        물류클러스터 활성화를 위한 배후입지 적합산업 도출에 관한 연구 - 인천경제자유구역을 중심으로

          Due to the fast-emerging economic globalization and block economy, globalization and regional consolidation of businesses have emerged as important corporate strategy for business management.<BR>  The purpose of this study is to find out industries appropriate for developing logistics clusters and for improving global competitiveness. Variables were set for the factors of industries, logistics, trade, and regional characterization, which can affect the selection of a location for industries, and factors and groups were analyzed to select industries appropriate for the location.<BR>  The criteria of selecting industries appropriate for developing logistics clusters are as follows: industry factors, regional characteristics of industries, location coefficients, and the determination of the government to work on its policies.

        제주도의 수출구조 분석을 통한 수출 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        제주도는 2018년 역대 최대 수출을 기록하는 등 증가 추세를 보이고는 있으나 수출구조에 대한 문제점은 여전히 지속되고 있으며, 국제 무역환경으로 인한 제주도 수출의 환경적 불안요인도 급증하고 있다. 특히 제주도의 품목 및 국가별 수출구조를 고려할 때 외부 환경요인의 변화로 인해가 발생할 경우 심각한 타격을 받을 수 있는 구조라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지속적이고 안정적인 제주도의 수출 증가를 위해서는 외부환경요인에 영향받지 않는 품목별, 국가별 수출 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 연구 결과로 외부 환경변화의 영향을 최소화하면서 지속적인 수출 확대 방안으로 제주도 수출구조의 고도화 추진, 농수산물의 가공 및 유통과 수출을 위한 종합보세구역 지정, 관광자원과 연계한 수출마케팅 추진 등을 제안하였다. Jeju Island,which exported about $ 1.8 billion in 2018, recorded the largest export ever. Although it is on the rise, problems with export structures still persist. In addition, environmental instability in Jeju Island’s exports is increasing rapidly due to intensified trade disputes between theUSand China, continued decline in the semiconductor market, and worsening trade environment with Japan. In particular, considering the Jeju Island’s export structure by itemand country, it can be said that the structure can be severely damaged if external environmental factors change. Therefore, this study proposed a plan to continuously expand exportswhile minimizing the effects of external environmental changes. First, Jeju’s export structure needs to be upgraded. In addition to diversifying export items, there is a need for a plan to expand the export of services, considering the geographical strengths (environment) andweaknesses (islands) of Jeju Island. Second, it is necessary to designate a comprehensive bonded area for the processing, distribution and export of agricultural andmarine products. Third, export promotionmeasures linked with tourismresources should be actively promoted. Specifically, it is necessary to search for amethod that can increase the exposure frequency of products on Jeju Island through strengthening cooperation with accommodation companies and travel agents. Lastly, it is necessary to benchmark theO2Oservice used in the bonded area inChina, and to promote exports by introducing theO2Omodel by linkingwith Jeju Internet shopping mall.

        TSU/BPO 결제방식 분석을 통한 활성화 방안 도출

        In this study, it was possible to identify the factors that impeded activation, such as shortage of available banks, economic burden, lack of incentives for traders, and cancellation and change of BPO. First, it proposed an alternative for building a common system of banks. In addition to the cost of the individual banks, the common system of banks can be used to print out documents and send them overseas so that the bank can concentrate on the trade finance business and reduce the time and cost of performing simple operations. Second, the efficiency of the user side is raised. Since TSU/BPO is more beneficial to the exporter than the importer’s position, the importers are able to avoid it. It suggests that the importers can regain their preferred payment method by adjusting the commission on the side of the importers of the bank. In addition, it is effective and secure for the companies that maintain the transaction relationship rather than the BPO one-time transaction regarding the bank payment guarantee And suggest that users should be aware of what they can do.

