. 대상 및 방법: 67명의 환자에서 75개 수복물(단일 51개, 연결 24개)을 지르코니아 프레임워크를 이용한 시멘트 유지형 임플란트-지지 단일 크라운 혹은 연결 크라운으로 수복했다. 모든 수복물은 임시 시멘트로 합착했다. 보철적 합병증과 성공률을 조사하고, 나이, 성별, 보철물의 위치, 대합치, 보철물의 유형이 보철적 합병증에 미치는 영향을 평가했다. 결과:평균 22.2개월의 관찰 결과, 최종 누적 성공률은 66.9 (73.2 - 60.6)%였다. 유지 상실이 16개 보철물(단일 14개, 연결 2개)에서 나타났고, 지대주 나사 풀림과 비니어 도재 파절은 단일 크라운에서만 각각 2개의 보철물에서 나타났다. 단일 크라운과 연결 크라운에 대한 Kaplan-Meier 생존분석 결과, 최종 누적 성공률은 각각 58.9 (66.6 - 51.2)%, 87.5 (96.1 - 78.9)%를 보여 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었지만, 다른 고려 요인들은 보철적 합병증에 통계적으로 유의성이 없었다. 결론: 보철적 합병증은 유지 상실이 가장 많았고, 지대주 나사 풀림 및 비니어 도재 파절은 단일 크라운에서만 비교적 적게 관찰되었다. 나이, 성별, 보철물의 위치, 대합치에 따른 보철적 합병증에 미치는 영향은 유의한 차이가 없었지만, 상부 보철물을 연결 크라운으로 제작했을 때, 단일 크라운으로 제작한 경우보다 높은 성공률을 보였다. Purpose: This study was to assess clinically the success rates and technical complications of cement-retained implant-supported single crowns and splinted crowns with zirconia frameworks. Materials and methods: 75 (single crowns: 51, splinted crowns: 24) cement-retained implant-supported single crowns and splinted crowns with zirconia frameworks which were restored in 67 patients were investigated for the evaluation of the success rates and technical complications. All restorations were cemented with temporary cement. Age, gender, restoration position, opposing teeth, restoration type were assessed as possible factors affecting technical complications. Results: During the mean observation period of 22.2 months, cumulative success rates of all restorations were 66.9 (73.2 - 60.6)%. Retention loss was found in 16 restorations (single crowns: 14, splinted crowns: 2), abutment screw loosening and veneer porcelain fracture were found in each 2 single crowns, respectively. According to a Kaplan-Meier survival analysis of single crowns and splinted crowns, the cumulative success rates were 58.9 (66.6 - 51.2)%, 87.5 (96.1 - 78.9)%, respectively. There was a statistically significant difference. The other possible factors did not have a significant effect on the technical complications. Conclusion: Retention loss was the most frequent technical complication. Abutment screw loosening and veneer porcelain fracture were found rarely in single crowns only. Age, gender, restoration position, and antagonist did not have significant effect on the technical complications. Splinted crowns had a higher success rate than single crowns.

        장례지도사의 사회적 위치: 전북지역 장례식장 근무자를 중심으로

        The industrialization and urbanization of modern society changed the culture of funeral. The space for the funeral shifted from home to a funerary house, and the person who controls the funeral has also changed to a funeral director. Funeral houses serve as agents relating to the entire funeral procedures and funeral directors have been institutionally produced through national certifications since 2012. Funeral directors are classified as specialized professionals by law. Currently, there are 27,508 funeral directors nationally and 945 of them work in Jeonbuk. They have pride and satisfaction with their work but also a sense of skepticism and deprivation. Funeral directors repeat the real world and the sacred world every day. They determine their social position through repetitive acts, such as separation, margin, and aggregation, as described in Arnold van Gennep's theory. The social position of funeral director can be seen in two aspects. One is the social perception that avoids the funeral business due to the specificity of the job. The other is made by the interaction of funeral directors’ two identities as ritual actors and professionals, and the ensuing internal conflict. This social position is formed by the combination of the funeral director's own making and the factors created by the external gaze. 현대사회에서 죽음의 의례인 장례(葬禮)는 병원, 개인이나 법인에서 운영하는 장례식장에서 대부분 이루어진다. 도시화와 핵가족화는 마을 공동체로 지냈던 장례를 새롭고 편리한 공간인 장례식장으로 이동시켰다. 장례식장은 장례와 관련한 모든 절차를대행해주고, 서비스를 제공하는 기능과 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이에 장례를 치르는 것은 전문성이 필요하다는 인식 하에 법률이 제정되었고, 장례를 주관하는 사람도 2012 년부터 국가가 인증하는 전문가로서 장례지도사 자격증이 있어야 한다. 법률에 의해인증된 장례지도사는 하나의 직종이 되어 전문직업인으로 분류되고 있다. 현재 장례지도사는 전국적으로 27,058명에 달하고, 전북은 945명이 활동하고 있다. 하지만 장례지도사는 전문직업이라는 인증에도 불구하고 사회적으로 천시되는 직업으로 기피하는경향이 많아 직업적 만족감에도 불구하고 사회적 시선으로 인해 상실감을 갖기도 한다. 본 연구는 현대사회에서 새롭게 직업으로 분류되어 전문성을 기반으로 하지만 사회적 인식이 어떻게 표출되고 어떤 변화를 나타내는지, 그리고 장례지도사의 일에 대한자존감은 어떤 경우에 경험되는가를 심층인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 따라서 장례지도사제도가 우리나라에 도입된 배경과 직무에 대해 살펴보고, 장례 의식을 치르는 장례지도사에 대한 사회적 인식을 통한 사회적 위치를 고찰하며, 이들이 경험하는 갈등이 어떤양상으로 나타나는지 연구하였다. 그동안 장례와 장례지도사에 대한 연구는 전통적 장례문화에 대한 역사적 접근의 연구가 이루어졌고, 장례지도사에 대해서는 자격제도와직업적 정체성, 직무에 대한 만족도가 주로 연구되었다. 본 연구는 장례지도사가 직업인이면서 의례인의 경계를 넘나드는 과정에서 내면의 갈등이 사회적으로 어떻게 위치짓고 있는지를 민족지적 연구방법으로 접근했다는 점에서 연구의 의의를 가진다.

