        C-to-SystemC 합성기의 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 입력 동작에 대하여 상위수준 합성을 수행한 후, 합성결과를 SystemC 코드로 전환하는 C-to-SystemC 합성기를 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현된 합성기의 처리과정은 C 소스코드로 기술된 입력 동작을 list 스케줄링 알고리즘을 이용하여 스케줄링한 후, 스케줄링 결과에 left-edge 알고리즘을 이용하여 레지스터 할당을 수행한다. 레지스터 할당 정보를 이용하여 합성기는 채널 및 포트와 같은 SystemC 특성들로 표현된 SystemC 모듈의 코드를 최종적으로 생성한다. C-to-SystemC 합성기의 동작은 EWF(elliptic wave filter)의 합성결과인 SystemC 모듈의 코드를 시뮬레이션하여 검증한다. C-to-SystemC 합성기는 SystemC 설계방법론의 모델링단계부터 합성단계에 이르는 툴 체인의 한 부분으로 사용될 수 있으며, 생성된 SystemC 모듈은 C 모듈에 비해 재사용이 용이하고 다른 SystemC 모듈과 SystemC 채널을 통하여 별도의 추가처리 없이 통신할 수 있다. A C-to-SystemC synthesizer which processes the input behavior according to high-level synthesis, and then transforms the synthesis result into SystemC module code is implemented in this paper. In the synthesis process, the input behavioral description in C source code is scheduled using list scheduling algorithm and register allocation is performed using left-edge algorithm on the result of scheduling. In the SystemC process, the output from high-level synthesis process is transformed into SystemC module code by combining it with SystemC features such as channels and ports. The operation of the implemented C-to-SystemC synthesizer is validated through simulating the synthesis of elliptic wave filter in SystemC code. C-to-SystemC synthesizer can be used as a part of tool-chain which helps to implement SystemC design methodology covering from modeling to synthesis.

        굴 산업 발전을 위한 정책 우선순위 결정

        This study analyzes the priority according to the importance of the government's oyster industry support policy using AHP (analytic hierarchy process), and it compares and confirms the satisfaction level of direct and indirect workers using this policy in contribution to the development of the oyster industry. The results of the importance analysis by AHP analysis are as follows: As a result of the evaluation of the importance of the entire sample, it is found that the most important factor is the production facilities of the production supply of the competitiveness enhancement, the purchase of raw materials of the production supply of the competitiveness enhancement, and the aging of the structural risks of risk reduction. Also, significant differences among the workers in the ranking of importance are identified. According to the comprehensive evaluation results of indirect workers, which consist of public officials, the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives, and related professors, raw materials, production facilities, and high-quality products are produced in order to increase competitiveness. There are differences among workers in order of marine pollution of environmental risks, structural fish population reduction, and structural aging of risk factors. 본 연구는 계층분석법(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)을 활용하여 우리나라 굴 산업에 있어 정부의 정책 우선순위를 결정하고, 중요도와 만족도를 고려한 굴 산업 발전을 위한 정부정책지원 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구는 AHP를 활용하여 정부의 굴 산업 지원정책의 중요도에 따른 우선순위를 결정하고, 이를 활용한 직·간접종사자의 만족도를 비교하여 우리나라 굴 산업 발전을 제고할 수 있는 정책지원방향을 제안함으로써 굴 산업 발전에 기여하고자 한다. AHP 분석에 의한 중요도 분석결과는 중요도에 있어 전체 표본을 대상으로 평가한 결과 경쟁력강화의 생산공급의 생산시설, 경쟁력강화의 생산공급의 원료구매, 위험요인해소의 구조적 위험의 노령화 순으로 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 중요도의 순위에 있어서 직접과 간접종사자간 의미 있는 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 공무원, 수협중앙회 직원, 관련 교수 등으로 구성된 간접종사자의 종합평가 결과를 보면, 경쟁력강화의 생산공급의 원료구매, 생산시설, 고품질화순으로 나타났으나, 생산과 유통에 직접적으로 직접종사자의 경우는 위험요인해소의 환경적 위험의 해양오염, 구조적의 어가인구감소, 위험요인해소의 구조적의 노령화 순으로 나타나 종사자간 차이를 보였다. 종사자간 만족도에 있어서도 생산과 유통에 있는 직접종사자 보다 지원정책을 집행하는 간접종사자의 만족도가 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다.