        국제운송에서의 블록체인 기술 활용을 위한 개선방안

        본 연구는 국제운송에서 블록체인의 도입에 대한 필요성과 사례들을 분석하고, 블록체인의 활성화 저해요인을 분석하였고, 마지막으로 블록체인에 적극적 참여를 유도할 수 있는 기반 조성을 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 세 가지의 측면의 문제를 제시하였다. 첫째, 사용 주체들의 낮은 전자화 인식수준이다. 무역의 전자화는 빠른 속도록 발전을 하였지만 화주와 중개자간에 교환되는 서류는 정형화된 방식이 아닌 非정형화된 방식으로 화주의 편의에 의해서 이루어진다. 이는 결국 블록체인의 저해요인이 될 수 있다. 따라서 화주와 중개자간 서류교환 시스템 구축이 필요함을 밝히고 방향성을 제시하였다. 둘째, 중개자 역할의 축소에 대한 문제를 도출하였다. 이는 중개업자로 전문성을 보유한 참여자의 배제가 될 수 있기 때문이다. 오히려 신뢰성을 구축하기 위해서는 전문성을 확보하고 있는 중개자들이 블록체인 플랫폼의 구성원으로써 참여 확대가 이루어진다면 블록체인 신뢰성을 증가시킬 것으로 제시하였다. 셋째, 블록체인 글로벌 시스템 부재에 대한 문제를 제기하였다. 다양한 국가 다양한 글로벌 기업이 부가가치가 높은 산업을 선점하기 위하여 개별적으로 컨소시엄을 형성하고 기술을 개발함으로써 오히려 블록체인이 더욱 복잡해지는 상황을 초래하기 때문에 본 연구에서는 글로벌 통합 시스템 구축을 제안하였다. This study analyzed the necessity and cases of the introduction of blockchain in international transportation, analyzed the factors that inhibited the activation of the blockchain, and finally suggested an improvement method to create a foundation to induce active participation in the blockchain. This study presented three aspects of the problem. First, it is the low level of recognition of electronic users. The electronicization of trade has developed rapidly, but documents exchanged between shippers and intermediaries are made by the shipper s convenience in a non-standardized way rather than a standardized way. In the end, this can be a deterrent to the blockchain. Therefore, it revealed that it is necessary to establish a document exchange system between shippers and intermediaries, and suggested direction. Second, it raised the issue of reducing the role of the intermediary. This is because it can be excluded from participants who have expertise as an intermediary. Rather, in order to build credibility, it was suggested that brokers with expertise will increase blockchain credibility if participation is expanded as a member of the blockchain platform. Third, it raised the issue of the absence of a blockchain global system. In order to preoccupy high value-added industries in various countries, various global companies individually formed consortiums and developed technologies, which led to the situation that the blockchain would become more complicated, so this study proposed the establishment of a global integrated system.

        동북아 물류중심을 위한 물류클러스터 구축에 관한 연구

        The South Korea, in order to achieve the role of the Logistics Hub in North-East Asia, has been trying to make steps forward in development until 2020, after their designating the areas such as Incheon, Kwangyang, Pusan-Jinghae as the Free Economic Zone(FEZ). There are three parts of the main goals of FEZ. The first basic one is the Transshipment Hub based on airports and harbors, and the second one is Added Value Logistics using FEZ. The last one is to be the Regional Logistics Hub supporting the Supply Chain Management(SCM) of corporations. The most important element to achieve those goals is inviting many global corporations. For this, it is pivotal that we make FEZ the Logistics clusters secured competent and unique power. For maximizing the synergy effects after building Logistics clusters, it is essential whether there is suitability , or not, of the industries composing Logistics clusters. This study has the purpose of concluding suitable industries in building Logistics clusters. For the purpose, I analysed the Incheon FEZ and concluded which is suitable after dividing the zone mainly into three industry groups. The first one is the industry groups mainly based on air transportation. The second one is the industry groups which are able to invite FDI. The third one is the industry groups have rooms for SCM of international corporations. As supplement, I also analysed major Logistic industry in the suitable industry of the conclusion.

