        분리배출이 용이한 크림제형용 화장품 패키징 개발

        The cosmetics industry faces a significant challenge in addressing the decreased recycling rate of cosmetic containers due to the composite materials used to meet consumers' aesthetic satisfaction. To address thees issues, eco-friendly packaging solutions such as refill packaging and single-material use have been developed. However, the market for eco-friendly cosmetics packaging requires a product that meets consumers' demands for aesthetics, sensitivity, and eco-friendliness while also performing as well as existing products. This study presents a solution to the challenge of the decreased recycling rate of cosmetic containers by developing a new cosmetic packaging product for cream for-mulations. The product features an easily separable and dischargeable internal refill container, while maintaining the design aesthetics of the external container. Through various tests, the product was shown to be of equivalent quality and performance to existing cream cosmetic packaging, with no leakage or defects observed. Furthermore, the use of a sin- gle-material polypropylene refill container is expected to contribute to the improvement of the plastic recycling rate.

        The configurational analysis-space syntax-proposes fundamental relationship between the configuration of space in a city and the way that it functions, In this paper, firstly the changing processes of space structure in Chung-Ju are explored in two respects-the total area and the central area of city- with configurational analysis, secondly the future space structure is forecasted with base of Chung-Ju Master Plan(2016), and thirdly a case example of forecasting with restructuring in central area is presented. The findings imply that the preferential completion of grid basic structure in Master Plan(2016) is needed, and to maintain the centrality the restructuring of central area is simultaneously carried out.

        Land use pattern is the key to understand the change of spatial characters of sub region in Chung-Ju urban-rural unified cities.In this paper the phase of population and land use plan in Chung-Ju are reviewed, and the land use composite rate of each sub region is used to calculate land use coefficient of localization and specialization. In totally the land use rate in Chungju is higher then other region in Chungbuk, but in urban type land use more intensive land use is need.The land use of sub regions in Chungju can be classified in 4 groups by topography.And main land use items are for factory, school, and orchard.Although there are also some hierarchies, and heterogeneities between each sub regions of the Chungju agropolitan, the land use coefficient of localization and specialization are in reducing.

      • 충주통합시의 지역별 공간적 특성에 관한 연구

        Emphasizing the organic relationship between the central place and its hinterlands to develop urban and rural areas in harmony is the main concept of urban-rural unification. To manage the unified region comprehensively and systematically, the spatial characters of each sub region in unified administrative districts should be analyzed. The purpose of this study is the examination of the spatial characters of each sub region in the Chungju agropolitan region by analyzing population and land use pattern. This study, first, reviews the phase of Chungju agropolitan region within the all urban-rural unified cities. Second, it examines age structure as a result of the population change. Third, the regional land use pattern is compared to the relation of the population change. As a result, from the viewpoints of two space, urban and rural, there are heterogeneities in the age structures and the land use patterns. But there are also some hierarchies between each sub regions of the Chungju agropolitan. Thus, in the case of Chungju, carrying out more detail and systematical researches in the economy and the social respect to add to studies on the spatial characters of each sub region with the population and the land use pattern, it will be the bases to achieve the ultimate goals of urban-rural unification.

        재활용성 향상을 위한 화장품용 메탈프리 펌프 및 유니소재 패키징 개발

        화장품용 펌프는 복합재질의 내부 부품들과 복잡한 구조 로 인하여 소비자들이 재질별로 분리 배출할 수 없는 구조 를 이루고 있으며, 특히 금속 스프링을 사용하고 있어 재활 용률이 현저히 떨어졌다. 하지만 최근 국내·외에서 환경오 염으로 인한 다양한 규제 및 소비자의 인식 변화로 친환경 적인 제품의 수요도 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 화 장품 업계에서도 재활용률을 높이기 위해 다양한 시도가 진 행되고 있다. 또한 아직 국내·외 플라스틱 화장품 용기의 재활용률이 20% 내외로 낮은 상황에서 친환경 화장품 용 기 세계시장 선점과 국내 포장산업 활성화를 위해서는 기 술적 차별화와 동시에 선진기업 수준의 품질 성능을 갖춘 화장품용 고성능 펌프의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구 에서는 단일재질(PP)로 구성된 0.2 ml 고성능 펌프를 개발 하였으며, 실험을 통해 감압 시 내용물의 누수와 용기 변형 이 없으며, 누름강도 14.8~17.5N, 토출량 편차 2.3~8.8%, 초기 공타 4회로 기존 금속재 스프링을 사용한 복합소재 펌프와 대등한 수준의 품질 성능을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 단일소재를 사용하였기 때문에, 향후 국내·외 친환경 화장 품 용기 시장 점유율 확대와 함께 플라스틱 재활용률 향상 에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Cosmetic packing materials tend to be difficult to recycle when discarded due to the cosmetic industry’s pursuit of aesthetics, functionality, and high value-added design. Pump packaging, which is widely used for the good preservation and discharge of cosmetics contents, is difficult to be separated and recycled because of a metal spring, which is in charge of pump resilience. In this study, a polypropylene spring was developed to replace the existing metal spring to improve the recyclability of the pump packaging for cosmetics, and was uni-materialized by applying to the cosmetic packing materials with 0.2 ml of discharge amount. In addition, performance test was conducted to verify the equivalence with the existing metal spring pumps as grounds for the commercialization of metal-free uni material pump packaging. The decompression leak test showed no leakage and displayed 14.8~17.5 N of pressing strength, 2.3~8.8 % of deviation in dispensing volume, and 4 occasions of pumping for initial discharge.

        나노압입시험법을 이용한 후열처리된 Ti/Al 클래딩재의 잔류 응력 평가

        Ti and Ti alloys are used in the automobile and aerospace industries due to their high specific strength and excellent corrosion resistance. However their application is limited due to poor formability at room temperature and high unit cost. In order to overcome these issues, dissimilarly jointed materials, such as cladding materials, are widely investigated to utilize them in each industrial field because of an enhanced plasticity and relatively low cost. Among various dissimilar bonding processes, the rolled cladding process is widely used in Ti alloys, but has a disadvantage of low bonding strength. Although this problem can be solved through post-heat treatment, the mechanical properties at the bonded interface are deteriorated due to residual stress generated during post-heat treatment. Therefore, in this study, the microstructure change and residual stress trends at the interfaces of Ti/Al cladding materials were studied with increasing post-heat treatment temperature. As a result, compared to the as-rolled specimens, no difference in microstructure was observed in the specimens after post-heat treatment at 300, 400, and 500℃. However, a new intermetallic compound layer was formed between Ti and Al when post-heat treatment was performed at a temperature of 600℃ or higher. Then, it was also confirmed that compressive residual stress with a large deviation was formed in Ti due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient and modulus of elasticity between Ti Grade II and Al 1050.