      • 장기간의 걷기 트레이닝이 중년 여성의 체력과 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to investigate the effects of a 12-week walking training on body composition, physical fitness, and blood variables in obese middle age women. Fourteen subjects who had percent of body fat over 30% were selected from the members of diet class of K pubic health center. Then they participated in the twelve weeks of walking training program. Before and after the training program, percent body fat, five items of physical fitness, and blood variables regarding to metabolism were measured and compared between pre and post test. Paired t-test was utilized to detect the mean difference between the pre and post test. The results of this study were as follows: First, after twelve weeks of training, PBF and weight of subjects significantly decreased(P<.05). Second, after twelve weeks of training, left grip strength of subjects did not change significantly, but right grip strength, back strength sit-and-reach, sit-up, and sargent jump increased significantly(P<.05). Finally, after twelve weeks of training, blood glucose and triglyceride of subjects did not change significantly, whereas total cholesterol decreased significantly. There was a significant increase in forced vital capacity(P<.05). According to these findings, it was concluded that walking training was effective on the decrease of percent body fat, enhancement of physical fitness, partial improvement of metabolism and pulmonary function in obese middle age women if the training was conducted for long period despite the intensity fo the walking was relatively low.

        시스템수준의 하드웨어 기능 검증 시스템

        시스템수준 설계방법론에서 널리 사용하고 있는 설계흐름도는 시스템명세, 시스템수준의 하드웨어/소프트웨어 분할, 하드웨어/소프트웨어 통합설계, 가상 또는 물리적 프로토타입을 이용한 통합검증, 시스템통합으로 구성된다. 시스템의 하드웨어 구성요소를 개발하는 과정에서 이전까지는 디자인단계가 많은 시간 및 노력을 요구하는 단계였지만, 현재에는 설계한 디자인의 기능적 검증단계가 중요 요소로 간주되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시스템수준 설계언어인 SystemC 기반의 테스트벤치 구조를 이용하여 Verilog HDL로 설계된 하드웨어 구성요소의 올바른 동작여부를 판별하는 기능검증시스템을 설계하였다. 설계된 기능검증시스템에서 SystemC 모듈의 멤버 변수와 Verilog 모듈의 와이어 및 레지스터 변수간의 데이터 전달은 본 논문에서 정의되는 SystemC 사용자 정의 통신채널을 통하여 이루어진다. 제안된 기능검증시스템을 UART에 적용하여 올바른 동작여부를 판별하였다. 본 논문의 기능검증시스템 설계에 사용된 SystemC는 C++기반의 하드웨어 모델링용 클래스 라이브러리를 제공하므로 RT 수준보다 높은 추상화수준에서 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 또는 이 둘을 결합한 시스템수준의 모델링을 단일 언어와 환경에서 설계할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한 기능검증시스템 설계에 작성된 SystemC 모듈 코드들은 부분적인 코드 수정 후 다른 하드웨어 구성요소의 기능을 검증하는데 재사용할 수 있는 이점이 있다. The flow of a universal system-level design methodology consists of system specification, system-level hardware/software partitioning, co-design, co-verification using virtual or physical prototype, and system integration. In the developing process of a hardware component in system, the design phase has been regarded as a phase consuming lots of time and cost. However, the verification phase in which functionality of the designed component is verified has recently been considered as a much important phase. In this paper, the implementation of a verification environment which is based on SystemC infrastructure and verifies the functionality of a hardware component is described. The proposed verification system uses SystemC user-defined channel as communication interface between variables of SystemC module and registers of Verilog module. The functional verification of an UART is performed on the proposed verification system. SystemC provides class library for hardware modeling and has an advantage of being able to design a system consisting hardware and software in higher abstraction level than register transfer level. Source codes of SystemC modules are reusable with a minor adaptation on verifying functionality of another hardware component.