        블록체인 근거 기술에 의한 무역활성화와 촉진 가능성에 대한 고찰

        블록체인에 근거한 스마트 계약은 2010년대 이후 폭발적으로 증가추세에 놓여 있다. 세계적인 다국적기업의 상위 순서도 이에 근거한 국경간의 이동(cross board) 체계이고, 전자상거래(e-commerce) 시장이 무한이 확대되고 있다. 분산원장에 의한 즉 블록체인에 근거한 기술은 무역거래에 있어서 스마트계약으로 불리는 신속 및 정확성으로 이어지고 있다. 이는 블록체인 기술을 통한 장점으로 인식되고 있으며, 이것이 연구배경이다. 접근방법으로는 블록체인 근거 기술에 의한 무역활성화와 촉진 가능성에 대하여 알아보는 데에 있어서 이러한 분석에 유용한 2변수 VAR 모형을 사용하였다. 이 글의 결론과 시사점으로는 무역거래업자들이 블록체인과 관련된 법규상의 미비점 등이 보완되어 나가면서 세계적인 무역 분야에 있어서 스마트계약에 의한 세계무역이 더욱 활성화될 것으로 판단된다. Blockchain-based smart contracts have exploded since the 2010s. The top order of theworld"smultinational companies is the cross board systembased on this, and the e-commerce market is expanding infinitely. The ICT base, which is based on the fourth industrial revolution, has something in common. Logistics innovation taking place with drones, etc. It is time for discussions about a newfuturewhere such freemovement between borderswill completely eliminate the possibility of legal disputes caused by trade due to smart contracts based on Blockchain. Accordingly, I examined the cost-saving effects of the world"s leading e-commerce companieswith huge profits in international trade due to the economy of scale due to blockchain-based technology. I also studied the possibility of trade activation and promotion by blockchain-based technology. As an empirical research system, the basic statistics were first examined. From these results, it was found that the global trade growth rate of smart contracts grewby an average of 8.34%in the quarterly data from1983 to 2013. In particular, given the rapid development since the 2010s, the prospects are bright. In the same period, the rate of increase and decrease ofworld exports was 5.91%. During this period, the standard deviations of world trade growth and world goods exports growth rate of 12.56 and 4.52, respectively. Second, Granger-causality of bivariate vector autoregressive (VAR) model can be represented that the global trade scale growth rate and the global goods export growth rate of smart contracts havemutual power. Thismeans that the increase in world goods export growth rate can be increased when the world trade growth rate is increased by smart contracts, and the increase in world trade growth rate of smart contracts will be increased even when the world goods export growth rate is increased. It shows that they have a structure that they can do in world trade. In the future, it is expected that global trade will be further activated and promoted in the global trade field.

        친환경물류정책 개선 방향에 관한 이론적 고찰

        The environmental conscious factor has become one of the issues at stake as a natural response to the drastic changes in the overall environment of logistics and industrial transformation. These realms of energy and environment are regarded as important or indispensible ingredient for achieving the sustainable growth. It may be necessary for us to provide a wide range of incentives for technology development which in tum contributes for pioneering the frontiers of environmental conscious logistics. Put it another way, it may be rather imperative for the government to reinforce expansionary fiscal policy as a means of boosting suppliers. On the other hand, it may be equally required to adopt an incentive package which may be used to induce consumers or intermediate-goods users to purchase the environmental conscious raw materials. This research aims at formulating more concrete measures for capturing a pivotal momentum to vitalize the environmental conscious logistics by attempting to amalgamate corporate strategy and public policy which has not been reflected in previous studies. It follows from the above analysis that it is highly recommended to promote the green logistics by sharing their respective roles between private and public sectors, to propel corporate strategies to enhance economic efficiencies of environmental conscious logistical activities, to improve the guarantee system on green logistics and to persuade to take part in environmental conscious logistics with positive stances.

        국내 원산지규정의 실효성 제고방안에 관한 연구

        Regulation relating place of origin is stipulated under foreign trade law, customs law and FTA clauses. Such dispersion interrupts efficient implementation of the regulation.. Since there are more than one law governing place of origin regulations, contradiction and repetition occurs which deepens complexity of the regulation. Therefore, in order to efficiently implement place of origin regulation, integration of related law is necessary. To rationalize place of origin regulation, convenience of consumer and manufacturer should be considered as well as easing the burden of manufacturer. By analyzing drawbacks and origin judgment system of different law governing place of origin regulation, this study proposes improvement measurement reflecting traders and customer stance on place of origin regulation.

        통합무역리스크관리를 위한 무역분쟁비용보험 도입에 관한 연구

        Export companies increase to manage much of the range and the amount of risk, because export enterprises are facing the many and varied types of the characteristics of risk. However, Export companies that own all of these risks is virtually impossible to manage. So Export companies to reduce the risk of trade offered by K-sures msurance. In fact, the coverage of each of the insurance product insured almost all trade procedures. However, a variety of legal risks are caused by differences in legal environment between the trading countries and for solving select between arbitration and litigation are a very difficult problem for SMEs do not have the expertise. In this study suggest that K-sure built on Total Trade Risk Management system(TTRM) for risk management of small traders and proposals the risk management for trade disputes. As the specific plan, suggest that trade dispute cost insurance is adopted insurance product of K-sure.
