대학원 보건교육과 도입 방안 -보건교사 재교육 및 프로그램 특성을 중심으로-

이 연구는 보건교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 대학원 보건교육과 도입방안을 제시하기 위해 시도외었다. 연구문제는 보건교사의 재교육에 대한 요구는 무엇이며, 왜 충족되지 못하고 있는지, 향후 개선방향과 도입방안은 무엇인지 하는 것이다. 이에 대한 답을 찾기 위해 보건교사의 역할 변화 및 대학원교육의 요구를 조사하고, 보건교사 관련 대학원 교육 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였으며, 외국의 사례에서 시사점을 탐색하였다. 문헌연구, 설문조사, 자문회의 등을 종합하여 보건교사를 위한 대학원 프로그램의 방향 및 대학원 보건교육과 도입 방안을 도출하였다. This study examines how to induce graduate school health education to re-educate health teachers whose jobs have been changed legally since the revision of School Health Law in 2007. Regarding the needs of health teachers for re-education, reasons for dissatisfaction, and plans to operate graduate schools afterwards, this author aims to investigate the changed roles of health teachers and the demand of graduate school education, analyze the current status and problems of graduate school education for health teachers, explore implications from overseas cases, and synthesize all these so as to figure out how to introduce graduate school health education. To attain the goal, first, the study investigated and classified the needs of health teachers for graduate schools and compared and synthesized the current operations of graduate schools related with health education between Korea and other countries in order to draw measures to induce graduate school health education.