        교육과 개인역량이 영업사원의 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        As a result of the financial crisis, many firms in Korea had to undertake painful reforms which led to the change in the traditional relationship between firms and employees. While employees experienced severe stress due to job insecurity, firms needed effort to overcome the diminishing devotion of employees who were no longer willing to work voluntarily. Especially, the lack of loyalty among salesperson might cause serious impact on firms' performance, like revenue and profit, as the job transfer of salespersons had a direct impact leading to the departure of valuable customers. To improve the competitiveness of firms under the abovementioned situation, we analyzed the effect of education and individual ability of salesmen on the performance of salesmen, and the effect of performance on job satisfaction and job commitment. For this, four hypotheses on the relation among the variables were formulated. Two more hypotheses on the moderating effect of job stress and job opportunity were added. The following figure shows the research model. <Figure> Research Model For practical application, we selected the automobile industry in Korea, where the role of salesmen was important. A survey with a structured questionnaire was implemented for a total of 386 repondents. The data was analyzed with SPSS and AMOS program. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis were performed to check the reliability and validity of constructs used. The results showed the data collected were meaningful. Next, the structural equation was fitted using the AMOS progran, with the result of reasonable significance level. Most of the hypotheses were found to be supported. First, sales education and individual ability of salesmen were proved to have a positive effect on sales performance. Individual ability was found to be more effective than job education. This finding implied that, in the automobile industry, it was worthwhile to recruit employees with high capability to improve business performance rather than to educate them after he or she joined the firm. Secondly, sales performance had a positive impact on job satisfaction and job commitment as hypothesized. Hence, firms had to support their salesperson with every means to achieve higher performance, which led to job satisfaction and job commitment. Thirdly, we also identified the moderating effect of job stress in the relation between job satisfaction and job commitment. However, the level of alternative job opportunity did not show any significant impact on the relation between business performance and job satisfaction. Based on the results, meaningful strategic plans to manage salesperson could be formulated for the recruitment and education of salespersons. It was also found that the performance of salesmen to lead job satisfaction and commitment, thereby to obtain better business results. IMF 사태 이후 국내 기업들이 구조조정을 단행하면서 그간 유지되어오던 전통적인 노사관계가 붕괴되어 직원들은 고용불안에 대한 스트레스가 증가되면서 기업은 구성원들의 자발적이고, 헌신적인 행동의 감소 현상을 극복하기 위한 노력이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 기업 경쟁력 제고의 관점에서 영업사원에 대한 교육과 개인역량이 영업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이러한 영업성과가 직무만족과 직무몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 매출에 영업사원의 역할이 비교적 큰 비중을 차지하는 자동차 산업을 그 대상으로 선정하여 자료를 수집하고 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 교육과 개인역량은 영업성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 교육 보다는 개인역량이 영업성과에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또 영업성과는 직무만족에, 직무만족은 직무몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 영업사원 개개인의 성과만족도를 높여 직무몰입을 유도함으로써 조직의 효율성을 증대시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 직무만족과 직무몰입 사이에 영업스트레스가 조절기능을 수행함을 확인하였다. 반면 대안적 매력도는 영업성과와 직무만족 간에 조절기능이 없는 것으로 나타났다

        SystemVerilog와 SystemC 기반의 통합검증환경 설계 및 구현

        시스템수준 설계방법론에서 널리 사용하고 있는 설계흐름도는 시스템명세, 시스템수준의 HW/SW 분할, HW/SW 통합설계, 가상 또는 물리적 프로토타입을 이용한 통합검증, 시스템통합으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 SystemVerilog와 SystemC를 기반으로 하여 신속한 기능검증이 가능한 native-code 통합검증환경과 클럭수준 검증까지 가능한 계층화 통합검증환경을 각각 구현하였다. Native-code 통합검증환경은 시스템수준 설계언어인 SystemC를 이용하여 HW/SW 분할단계를 수행한 후, SoC 설계의 HW부분과 SW부분을 각각 SystemVerilog와 SystemC로 모델링하여 상호작용을 하나의 시뮬레이션 프로세스로 검증한다. 계층화된 SystemVerilog 테스트벤치는 임의의 테스트벡터를 생성하여 DUT의 모서리 시험을 포함하는 검증환경으로 본 논문에서는 SystemC를 도입하여 다중 상속을 가지는 통합검증환경의 구성요소를 먼저 설계한 후, SystemVerilog DPI와 ModelSim 매크로를 이용하여 SystemVerilog 테스트벤치와 결합된 통합검증환경을 설계한다. 다중 상속은 여러 기초클래스를 결합한 새로운 클래스를 정의하여 코드의 재사용성을 높이는 장점을 가지므로, 본 논문의 SystemC를 도입한 통합검증환경 설계는 검증된 기존의 코드를 재사용할 수 있는 이점을 가진다. The flow of a universal system-level design methodology consists of system specification, system-level hardware/software partitioning, co-design, co-verification using virtual or physical prototype, and system integration. In this paper, verification environments based-on SystemVerilog and SystemC, one is native-code co-verification environment which makes prompt functional verification possible and another is SystemVerilog layered testbench which makes clock-level verification possible, are implemented. In native-code co-verification, HW and SW parts of SoC are respectively designed with SystemVerilog and SystemC after HW/SW partitioning using SystemC, then the functional interaction between HW and SW parts is carried out as one simulation process. SystemVerilog layered testbench is a verification environment including corner case test of DUT through the randomly generated test-vector. We adopt SystemC to design a component of verification environment which has multiple inheritance, and we combine SystemC design unit with the SystemVerilog layered testbench using SystemVerilog DPI and ModelSim macro. As multiple inheritance is useful for creating class types that combine the properties of two or more class types, the design of verification environment adopting SystemC in this paper can increase the code reusability.