        Gene Expression and Phenotypic Analyses of Transgenic Chinese Cabbage Over-expressing the Cold Tolerance Gene, BrCSR

        The goal of this study is to characterize the BrCSR (B. rapa Cold Stress Resistance) gene and to analyzethe expression pattern of genes related to cold response under low temperatures in Chinese cabbage. A transgenicChinese cabbage line was generated using expression vector pSL101 containing the BrCSR full length CDS. Fivetransgenic plants of T1-progeny that were selected by PCR and southern hybridization showed approximately 2-foldhigher expression than the wild-type control under cold stress conditions. These transgenic plants showed lesssusceptibility to chilling injury compared to the control. To evaluate genes that are functionally related to BrCSR andcold-responsive genes, a gene co-expression network had been preferentially constructed, and then B. rapa 135KcDNA microarray was subsequently analyzed. BrCSR was strongly associated with PDP1, NYC1, and CYP72A11, whichare involved in the cold stress tolerance response. Expression levels of genes related to the biosynthesis of succinateand thiamine, which have reported to be associated with cold tolerance, significantly changed in the gene co-expressionnetwork. Taken together, these results indicated that BrCSR plays a significant role in the adaptation of plants to lowtemperature conditions.

        차남부부의 제사지내기와 가족 갈등 -A군 농촌지역 사례-

        This study examines the tensions and conflicts between the second son and his wife residing in rural County A over ancestral rites between them and their family members. Ancestral rites are one of the most apparent events that illustrate complicated relationships in a family to which the deceased belonged. The couple’s performing the rituals observed in this study reflect changes in such relationships. This study mainly consists of two chapters. The first chapter describes the background and motives for the second son and his wife to perform their family’s ancestral rites. Traditionally, the eldest son was responsible for caring for his parents and performing ancestral rites in rural society. Even if the eldest son moved out to a city and started his family, someday, he was expected to come back to his parent’s home to carry out the responsibilities, inheriting the family lineage. Hence, the eldest son’s settlement in the city was likely to be a temporary separation. However, in this study case, the second son was placed in a structural condition against this tradition. He was left with his parents alone among his brothers and had to bear the ancestral rites of the family. The most significant factor that caused the second son to hold the ancestral rites of this family was the eldest son’s avoidance, which had psychological and religious reasons, not excuses from socioeconomic difficulties. The second chapter focuses on the conflicting relationship between the family members over the ancestral rites. As the second son took over the family’s ancestral rites, his wife expressed dissatisfaction with his decision. However, she also tried to accept and compromise reality to maintain a good relationship with her husband. The family also depicted some more explicit conflicts. The second son and his wife were dissatisfied with the eldest son and his wife; the relationship between the eldest son and his parent had deteriorated; the second son’s wife struggled with her sister-in-law, who got deeply involved in the ancestral rites. The family seemed to fail to represent the traditional function of ancestral rites to enhance family solidarity and the sense of family community. Overall, the siblings in the family showed low intimacy with a sentiment of depression in relationships. These family tensions and conflicts come from cultural lag. The practice or perception of imposing the responsibility of caring for parents and ancestral rites on the eldest son did not keep up with changes in contemporary lifestyles and systems. It is essential to realize democratic and gender-equal values within the family in for ancestral rites to function as a family’s festive occasion to commemorate the deceased.