        가맹본부에 대한 신뢰와 공정성이 관계만족과 장기적 결속에 미치는 영향

        Purpose – This study examines the adverse press coverage that has increased in proportion to the remarkable growth of various kinds of franchise businesses in the food service industry. Today, the trust of franchisees in relation to their franchisor, and the maintenance of good relations between the two, has become a significant social issue. This study investigates relationship satisfaction and the long-term commitment between the franchisor and franchisee. Research design, data, methodology – We used a path analysis to investigate the relationship between justice and trust, trust and relationship satisfaction, justice and relationship satisfaction, trust and long-term commitment, and relationship satisfaction and long-term commitment. Structural Equation Modeling and a Sobel test were used to investigate the mediating effects of trust and relationship satisfaction. Data were collected from 237 Food Franchisees in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in order to test the theoretical model and its hypotheses. Two research methodologies are generally used in the distribution management field. For this study, an empirical method was used. Results – A causal analysis was carried out to test if the research model has a sufficient fit index (for instance, χ2 = 46.694, df = 10, p = .000, GFI = 0.946, AGFI = 0.850, RMR = 0.034, NFI = 0.966, CFI = 0.973), and the results showed that the model was sufficient, thus demonstrating the suitability of the research model. Each hypothesis had a positive influence, both on long-term commitment and relationship satisfaction. Justice with the franchisor had a positive influence on trust. Relation satisfaction cognized by franchisees was found to positively influence long-term commitment. The franchisee perception of justice in relation to the franchisor had no significant influence on long-term commitment. The study investigated the hypothesis that trust could mediate justice and long-term commitment, and that relationship satisfaction could also mediate long-term commitment Both trust and relationship satisfaction were found to be important for long-term commitment. Specifically, trust sub-factors and justice sub-factors influenced long-term commitment. Identification-based and knowledge-based trust were more important than calculus-based trust. Distributive justice was deemed more important than procedural justice; distributive justice should thus be strengthened. Conclusions - Both franchisor and franchisee were independent businesses. Evidently however, the franchisor could not ensure profit without long-term commitment from the franchisee. As for the success of the franchise business, the franchisor should carry out appropriate strategies leading to a satisfactory relationship. For example, transparency makes it possible to maintain and enhance trust and to improve relationship satisfaction. Just relations between franchisor and franchisee should make it possible to maintain and enhance the franchisee’s trust. The franchisor should provide a variety of information with respect to the franchisee’s business success. Finally, in order to improve the franchisee’s long-term commitment, the franchisor should ensure a just approach with trust and relationship satisfaction among their strategies.

      • 정보처리능력의 관점에서 본 2009·2015 중학교 수학과 통계영역 개정 교육과정 및 교과서 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the 2009 and 2015 revised curriculums and how the textbooks reflect the 2009 revised curriculums well in terms of information processing abilities. First, to do this, we analyzed the similarities and differences of the two revised curriculums. Next, we selected three textbooks to be analyzed, established the analysis framework according to grades, and restricted the subject of analysis to the mathematical tasks in the textbooks. The results of this study were the followings: the 2015 revised curriculum put more emphasis on information processing abilities as compared with the 2009 revised curriculum. Also, some elements of information processing abilities were less reflected in the textbooks. Therefore, the new textbooks which reflect the 2015 revised curriculums should be supplemented by these results.
